MGMT and employees attitudes and demeanors have improved due to wholesale player change outs. Overall experience was good. Dining room and restrooms were clean. Good job. On another note, please Exercise due diligence by being aware of your surroundings. Don't leave wallets, cell phones, credit cards or keys on the table. This should be done no a matter where you go, but due to area and current economic conditions there are opportunists out there. The last paragraph is be not a reflection on Jack in the Box. Ok I know, it's just Jack In The Box, but I came here for the Oreo Cookie which I enjoy a lot. But can we talk about these mini tacos in a box! Helllllllooooooooo nurse!!! It's gonna be one of my new favorite things, they are fantastic and there's enough to share. I shared with my mom and sister. And we all loved them.

My wife stopped by this Jack in the Box to pick us up some food. When she came, she used the drive thru since there wasn't any cars. She got herself the jack spicy chicken and the jalapenos poppers. She got me the jack spicy chicken with cheese and fries. The Jack spicy chicken burger was delicious. The fries were good too. I enjoyed my food from here today. They don't have a big parking lot in this location.

The food is served fresh and it's quite tasty and the restaurant is clean and orderly. Some of the employees are rough around the edges, but most often they're polite and helpful.

Great burgers. I had the spicy popcorn chicken combo with fries and soda. Price is $5.99 and I opted for the large box for $7.99. It tastes like the spicy chicken strips that they had a few years ago but they discontinued. Service was good, unfortunately the location I went to had quite a few seedy looking characters.

Food is always good, however service kinda just depends on the area. Definitely not a place I'd say I enjoy dining in at so can't say much about the atmosphere inside. Drive thru however is always quick but not always dependable. Oftentimes than not orders can be given slightly wrong or with missing items but Jack in the Box is always good at correcting any errors made. All and not too bad.

Jack is a classic franchise, you know the gist of all this. I personally LOVE their tacos. They manage to always have them taste absolutely delicious. This one, in particular, was quick and to the point. The employees gave me what I asked for and were overall pretty chill. Do I recommend this for a late night meal? Of course! Never know when we might die right? Might as well splurge 😋😋 (I left out one star because they didn't give me my air freshener that came with the snoop dogg meal... yeah I'm one star less petty 🗣)

Out of Tortillas so no breakfast burritos which is what I went for. Settled for breakfast platter but obviously someone doesn't know how to scramble eggs because they were over cooked Brown and like scrapings in tiny pieces. Also the whole time the guy was taking my order he was walking away talking to other people multi tasking and I didn't feel like he was listening so I repeated order to him to be sure. Hard to get out of, this Jack in the Box is like many others. Not a 24/7, so thats a small shame. Last time I came the chicken tenders were cold, so I guess I ordered something that was waiting to be sent out.

The ladies were great just the short manager guy he was slower at helping half the time he went inside I presume the office and doesn't ask you do you need anything just stares at the customers to tell him something. Food was great.

The promo new "smash" burger so I got excited and decided to try. The service was quick but the guy at the counter should smile from time to time. The restaurant was pretty dirty. I got a classic "smash" - it had caramelized onions, pickles and "special" sauce while having the same thick well done patty that has nothing to do with "smash". The burger was pretty tasty but overloaded with salt. And the price was like $8. Decent for a quick bite but thats about it. The atmosphere is 3/5 which pretty much does not exist

Unsatisfactory. Rude manager (Mercedes). She's the manager and hurried me to order and got my order wrong. My order was incomplete. I don't need to tell them how to do their job. Please fix your managers approach to customer's.

The food was good but the manager or shift leader was really rude and unprofessional. I had placed my order and changed my mind on cheese cake that I ordered but the cashier misunderstood me. She asked the manager to give her the code for my refund and she very rudely responded ( why doesn't he wanted it now) stated yelling at the cashier and gave this really upset look. I think it's unprofessional to talk to your staff in that manner and to customers as well. So for that reason I would not dine there no more.

Saturday at 4 am took 20 minutes for 2 cars in front of me and then my fries were cold and hard and the sandwich was inedible. The guy who was apparently the only person working, was grumpy too.

I don't go out to eat at fast food chains that much but when I do I only go to Jack in the Box, I liked the Chicken potatoe melt munchie meal but it seems that they no longer have it and they have changed the munchie meal menu all together and raised the price from $6.00 to $10.00 and its now offered all day instead of 9pm-5am which was a real munchie meal time. Very disappointing, the munchie meal was a great deal especially if you are on a tight budget and have a large family, it offered a family or individual on a tight budget a chance to enjoy the opportunity of going out to eat at a fast food chain. The old munchie meals were way better than these new fake ones they have now!

I ordered 20 tacos "no saauce". And 1 large reg fry and 1 large curly fry. I got to the window and paid. The kid in the window asked what sauce we needed. We said ranch and taco sauce. She replies back the taco sauce, I replied fast yes I thought you guys were out. She got a bit nervous couldn't even speak. I asked for the kids name she paused for a bit and thought about what name to say... she said "Michael". So we drive off. Ughh and I notice our fries are not bagged.. THIS WAS SOO IRRITATING AND UNNECESSARY !! The kids real name is Ricardo. I saw it on the receipt. The pink haired little girl her name is Ingrid.

