I liked it. The vibe and the cleanliness. The female worker whose name was Yvonne was working hard and all by herself. She was not even upset. Things could be better, but I saw it as good enough for 5 stars.

I really happen to like Wendy's and all of their menu items. I have tried pretty much everything on the menu and it's always really good and generally fresh. I have gone thru the drive-thru and they always get my order correct. I have been inside the store and it has always been clean and the public restroom has always been very clean as well.

Waited 5 hours in line bro didn't think it was worth it until I ate Jerry's single combo bro and wow I think that was one of the best burgers I've ever tried. Not sure if it was cause I didn't eat breakfast all day so I was starving by the time I got my food and waisted no time in devouring it. Will try to make breakfast next day

The food is always fresh and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I have another Wendy's closer but prefer this one. On the rare occasion when they are out of an item or an ingredient, they have been very apologetic and have always gad good alternatives to offer, to make it right. They really understand what great customer service is all about.

All the staff is great and kind i would list the names but honestly its everyone the managers are all great with great attitude and im always welcomed by the staff. Thank you guys!!

Ample parking. All around the building and the ones up front were for handicap only. egg & Bacon croissant. Second row up front next to the street. My croissant was delicious and hot. Buttery & flakey. Great parking. It was close to the entrance and easily in view from the table. Delicious. The fresh made ingredients. Everything is cooked fresh at Wendy's.

The only thing that got me super confused was the was a cashier taking the orders all the way by the parking lot (not by the speaker box). So the speaker was “free/open” so once I got there and an irritated female voice said: ma’am we have a cashier OUTSIDE!!! It almost sounded upset! Lol so I went all the way around… Aside from that the food was AMAZING!!! GREAT FLAVOR AND PERFECT TEMPERATURE! The male manager was super attentive and did a great customer service!

This really is one of the highlights of panorama because there’s not many fun restaurants aside from McDonald’s in the area! But I really love about Wendy’s and something that I will always continue to love is the strawberry lemonade because it is super refreshing! The food taste super exquisite due to the fact that the beef is fresh! No I’m not going to lie compared to other fast food chain restaurants it is a little bit more on the pricey side but it’s definitely worth your dollar.

Wendy's is usually pretty good. Fair prices. Gave it only 4 star because the beverage machine is out of Coke and most other regular/good beverages almost regularly. They need to work on beverage issues behind counter or in dining room. Never really get much soda there. Food good though. Except the sea salt. If I wanted that id go hang out in the ocean.

First time at Wendy's (I know, I know) food was very good the spicy chicken sandwich and the spicy chicken Nuggets were good however we were standing in line about 10 min( I am serious 10min) by the time the manager was talking to staff and the line was about 6-7 deep....and finally after they took the order their priority was to prepare the mobile orders and keep us waiting people were asking what is the delay but no one bothered to answer......oh well

The floor and some tables are filthy, specially the couch/ cushioned seats. It's like no one is assigned to clean the store. I understand that people who eat there should clean as they go. But the store management should already put someone to clean and disinfect the place from time to time. Despite the restroom is armed with a codelock, floor is sticky, trash on the floor and no toilet paper available. Having said that, the rest of the stars are for the friendly and helpful staff who welcomes you with a smile and a positive attitude. Parking is shared with other establishments. Drive-thru is managed very well since queue doesn't take long to get their order.

I really like Wendy's. Always good food for what it is. However often the workers are kind of rude or short and don't answer simple questions or requests. Several times they have forgotten parts of my meal then when I went back to let them know they would not help me. In the past I have had language problems as well and I wasn't sure if it was sincere or a ploy to get me to accept the order they gave me and go or they don't speak English well enough to take an order or correct a mistaken order. Sometimes they seem so annoyed when I have to tell them I only needed one meal not 2 or 1 of something not 4. But even if it isn't what I wanted. I love Wendy's. So inspite of incompetence and rude employees. I have to give 3 stars where that same experience at any other fast food would be 1 star.

I think they have a reasonable quality-price balance. So, in terms of food, it's an OK place for a quick bite. I don't really like their opening hours. They don't open until 10:00 a.m. , so, not a breakfast option.

The food overall was pretty good. Personally, I think their breakfast menu is worth trying, so if you're considering good food in the morning make sure to arrive to place your order before 10:25 AM for their breakfast. Their whole menu is decent. And tbh, whenever the weather is gloomy I like to come here for their chili. Their chili is always good.

Okay place clean tables nice employees could not get wi-fi to work and the TV was not on .. it seems all fast foods have that guy who is always asleep at the table or is sitting up and asleep the managers seem to ignore that .. if managers were a bit more strict about that it would be a little more comfortable for paying patrons and it was a Bit noisy with some lady training her kid to jump ( ? )

I came here this morning to take advantage of the Tmobile Tuesday free breakfast sandwich deal if I get a beverage with my order. I tried to place my order ahead of time before they open at 6:30am but it kept failing. So I drove to the place and the mobile order was able to go through after 6:30am. I opted for the in store pickup but all the doors were still lock. So I went to the drive thru and it was difficult to tell them I was picking up a mobile order because the people working the drive thru was talking but he wasn't talking to me. Another lady took over and told me to pull to the 1st window. The first guy working the drive thru I believe his name was Francisco apologize and said he was talking to the guest before me and forgot to mute the mic. I got the Breakfast Baconator, my wife got the Sausage, Egg &Chesse Biscuit and the Vanilla Frosty-ccino. The small size of the drink is like a medium or large size elsewhere but my wife didn't like the drink as much. I thought my Baconator was a little on the heavy side and my wife thought the Biscuit was okay.

