When coming home from LAX a quick, easy freeway stop at the Roscoe exit is a great welcome home to Los Angeles.

This tummy is always a hit with me. The burgers are always made fresh the fries always hot and tasty the chili cheese fries are bomb and for some strange reason they're Pepsi always taste better to me than other restaurants. Should not have eaten this, but had been craving this after not having it for at least a year. Got a chili burger, vanilla cone, and Starry. Price was way higher than I remember. Cone flavor was off, wouldn't recommend. Starry was all soda water and no flavor, honest mistake. Burger was what I remember and yummy. 7 out of 10 will go back.

I have been going for years. You can go in and get the food quicker if you're in a rush. Drive through can take a while if it is busy. Old nostalgia type of place. Chilli is great, even if you just want some for your own cooking at home. Wheelchair accessible. Better eaten fresh of course. Would 10/10 recommend. Staff is always friendly. The food was great! Had the #1 which is the double burger. I added the chilly cheese fries and a large drink. One thing about this location is in a rough neighborhood but there is a security guard who walks the premises.

Been coming here since I was a kid. I think if you're in LA, you must try this long time staple for Chili. My go to are the burgers. My partner loves getting the tamales. The star of the show really is the Chili. I really rather support these places now rather than the "red and white" burger places as they dont seem so local anymore and so overrated.

Drove away from the airport at 4 AM and was starving. Thank goodness this Tommy’s is open 24 hours. Unfortunately, there are no tables at this Tommy‘s. It was stand up only. They had little ledges where you can place your food, but you have to stand to eat. Still delicious, even if you have to stand the whole time.

I was excited to find Tommy’s because the ones Bakersfield closed some time ago. I very much enjoyed my chili cheeseburger and fries. The chili was a little spicier than I remembered, but tasty nonetheless. My only complaint was that it was stuffy inside the building, I guess that was to be expected when it’s hot outside.

The fries 🍟 cost a bit more $ 💰 but they're delicious 😋 and still hot when I get home. Highly recommend the chili tamale 🫔, the chili dog 🌭, and breakfast burrito 🌯. I didn't realize the burrito 🌯 had sausage so I'll be sure to have it not included on my next visit.

It was my first time at Tommy's Burgers, and I can confidently say I’ll definitely be going back. The chili cheese burger was absolutely incredible juicy, flavorful, and perfectly complemented by the rich, savory chili and melted cheese. The chili cheese fries were just as amazing, crispy on the outside, and loaded with that same mouth watering chili and cheese. The whole experience was exactly what I was hoping for delicious, satisfying comfort food. It’s no wonder this place has such a loyal following, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Came, because they usually have specials for the burgers and hot dogs. They serve us fast, but it does usually get busy. They're not bad hot dogs, just wish the chili sauce was like bland paste. I want flavahh!!. Other then that it's a good place to eat at. Though if you go at night, don't be surprised to see some rough costumers.

I found parking easily in the private lot this place has. When I walked inside, they were not busy and I was the only customer. I asked about the deal and they honored it. I got the chili double cheeseburger, asked for no chili,onion or pickles on it. I also ordered fries and a pepsi. My food didn't take long to come out and I ate it inside of the place. I thought the burger was okay and the fries was fine too. It just needed a little more seasoning which they used to give before.

Not what I remembered! Last time I went to an original Tommy's was in 1988!! The chili has changed and is very bland. I also did not like the fries! Regardless, the experience of going there again was worthwhile.

Food is always good. The employee attitude at the counter is unacceptable. This new generation of kids starting to work have a lack of respect, kind of reminded me of my teen talking and mumbling back at me when asking for a correction to be done. I noticed this by two employees, one towards me and another to an older lady who was oblivious to the comment made by the employee.

Burgers were made as ordered. Chili cheese fries were served hot & crispy. Food did take a while to come out. The cashier didn’t provide our drinks. When asked she said that she had. Told her to come to our table & see that we didn’t have any drinks. She rolled her eyes & gave us the drinks. Several tables were dirty from previous guests, which made it hard to find a spot to sit. I ended up having to wipe down a table with the wipes I carried.

Hamburger was squashed with sauce squishing out. You can see the wrinkles in the bun. Not shure why my hamburger was not placed carefully in the bag. It was pushed down on its side with the frys on top. There was a very long drive through line. I walked up for counter service.

It was decent. I just got a double cheeseburger plain with fries and a pepsi. The burger was tiny, I initially thought it was for a child and only one patty...but it wasn't. Potatoey fries (thick ones) have never been my thing, so it goes without saying these weren't enjoyable. Burger tasted very similar to Carneys, but Carneys has better fries.

This particular Tommy’s is special to me because it was the first time I ever had a Tommy Burger, back in 1969. It was crowded then and crowded now. Just as tasty as ever. I’m wondering how such a long-standing successful money making operation looks like a garbage dumpster? It is shocking at what a dump this place looks like. Bathrooms are always an indicator of what the owner cares about his image and customer experience. These guys obviously don’t give a crap. Yet, with all that being said, the food and service are amazingly on point! A Tommy’s should always be a 5 star, no excuse. Hopefully management will spend some of their gold bars on fixing this place up, one day!

That chili killed my burger. There should really be a disclaimer on the menu that the "hamburger" comes with chili. Hamburger patty was small and thin yet tasty. Fries were good. Milkshake was okay for a machine pour. But, that chili? Maybe it's because I didn't expect it or maybe because I'm from Texas, but that was not pleasant at all. Definitely will not be coming back. Don't get the hype.

I've been going to this Tommy's for years. It really had gone downhill. I remember the amazing service they offered as a kid and it makes me sad to see what they've done with the place.

I tried calling to place and order over the phone. I was told to download grubhub! Update: i actually went amd had a cheese burger and fries for $12.40 This would be a decent $8 street combo. But for $12.40 this burger was terrible.

1st- For 2 weeks twice I've been to this particular location. Both times the service was horrible. Including both times my order was incorrect. On top that wss overcharged. 2nd- I ordered a number one combo which comes with drink. Both times I was told, I was not charged for drink item. When asked to see a reciept. I was laughed at which had me fumming. On top that, I did request to have my burger with just chili and cheese. Of course in both instances, my burger had everything on it. 3rd- Both of these experiences, it was the same gentleman. Both experiences, he did not show any effort in his job. When I did ask for a receipt to verify the charges. He shut the drive thru window and laughed. Obviously, he found humor in his work ethic. If the main doors had not been locked. I would've made sure he wouldn't be laughing!!! When I asked for a manager, again he laughed. This occurred on both occasions I visited. The same gentleman who worked the drive thru window. 4th- Your staff wants a pay increase. Yet on both occasions in the same week. The staff was horrible!! None, of them deserve not one penny of pay increase!! If they cannot handle simple task, they all deserve to lose their job!! I use to attend this location often, now its not worth it. I, will for sure spread the word about this location. As well as the company. This company deserves no business and to go bankrupt!!! I will for sure let others know not to visit this location. I had never eaten anything more disgusting than this thing called a sandwich. The meat burger was covered in some kind of sauce, greasy and disgusting, and resembling vomit. Terrible heartburn followed. The people working were very responsive and pleasant, but the food is not my thing.
