Burger King! Gotta love the whopper. One of the best fast food burgers out there in my opinion. Not only that, their chicken nuggets are also pretty bomb. No wonder they have been a go to place up to this date, even with so many other options out there. On top of this their in-app deals are fire. You can't beat two whopper meals for only five dollars! This place pretty good the area is not the best but I have not had any issues with my order or forgetting items like other fast food places they usually double check the bag before they hand it over which is nice for a change staff seems to be pretty friendly

This BK is one of a kind. The workers there are great. Sam, is really fun and was playing some great music that made me want to dance around! It was really fun to interact with the restaurant like that, it felt like a BK Lounge. This man needs a raise!!!

This location of Burger King has a great soda machine which has a lot of options for customized soft drinks. I tried vanilla coke zero for the first time. Not bad! The hamburgers smell delicious! This restaurant is popular at lunch time with local students and workers. I accidentally dropped my money on the ground and it was instantly returned to me here which is how I'd describe the community this restaurant caters to. Free parking lot. Good budget food and service.

Oh my goodness, I really enjoyed coming to this Burger King. They are doing a remodel and the place looks really nice. I especially like the logos that are on the restrooms are little different from normal logos. the Whopper special that they have was great at the time it is two Whoppers for $6 and the chicken McNuggets are 10 for a dollar really good price for the mail that I had that day. the customer service was with the smile and very attentive and patience with me. I will definitely come back to this location when I'm in the area.

I enjoy coming here to this location as it's on my way to and from various appointments I have during the day. You can use the Burger King app to find great deals on meals. Also I utilize the coupons that come in the mail. Food is fantastic here the burgers always have such wonderful flavor being charbroiled compared to Jack In The Box and other places who just fry them on the grill. Staff you're a wonderful and getting your food to you quickly.

I love this burger king! The food is always hot, most of the staff is nice. I definitely have to say they have two workers who go above and beyond what is expected, Sam and Karen here are the best customer service I have ever received.! Karen, always keeps the dining room so clean and keeps service running quickly and Sam is a super efficient team player and always has a smile. Those two keep this place running and doing a great job at it. Some of the other staff could use a personality change but these two by far make up for the bad temperament of some of their other co-workers. Personally, if I was their boss, I would realize who my best workers are and get these two a raise and a promotion!

Always going to the Burger King for their fingers-licking meals and magnificent service! 👍 They never let me down - I daresay that the staff is very friendly, communicative, professional and very respectful to their visitors. All though it all should be there of course but the food is so good there - like recommending to every burger-lover! Also there is a manager named Sam - very polite and experienced worker that has been there for a very long time, there were million of times Sam brought so much of positive energy to the customers and the place as well. Here for Impossible Burger, Even though they say plant base, BE Careful of Mayonnaise and special sauce both have Dairy. subscribe with Mustard and ketchup Fries were good Hot and crispy, no napkins out nor any dispensers, so you had wait in lline just to get more napkins. They Do Not have dedicated french Fry Fryers, so fries are Not Vegan either. Want your French fries cooked in 100% french frries fryers, Then You tOnly Have 2-Choices, MacDonald uses dedicated french fry fryers. In N Out only makes French Fries , so Both have clean Potatoes only vegitabkenoil fryers. 🖖

Its burger king. I tried the Impossible Whopper. Yes, it takes kind of like meat. No, its not the same thing. When it is served on a bun with lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo.....its almost like the real thing. Almost. I gave it four starts only because the location isnt very friendly with traffic.

Great place for a quick bite, right after the drive through window, you can park in their lot to eat. A bit pricey, but you get more food for your buck.

Service has been good to me here 4 out of 5 times. Two things that do bother me is tables aren't cleaned often and soda machine dispenses some nasty water, color comes out more brown, those machines should be cleaned at least daily. It could be the kiosk itself but idk, water shouldn't really look like that.

A stable in the area for a very long time. Always has cool toy meals. The parking is easy, the area inside is generally clean. The food is hot here most of the time which I greatly appreciate. Play place is outside, which in our time and age is gross and disgusting lol.

It's hard to get to sometimes if you're not on the same side of the street it is on. I have a big family and they always get our order right and and make sure we have everything we need. Also the coupons we get in the mail for them are great and actually save us a lot of money

If you use the app double check the order before you send it. I get an impossible whopper every Wednesday and yesterday there was a screw up on the app. The guy wouldn't exchange it even though I didn't touch it. There were two customers right next to me he could have given it too. Normally the manager takes my order. She is really nice and she is very respectful. Come by. It's a nice clean place

Food just isn't what it use to be. Came here to try and relive the glory days of eating burgers but the meat felt undercooked. Tasted like it had been frozen and bland.