Awful for everything! We ordered 2 different sandwiches that both come with cheese. She asked if we wanted cheese. When my wife told her that we understood that the sour dough with cheese and bacon and the cheese burger both come with cheese she replied "lady, cheese is optional." I will never go to this Jack in the Box again. The restaurant is filthy and there was no freestyle soda machine. I ordered a side salad and the cucumber and the tomato was bad with an awful taste so I had to spit it out (the cucumber was worse because it had a poisonous taste). Then when I opened the wedges with cheese and jalapeño, the toppings were on one side instead of on top covering most of the wedges. The worst Jack in the Box I've been to.

Who ever takes your window at the order cant hear you so the order ends up wrong. of you stop at thos location, go inside. you'll waste your money using their drive through.

So as soon as my man and I walk up to the counter. The cashier was extremely rude, I was in the middle of ordering she kept telling me "hmm right" and to "hold on". Then she walked away when we finally ordered and I paid. Another worker walked up to the register and tried saying I didn't pay when I did.... All because the receipt did not print out. The supervisor was even very rude telling me I have no proof and swore I didn't pay. When I pulled up my app and my PROOF. The supervisor never showed back up in the front and NEVER apologized to my man I about being so disrespectful and VERY unprofessional. IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD. Elirva was the name of the rude cashier that was very disrespectful in the first place. And the other worker didn't have her name tag on. The fact that the "supervisor" that was working tried telling me "you have no proof" As walking away. Completely out of line.

I ordered late through postmates. My driver called and said they were only accepting cash so they werent letting him pickup order. That is poor customer service in my eyes. You work with postmates so at this point the order should have just been given for no charge being the circumstances. Its almost an hour later and im waiting for a new order and driver to come from another jack n the box. Hopefully it goes better than this one

I been here 4 times n all were really bad experience, If its not the cheese they forget in my burger but charge me for it , or when I buy tacos n I ask for hot sauce n they dont have non, last but not least I went asked one time for a medium n they told me the company had changed only large or small yet all the other places offer medium. I rather drive to woodman n Osbourne than order here .plus every order I made took over 30 min before I got it , no organisation n the fountain drinks are always dirty. 24 hrs shouldn't be displayed if there not serving any food. Went to this jack n box and was disappointed. I came at 4:10am to get breakfast before work but was disappointed to find out they were not serving food. Don't waste your time going to this one if your hungry in the morning.

Food is served well but one thing I noticed is that their Ice Mocha tastes like water compared to their Ice Mocha before, and the other store's ice mocha. Hopefully they'll bring back or they do their standard Ice Mocha here.

This place is a dump. The food was ok, but he place smelled like pot. The floors were sticky, and the employees were impolite. To use the restoom, I had to be buzzed in. They were not well kept up. (pictured). After people ordered from the drivethru, the order was ran out to them. Not very efficient.

VERY HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! To see an older lady, plus sized, wearing a red shirt. Preparing food without gloves, I notify the cashier very discreet to not cause a scene that the lady wasn’t wearing gloves! This incident happen on December 6 around 6:00pm-6:12pm. I recommend Jack n the Box to pull up the footage to see their employer not following basic sanitary regulations. I will be reporting this to Los Angeles County Department of Public Health: Facilities Inspection Division. With everything going on I would have thought employees would have better common sense and they definitely need attitude adjustments.

They couldn't produce the my food at a decent time and made me pull out of the drive thru there isn't an easy way to go where they wanted me to park while I wait, and as if that wasn't enough, to add insult to injury, they forgot to give me my complete order. I was parked in a bad place and had to go into the restaurant to have them right the wrong. Not even given anything like a gift card or like s an extra hash brown all I got was a forced apology. The new guy on this Monday night looked like he didn’t want to do his job or attend the customers with decency. I am extremely disappointed on the person who hired this new employee. I was a loyal customer for more than 6 years, and will not be returning to this establishment from here on out because of the extreme laziness the new employee looked doing his job. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Jack-in-the-Box. This is not the first time this has happened to me here at this location, but this time it was a different person. It was a lady running the drive-through but also helping the front they did look busy, but she was definitely rude. You can tell she was not having a great day but was ignoring me when I was trying to ask for some sauce I patiently waited as another employee noticed they decided to step in and help. I filed a complaint. I hope something has been done. I am still waiting to hear back. From corporate, I also will be contacting the BBB

My dad used to buy Jack in the Box from this exact location every night after work, only to throw up hours later. It became a cycle, and we assumed it was because he was eating late. I realized I was wrong when my mom and I visited the same location. One staff member was interesting... Not sure if rude is the right word but maybe best to be described as loud (tone of voice). They handling money and food without gloves... After eating, we felt fine at first, but a few hours later, I experienced severe stomach pain and food poisoning. It’s clear my dad wasn’t just throwing up from eating late—this place has serious sanitation issues.
