I would drive thru this Starbucks location often when I was a student at St. Jude nursing school in late April through May of this year (2022). The incredibly friendly, kind, professional and efficient employees here made my day every time. Their excellence really made an impression on me. Even if the line for the drive thru was long (popular location), it moved more quickly than any drive thru line I've ever been in. Like magic! They make the drinks and food SO quickly and were always so accommodating and polite. Their kindness truly made my day. Best customer service I've ever experienced, hands down. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
It’s located in decent spot but the homeless use the tables outside way too much. With all the clinics, offices and the hospital down the street this place will have a life wait between 7am-9am and again around 12-2pm and 4-6pm
This is a new store and a little smaller with less seating than some of the nearby Starbucks. However, they have a larger variety of things to eat and they keep their shelves and refrigerator well stocked even when the store is busy. Everything is clean and there is plenty of free parking. The customer service is excellent.
A girl named Leslie (I think) got my order completely wrong luckily I later dealt with Deborah and she was awesome she offered me all the help she could provide and I really appreciated her taking the time to explain and even tho I normally only do drive thru I kinda want to go in person just to say hi to her! So you are lucky to have her in your team!

Saturday, February 3, 2024 at 7AM was the first time I visited this Starbucks. I was cordially treated by the barista who took my order and served me quickly. All of the employees were working quickly and tentative to the drive thru customers as well the ones who were coming inside. Very clean, quiet, lots of space, plenty of seating, and a nice view outside. Restrooms are very clean which is a huge influence on my rating. There are tables outside with plenty of seating and it's in a safe place. I would recommend this Starbucks. I would like to add that I noticed some negative reviews as result of honest mistakes and I don't believe that's fair. Sometimes orders are not what we expected or they are wrong. It's happened to me in several places and they were honest mistakes but that does not warrant a negative review. I would like to encourage everyone to expect mistakes and if they occur, then give the baristas a chance to make it right and then post a review about that.
I stopped by this Starbucks in the morning today to get my wife her drink. I usually avoid this Starbucks because it's in a busy area and the plaza it's in is also usually busy. But since this Starbucks was on the way to the store I was going to, I stopped by here. I came in the early morning so traffic was light and this plaza wasn't busy. I found parking in the front and I saw they have a drive thru here which had about 3 cars there. When I walked inside, no one was in line and they barely had any customers inside. I got my wife her green peach tea with light ice and a plain bagel. I also asked for ice with water. The lady taking my order was very polite and friendly with me. It took some time for them to make my drink but I didn't mind. The bagel came out first and then my water. The green peach tea was the last one to come out and they put light ice like I asked. I saw they have outside seating here as well but there isn't much table or chairs out there. I was happy with my experience here today.
This is a great Starbucks location. Pretty busy around brunch/lunch. I work down the street with LAC - Health Department so I just walk over whenever I need to. Friendly staff, and they always do their best to get your order out quickly. Keep in mind when you go during peak hours you might wait a little longer as some orders get backed up. Not the fault of the staff but thats just how it is sometimes. You will eventually get your order. Their breakfast sandwiches are pretty good as are the ice blended drinks!
Very busy location They have PLENTY of parking which is awesome. It’s shared with Aldi market but I’ve always been able to find parking even during peak times. And a drive-thru! The drive-thru lines can get pretty long. The dining area is open for seating. Outdoor seating is also available The bathroom needs a code
This place I give it a rating of 5 stars because the employee Manny was very nice and helpful and also his kind as well. Also I recommend the pink drink is actually so good and as well the Mocha Frappuccino.
I came for a medicine ball so I was a little upset when they didn’t have it but then I was over. Excited when I got a Earl Grey black tea with oat milk and she made it just perfect as if I would’ve made it home. Wow, I’m so satisfied. This was so great just right before work. Thanks so much. Oh, and I got like a butter croissant.

