I appreciate the Donut Cafe's incredibly fresh donut's and soda's. I sometimes really like the tea or coffee sometimes.

Wow..fresh and Delicious 😄. Yummy..so good, with a cup of coffee. The perfect treat!

I would rate them a 5 because i got to know most of the people there and are pretty nice also the service is great and have good donuts and have more than just donuts.

This place very rarely has a rude employee. There customer service alone is a 5 star rating. The food is delicious.

He was served 2 cups of coffee. After he got his coffee he requested cream. After that I stepped to the window to place my order and was re fused service., The only difference between the customer ahead of me and myself is the color of our skin , my question is when did Winchell's start refusing service to anyone because of the color of their skin?

I love Winchell's but this is a hit or miss, sometimes they are good and sometimes they aren't.

Not bad for late night donuts. But don't expect the freshest donuts after 11PM.

I mean the food is good however just be aware that the ham has nitrates which cause colon cancer. The cup they serve coffee in are lined with polyethylene that release millions of micro plastics into your coffee which you then consume. The health effects are most likely poor.

Service sucks. They literally had a 6 person line. I went late so maybe that's why. Only reason I didn't give 1 star is because they were rude just incompetent.

I know everything is more expensive now bot they doubled all their prices... Which means no more Winchell's

Felt good to be back in the city so I stopped @ my favorite donut shop 😊, but the donuts were dry & old been sitting since morning 😔 the frosting on them crumbled up ended up throwing them away.

This is bad service, lady had an attitude. Took 20 min to get what i wanted.

this place is ghetto i came here with my sister in law she likes coming here all the time anyways the ham and cheese croissant is a croissant they cut open and put a piece of yellow cheese and a piece of ham it's not like it's supposed to be as in they make the dough put a piece of swiss cheese and ham and bake it.

Worst place ever!! Do not go. Terrible customer service. People are rude and dont care about the customer.

Bad manner and pretend i was not there .for minyts i waut for her . and she ignorme .my God i call someone there a man making the donuts can you please help me and he came but the lady started arguing wirh him so bad. I just left

Terrible customer service at this location This centroamericana Lady it’s so rude with bad attitude and unprofessional she doesn’t pay attention she gave me my order wrong,she add avocado on my order without asking,and at end she got mad ,she told my husband this is not a Market 🙄not even the Market have that awful customer service I don’t mind paying extra but only when I request the extras,she refused to give my receipt too,I do not recommend it The owner need to training their employees To be more professional and provide a better experience for the customers!

When I told the employee, she opened the container, smelled it, and drank some. She said no it's not. Another customer agreed that it was spoiled. Only then did she give us new coffee and half and half from the carton. The apple fritter has no apple anymore. It's not an apple fritters, just a big thick donut. Too bad. Used to love Winchell for over 6 decades, it was consistently very good at all locations. End of an era.

Yet it wasn’t getting through to them because they threw a peanut covered donut in the bag. After several attempts to explain she gave up and walked away. Part of customer service is being able to speak and understand your customers. We won’t be back, ever!

Came out for a late snack for a variety of donuts at this big chain donut maker, but unfortunately to my dismay they had a bunch old donuts laying around. They should close if their employees not gonna make donuts either. Sadly, disappointed had to take my business elsewhere for fresh donuts. Dont waste your time going here at night.