Not the fanciest place, & not the fanciest BK U will ever see, but it'll get the job done. And a good bang 4 the buck for sure! U can stuff UR face for less than $10 for dinner. If U try, U might even find some healthy things, 2. I like their breakfasts when I'm H&H (Hungry & INA Hurry!) But don't make me wait till I'm HANGRY! U never wanna see me HANGRY! ;-)

The impossible burger had no taste. The tacos were good. I also liked the chicken nuggets. The pretzel bacon hamburger was great.

It's a pretty chilled place honestly, but I will admit some don't really listen to your order at times. Even after the order isn't as you asked. They give a look of doubt on what you ordered. Especially the older dude.

If you are in a hurry but you know that you're planning to eat your food where there is a microwave nearby, this is the spot--this location is notorious for serving room temperature food. NEVER FRESH TO ORDER.

The chicken sandwich was cold, which was confusing because the lettuce and mayo was just slapped on to the bun. Also, the chicken nuggets cost more, and they're smaller.

Waited on the drive thru line for 20 minutes!!! There were only 2 cars in front of me after 1 car finally got tired of waiting and left. When you do get to the ordering window they have you wait a few more minutes before they take your order, and then at the pick up window you wait again!!! So frustrating. I should've gone to in n out, where the line is longer but you go through it a lot faster!!

I can clearly see why BK has been closing so many locations, and this one I am sure will be next... Don't get me wrong, the food is good, if they actually give you what you ordered that is.... I am never going to this location ever again, because they screw up the order Every Single Time! How difficult is it to understand what people are ordering, when you repeat it multiple times, and call the item by exactly the name it is called on the menu board? Too difficult apparently... If I were you, I'd try a different location, or find another restaurant that will give you what you ordered and charge you for the items you ordered instead of what they substituted....

I came to get the $5 woopper, chicken nuggets, fries and drink. The price was not aS described on TV ADVERTISING. Woopper more like a cheese burger size. Their special deals are false advertisement. I felt cheated. I ended up buying their item because I was already there and outside was -102-103 digits temperature

Their food quality was ok, they aerin the middle of renovation with signs posted that says something along the lines of check our our new look. I needed to use the restroom when I finished my meal but found myself waiting for who ever I thought was in the restroom. All I could hear was running water so I didn't want to be rude by knocking and knocking, but after some time, I decided what the hell going to open this door and go in. No one was in there and the faucet was left on and this smell of pee and poop was enough to make you want to vomit. And there was soiled toilet paper on the floor. The toilet had smear stains all over it and I don't know if it was the smell or the site but my eyes were actually burning.

Food was fine and typical of a Burger King. We came in around 9:30pm and ate in the dining room. At this location, the dining room closes at 10pm and the drive thru closes at midnight. We hadn't noticed the earlier closing time for the dining room and went up to the counter at 10:05 wanting to order dessert. The employees refused to serve us and insisted that driving around to the drive thru, which can only be reached from the parking lot via a dangerous pair of left turns, was the only way to order.

Chicken Nuggets tasted as if the oil they were fried in, had burning plastic. Fries were cold-ish and the Diet Coke tasted more like carbonated water. I recommend going to another location.

Tv claims they have all these great deals. But the menu at the drive thru doesn't mention them. The menu screen will change, leaving you to order in haste. My ketchup packets were all stuck together with God knows what. Which is why they even gave me more than the 2 packets they usually hand out resentfully like it's coming out of their own paycheck. The food was meh. I can go on but wont.

DO NOT PAY WITH CARD THEY WILL SCAM YOU! Visited this location by the Drive-Thru on December 5, 2021. Placed my order and pulled up to the window, I gave the cashier my debit card for payment to which she responds that the transaction did not go through. No big deal, I've had it happen before so as to not cause more delay I gave her my credit card which did go through. Got home, checked my bank account and noticed that the debit card did, in fact, get charged. I thought the amount would get refunded in a few days but the payment went through so I ended up with two separate charges for the same order, one on the debit and one on the credit. I contacted corporate on December 9th about this and they told me that the manager of the store would contact me to resolve the issue. They did not. I emailed corporate again and once more they told me that the manager was notified but with a more urgent message this time. Still nothing. Finally, corporate escalated my issue to the District Manager (December 29th) to which now I am waiting for their response. According to the "Guest Services Supervisor," they "do not receive updates on these files." It has been a month and still no refund for my issue. $28.31 may seem like no big deal to some but the fact that they literally stole that money from me is why I am pursuing this and may even take legal action if not resolved soon. Do yourself a favor and pay cash. I would give it 1 star but at least the order was correct and the food delicious so it gets one additional star.

My fries were so cold, I asked that I would rather wait for a fresh batch & the girl said "we have to finish these first". They were almost done. Then she said "I can't give you your money back because they were hot when I gave them to you. I hadn't even taken a single bit out of my bacon cheese burger. Order takers can't speak english. She kept telling me a hamburger doesn't come with onions when I was ordering a whopper jr. Cheeseburger. Finally a lady in line explained it to her in Spanish. The order still came incorrectly made.