The Saturday morning crew at this location is the best! They are always so cheerful and full of positive energy. Stephanie at the drive-thru is especially friendly — she brings that Chick-fil-A level of customer service with her upbeat attitude. I rarely tip or have a memorable drive-thru experience at any Starbucks, but I do every Saturday morning here.

Pretty high energy location. Polite, friendly, hospitable, and precise. However, I think they shouldn’t be blasting Latin music back-to-back like it’s their backyard. If you’re serving a diverse community of people (we are not ALL Latin) it may be best to mix up the music to serve your customers better.

They always run out of certain food or drinks constantly. This has never changed, you would think they would increase the quantity of items sold out but never do. Drive-thru takes long. Caution pre-ordering on the app, It will not notify you if something is sold out, so you may be surprised when you arrive to pick up your order.
This has to be one of the most inconsistent Starbucks I’ve been to. Sometimes the drinks are okay, but 5/10 I’ve been given a drink that should never be sold. I’m a simple guy, iced shaken espressos and what not. They are either not measuring right, not shaking it enough for it to blend well, but at times it looks like the coffee is oil and the milk is water because they don’t mix. Ends up being a bitter mess. Today I ordered a iced lavender latte and it was blue/purple at the bottom, with some white powder… i had to ask them to remake it, the barista even knew it was unacceptable. Edit: the remade drink is solid It’s unfortunate that this is the only Starbucks between home/work. Do better Starbucks.

I went to the drive thru to get a venti Brwn sugar espresso during my lunch time - long line but I still waited in line cause I really wanted one. One taste and it was yuk to the taste and a waste of my dollar - I need a refund Starbucks
The girl instead of getting the order right kept flirting with me in front of my wife and kept ignoring her with our problem really unprofessional young girl just hoeing around instead of working we asked for a mango dragon fruit lemonade and it just tasted like water and part of the order was missing she didn’t help us kept asking what kind of car was my car and personal questions instead of listening to our problem and confirming our order. You guys need to hire more professional people that do their work not acting like it’s a club.
Just of today the worst cashier in the drive through Iwant to add just a cake but he said you can't add but I waited for them to open the window and waited again to get my drink. September 30 2024.. 2 pm..
I came here today the first time (and the last time that's for sure!). The baristas were ok but didn't know theirs own policies. However the manager was rude and didn't care about Starbucks policies and rules. She stepped in out of the blue taking over my drive-thru order. She took it and as I pulled to the window she started talking to me with attitude and telling me that she will only do exception this time and they're not even supposed to do that! Mind you, this is your company's policy that you should know better than me, your loyal customer! That being said, I'll never stop by this location again! I don't know how she got promoted to be a manager, but whoever promoted her, that was their worst decision ever made! Starbucks is known for it's outstanding customer service and today I didn't see even a hint of such a service!
This place is literally down the street from my house, so it is convenient. But, it's THE WORST Starbucks. They are always out of something... my order can never be complete. Today was the last straw for me. After waiting in drive through for about 25 minutes, I pull up to place my order.... they didn't have matcha green tea. They didn't have turkey bacon sandwich, ordered a shaken espresso and they have no ice! That's freaken RIDICULOUS!!!! They couldn't make my shaken espresso, nor my frappes. They said they can only make cold drinks with no ice. Don't waste your time at this place. You will be disappointed... save yourself time and drive up to the next Starbucks. This one really sucks.
This place has such bad customer service! They even make the drinks horrible. It’s extremely rare when something comes out good . I stopped coming here long time ago . Decided to give it another shot and still the same experience. Such bad attitude these employees have , they need better training . I ordered a matcha latte , and got almost 80% of the cup full of ice , ridiculous!
Two other customers in the store. Staff of 8+ behind the counter. Ordered a venti hot chocolate. They forgot the order. Was waiting 10 minutes. For a hot chocolate. Worse part is I tipped them before receiving my drink. It was the first day of spring 2021 A and I've been robbed.

