Out of all the locations this is definitely my favorite. I’m such a loyal Pollo campero customer but for some reason this chicken at this location taste different than all the others. And it’s a good different! Every time i come in here the staff is very talkative with me and make conversation. Unlike other restaurant food chains that they don’t train their employees with customer service. Will be back next week !

I just bought their Spicy Chicken Sandwich and their normal chicken sandwich, and it really is worth the hype. Their chicken is so moist and juicy. To anyone who has never tried Pollo Campero I highly recommend this place.

Employees were attentive and polite. Food was nice and hot. Would have given them 5 starts but a FAMILY size ($4.75) order of yucca fries literally came with 12 fries. For reference, they're half the size of potato wedges. I thought she maybe gave me a small so I asked... nope that's a family size lol

Great tasting fried chicken with a very good marinade. I prefer this Latin style seasoning of herbs and spices over KFC's seasoning. It has a nice kick to it, tasty and savory. The batter is nice and crunchy. Their sides are typical of fried chicken places, but they also have Mexican style rice, which is a good alternative to the mundane side dishes at other fried chicken joints. Overall, a good place to have some fried chicken.

Ordered a large order of chicken for Corporate party. I really like the chicken. It has a nice batter with a hint of lime flavor and is quite succulent. I feel there are a bit overpriced. I paid close to 300 for 132 PC of chicken. The workers were polite and helpful. Don't care for the sides however

Came here about a week ago purely on nostalgia. I remember having this as a kid when relatives would bring with them from Guatemala. Food was ok, chicken was good but a lot greasier than I remember. The real shocker of my trip were the empanadas. Bomb! Will definitely go back for these. Food aside the service was slow and about average. They need to fix their drive through speakers and the wait time was ridiculous. Pricing here is also an issue. No real value. Again, I came here for nostalgic reasons so I didn't mind paying whatever the price, but I will not be including this place in my restaurant rotation. Combos come with out a drink and must be purchased separately. Unheard of. Just add an extra dollar to the already high-priced combos.

The food is good, but they never have enough grilled chicken ready to go. I get that fried is more popular, but they just asked me to come back in 20 minutes as they had no grilled chicken prepared. This is at 6.15pm, not just before closing time. Aside from that, I've found everyone here very helpful and friendly.

Good place to grab some fast fried chicken. Been here a few times when I'm in town and the ladies working are always super nice, and my food is done fast. Only thing that bothers me is when they have pay per use restrooms. Other than that, everything is what you expect from a fast food place.

While I do prefer their chicken to other establishments, service is slow. Their chicken nuggets are some of the best out there, IMO, but it's always a wait. If that's because they're always making it fresh, worth it. The prices jumped a lot lately. Like everywhere. They've cut a lot of my favorites from the menu, but the nuggets and empanadas are still worth the visit.

I give it a 2 star rating because the food was cold, we didn’t get our ketchup, they didn’t give us extra fries on the happy meals when we specifically asked for some, and they forgot our large fries that i repeatedly asked for just to make sure.

The staff was redundant with my order when I did it over the order booth but still gave me a wrong order. Staff being redundant with my order did not pay attention to her query over and mqover. I don’t get the logic of asking it over and over and still made a mistake. The Pollo still great but I don't like the fact that there's no more SALA BAR OR SALA AT ALL.. and Pollo without salsa is a big big difference... Not coming anymore...

Their chicken is good but they are soooo slow! Why have a drive thru if I have to wait in my car 25 min for a meal. Also they never have tortillas for some reason. Its not like they are handmade tortillas

This place is terrible, the chicken was cold, the beans were very overcooked, it seems that they were the last ones in the pot that they were giving me,the plantain, everything on the outside was burnt, very burnt, They were inedible because they were so burnt and bitter. II told the lady that the beans were overcooked, the plantains very burnt, She told me that plantains were like that because otherwise they would be burned from the outside and would be raw from the inside. she asked me if I wanted to exchange the beans for salad. I said yes. She took the beans, the plantains, and never came back with the plantains, only the salad. So I stayed waiting, and when I didn't get them, I went and asked if the plantains were ready, and they told me no, that they had already given me the salad weren't going to give me the plantains

OMG I ordered from this place in Feb. 2024 and the whole order was burnt chicken ( i figured it was a fluke) but i never ordered again...until today and AGAIN a whole order of burnt chicken...why?!!! Why do you do this to one of your paying customers? Last year it was a total of $73 and today it was $58!!! I give up

Horrible customer service. I came through the drive thru at 630pm and asked for grilled chicken and they said it would be 40 minutes. I ordered an enpanada and a piece of fried chicken at 636pm. I went back through the drive thru at 710pm and asked for 2 grilled thighs and she said she had one grilled thigh and one leg and I said okay. I pulled to the front window and the lady at the window said they only have fried chicken and it'll be 45 minutes for grilled. I told her I already waited 40 minutes and she told me I should come back tomorrow. She said she was the manager.

Wait for 20 min by DT to Get the order wrong. I call customer service for they can fix the problem they toll me to send an e-mail to be available to get the store phone number. Call the store I need it to give a Description of the person who took my order. Need it to take the food back for they can replaice it. They all toll me it has to be today for they can replaice the order. No other day. 2 managers,one customer service, one cashier no one say sorry for the incovience. No one knows how to replaice an order for another day. No one knows where to receive a picture of the wrong order. We only ask for what we pay for it. I took the order back and they get offend it because I wanted my money back after 1hr of dealing with people I wanted a refound. They still wanted to charged me a 8pz meal and give me $10 dollars back. I spend almost $60 dolars not eat pollo campero and deal with people who can accept they did a mistake packing my order.

The restaurant hours say it closes at 10pm but the employees no longer sell traditional chicken. If it's 9:25, I told them I wanted it to go and I wasn't going to sit in the dining room. However, Mrs. Bessie Herniquez, the shift supervisor, told me she couldn't cook anymore. They also told the customers who were passing through the drive-thru and others who came in behind me that they should put up a sign saying they close at 10 but no longer sell chicken after 9:25. It doesn't make sense to be open and they're no longer offering service.

My first time heard they had good grilled chicken, ordered 8 piece chicken and the lady didn’t tell me they only had fried chicken left so I asked for a refund because I don’t eat fried chicken and they said no because they closed the pos I’ve worked restaurants my whole life and to be denied my refund was insane. I still need to call my card company and get my money back. Mind you it was the manger that said no. Really bad customer service.