Most of the Shifts supervisers are very unfrendly and very prejudous and so in most ways they show their employees to be the same way they are , also they are very rude and desper when you are not ready to make the order so they leave you hanging for a long time that some times you decide to leave the restaurant and they seem to not care at all.

Stood there wondering if we were gonna be greeted when the man asked what we wanted he had zero patience to get down our small order and when we asked for a drink from behind the counter it took 7 mins to get the cup back over all the salad with bits of bacon wasn't the best and the fries were not salted the soda fountain had no soda options every worker ignored the customers walking in and were lazy to give friendly service not going again do not recommend location would've taken pictures but was to disappointed

Just ordered a meal from here that came with a red wire in my fries. I've called numerous times to let them know and I've gotten no answer. I tried calling other stores near me and apparently they don't answer their phones either. This is why I don't like to eat out. *Update I drove back to the BK the next day and spoke with the manager. He was nonchalant about the whole thing, didn't even apologize. He said "so do you want another one?" Really people atleast apologize when these things happen. Disappointed with the whole experience at this location. Wouldn't recommend.

The mgmt at this location are atrocious. They should be sent to sensitivity training and then fired for incompetence. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly in a fast food restaurant. This mgr had the audacity to come over to my table with the pull ticket from my order and inform me that I had been there for 30 minutes and that I would have to order something else or leave. I find these discriminatory practices abominable and Corporate should deal with this issue immediately. #BurgerKing

I just went through the drive-through at this location and ordered 2 smoothies and the girl gives me one smoothie that's only three quarters of the way full. It's $3.19 for 16 oz of blended ice with syrup/powder, it's not hard to make. She left syrup unblended at the bottom of the cup as well as ripping me off of a third of the cup's contents. If I'm paying $3.19 for a smoothie I want the cup to be filled. She made no effort to correct her mistake and just repeated "I'm sorry." Never going back there again.

I work in the plant, and this Burger King service is pretty slow and there not busy inside nor drive thru maybe 1 or 2 cars in line. Be expecting to wait. In-n-out line is longer but they get to you quicker!

Came in and bought a five dollar combo $ so Nuggets got the sodas and there was soda spilled all over. You would think they would wipe it off before giving it to us. Guy asked us what condiments we wanted I said barbecue and ketchup didn’t get barbecue but I got ranch didn’t ask for. And they gave me two packages of ketchup for my large fry what’s not enough

When u come in the employees are no where to be found and we waited 5 min for them to stop talking. We even said hello several times. Then when the girl came out she had an attitude. The place is run down and looks dirty. Over all i will never go back there ang the Burget King franchise should be embarrassed.

Cold chking deluxe. Cold fries. No shakes. Soda didn't even taste right. Hadn't been to king for over 10 years. Wanted to try chocolate oreo shake and the chking. Major fail. I ordered my Whopper with cheese and no meat. The crew member asked me If I wanted my burger plain I told him no I wanted no meat. He repeated the order back to me saying plain. I got to the window and check my order and the burger had meat. I handed it back to the crew member and asked him for a burger with cheese and no meat. He came back and clarify that I wanted lettuce, tomatoes, onions, mayonnaise and the bun just not the meat. I told him yes as cheese. When I got home my burger was missing the cheese although I paid for it but at least it didn't have the meat on it anymore. Every time I order at this restaurant my order is always wrong. It's very frustrating. I guess you can ask for it your way but you get what you get.

Went to the drive thru this morning and the cashier had no idea what she was doing. She was charging me more than what I ordered and when I called her out on it she tried to justify saying that the computer is giving her the procw but she clearly didnt know how to do simple math because she was overcharging me. Absolutely terrible customer service. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes, completely ignored by every employee. No greeting, no acknowledgment—nothing. It doesn’t matter what position you have; if a customer is waiting, someone should step up and help. Instead, the workers acted like I didn’t exist. When someone finally decided to acknowledge me, they had the worst attitude—no “hi,” no smile, just a rude, unimpressed look. The way they talked to me was completely unprofessional, and to top it off, they even insulted me. I’ve never had such a bad experience at a fast food place. If you don’t want to deal with customers, why even work here? This place is a joke. Won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. They really be hiring anyone nowadays.

On August 30 2022 around 3pm I came tot this Burger King and placed a order to go, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and didn’t check the bag, I get home hungry and found out they didn’t put my purchased chicken nuggets, no condiments, & no napkins. This place was dirty and the customer service wasn’t pleasant one bit. I don’t recommend this location, go get a better burger down the street, unless you want to be robbed and be treated like anything other than human.