GET BETTER WORKERS OR GO BACK TO TRAINING !!!! The staff here DO NOT know how to make drinks!! 1. The staff needs a re-evaluation and an attitude adjustment go back to training for proper customer service. they are so RUDE when you tell them your order is wrong like as if it’s your fault they can’t do there job correctly ?!?change your job if you can’t do it correctly because you're definitely in the wrong place can’t make a simple drink? 2. i go everyday and ask for foam on my drink an they give me a little drizzle of foam? never seen any starbucks do that and another thing i go with my friends to starbucks and EVERY TIME we go at least 2 people from my group complain about there drink being horrible and staff have to make it again. 3. manager needs to fire that staff and get better staff or train them better !!!! drinks are horrible then ANY starbucks i’ve been to and staff are rude and passive aggressive ! ALL of them not once have i had a good interaction with staff some dont even say “hi what can i get for you” what is that??
The service and attitude of this place is the reason why I will never return. You can't remake a drink you're all Starbucks you're all the same corporation. That doesn't make sense. Any other Starbucks remakes drinks. But to top it off the attitude that is here I will never return.I will take my money elsewhere. Don't order the blonde expresso roast because they will give you regular espresso and overcharge you. Wasted about $60 on drinks I couldn't drink because they can't follow my customization on the order. Didn't have time to go back and get it fixed either so ended up being a total waste.
This place is so terrible!! customer service is planned ridiculous!! All most everyone there should be fired! They get mad when you ask for extra stuff/Add on They never get any order right either too much ice not enough milk dirty cups there’s always something wrong never runs smoothly. On top of all this they yelled scream treat there new guy’s horrible I was in the drive thru and the young man got my order wrong my God the person who was in charge treated him so bad in front of me I was shocked 😳! This young gentleman has curly hair glasses, and he seems to be white skinny maybe 18-25 years of age.maybe the only employee who is good there Every time they get my order wrong and I come back in the drive-through they turn Aggressive, hostile And make it seem as if it was my fault 🤦♂️ the only person who treats people good when they return, the drink will be the young gentleman didn’t get his name store manager needs to hire better qualifying people I suggest to give that man a a higher position even after he was embarrassed in front of everyone inside the store and the drive-through still smiled and told me have a nice day OMG ! I was watching people walk in and out getting their orders but still didn't get mine. So I went inside and informed the girl of what happened. I watched her goto the other girls at the drive through and my drink was just sitting there. Not only that it wasn't made how I ordered it. The store wasn't as busy as it usually is so I'm not sure why I had to wait or why it took so long to get my drink. Other than that the girl at the register was very helpful.

Andie has terrible customer service that kid has a terrible attitude in drive through I was mid way placing my order and she walked away said YOU CAN STAYYY RIGHT HERE and went inside to say I called her all kinds of name and someone else came out and said he was shift leader and denied service because the little girl andie said a whole story if she can’t deal with a simple job at Starbucks to take an order for what she’s paid to do maybe she should consider getting an actual education so she can have proper life skills

Went through the drive through with my daughter and the girl taking orders was rude and the girl at the window gave me the wrong order, my drink was water down and the cake pops where smashed. Never going back
I drove up to Drive True, no one approached the machine, secondly, I was in a hurry, when I drove up to the window, one woman came out named either Tila or Mila (I don’t remember her name, but she had thin eyebrows and false eyelashes), she started being rude to me, didn’t write off my bonuses, and when I asked for a straw, she just said no and rudely closed the window and pretended that she didn’t understand my English, emphasizing that I was a foreigner. Then I honked the horn and another girl gave me a straw. What kind of rude attitude towards a customer is this? Why does a Starbucks employee behave like this? Or has she forgotten the rule that the customer is always right? Terrible service, I think such an employee should be fired and I will achieve this, since this is a Starbucks near my house, I want to drink coffee without rude treatment!

How do you deny a water when a customer has been waiting in line for 15-20 in the drive through? Your reader was broken and thats understandable, I could not get out due to having cars behind me and in front. I did not have money on hand. But all I asked for was water, not a free drink. Think, do not stick to a manual and hide behind protocols.