First time I was there I really only wanted fries so I ordered the biggie meal instead they gave me 2 nuggets.. It was to go so I did not take it back. Second time the same deal they botched the order. Last time for me that's for sure.

For some reason y’all keep closing 15-20 minutes early. On top of that, there has been numerous occasions where I have asked for something and it has been met with the most disgruntled attitude and/or the order is completely mixed up. I get that it’s just a fast food place, but for some reason this location just always seems to be in a bad mood and closes early. If the kitchen closes at a certain time to allow for cleanup, that needs to be a factor in the closing hour. Kitchen closes = restaurant is closed. Stop playin around.

Thoroughly mediocre, and got my order wrong (drive thru). Hadn't been to a Wendy's in years but the $8 JBC deal sounded good so I sought one out. Pretty sure the JBC has shrunk but wasn't bad, fries better than before, sweet tea tastes awful AND I ASKED FOR UNSWEET. Also tried a small weird frosty Oreo sundae combo, wasn't good and was rather big for a small. So overall meh, will probably be years before I go again...

I was so disappointed when I came to this location on Wednesday 11/6/2019. I was in line for 10 minutes with 3 other customers waiting. While the staff completely ignored us until the person in front of me said something... At this point I thought maybe they're just understaffed, so I waited order my food and had no comment to the staff..But when I went to the dinning area there was trash on every table and on the floor. The staff hadn't bothered to clean the lobby at all. it was just full of other people's food that had probably left earlier. I luckily found one of only 3 tables that were clean to eat on.I gave this location 2 stars because Wendy's food is great!! But the management team needs to learn how to manage their team and multi task and learn what proper presentation ( Cleanliness) means for a business.

The food is good, for fast food. My only issue was the customer service. The Wendy's in Panorama City is incredibly rude. The ladies there dont even hand you the change in your hands. I will never go here again for this reason.

So this the 2nd time went to this Wendy's. Both times they messed up my order. This time I ordered a Baconator without ketchup and Big bacon classic without onions and tomatoes (always the same order at all Wendy's). Of course we didn't get our receipt. They gave us 2 Big bacon, one without onions and tomato and the other with everything. Thankfully we had not left the parking lot before noticing the mistake. Went back and told them the order was wrong and they said they would fix it. After getting the new burger we left, thinking they fixed it and gave us the Baconator. Nope, the dumb a$$ just ended up giving the burger (big bacon with everything on it) back like it was a new burger. So make sure everything is correct before leaving the drive-thru.

Had to wait inside the store for 18 minutes to get my food, horrible service , the young girl (seemed somewhat new )(so kinda understand that just getting started stuff and give some understanding for that ) but she and her manager were so concerned for the drive thru that 8 people were just standing inside waiting . SMH it's just not worth it. I ordered a barbeque cheeseburger (single) and a fry with no drink. The barbeque sauce tasted old . The burger was hot but fries were just greasy and warm. False advertisement for their events. Their events do not run until midnight. They close at 10:30 so expect to get there before hand to line up. I drove an hour and a half for the SpongeBob collab; I got here at 11:10pm just to be met with an event closed sign and cars in line.

Super rude drive through outside assistant gave me attitude when I wanted to the normal big menu with the prices (not the laminated menu with no prices anywhere). He Said I’d have to “back up again, back to him to order”. Then the regular drive thru speaker worker tried to take my order and the got confused and the outside guy again with attitude made me back up 4 feet to him. We told the manager but she didn’t really seem to care.

Walking into Wendy’s for their highly-anticipated SpongeBob-themed Krabby Patty promotion, I expected a whimsical journey under the sea. What I got, however, was a culinary shipwreck of Titanic proportions. The much-hyped Krabby Patty arrived looking like a sad imitation of its animated counterpart. The bun was soggier than a jellyfish, and the patty’s texture resembled a cross between a hockey puck and an old shoe. As for the special “Krabby Sauce,” it was more reminiscent of a mystery goop you’d find at the bottom of a deep fryer. If SpongeBob himself flipped burgers like this, he’d be out of a job faster than you can say “Barnacles!”

I did not enjoy my experience. We sat down pretty fast, but the waiter didn’t come to ask us for our food until we had to ask. We then said we were ready to order, but he just walked away ignoring us. It took another 15 minutes for him to come back. We then ordered. We were on a small time crunch, but we thought an hour would be enough to go and eat. It took an hour to have our order sent to the kitchen. We had to go early. When I told the waiter we had to leave he was very mad and said “well if you didn’t have me come over twice you would have your food”. He only came over when we told him we were ready and he still ignored us. He then told us to just leave.

Cashier Leslie took way too long to take my order. She was bagging food orders and didn’t even say she will be right with me. I was the only one in line. After standing there for 5 min, I told her I had to order food and she still made me wait another 2 minutes. Placed a order here 12/26 for it to be picked up at 11:25 .Before I even get there it's marked as picked up already ?? guess they thought it was a Doordash order ..... I get there at 11:40 my order isn't even started ? By 12:05 me and like 5 other people are standing around for 20+ minutes . All the staff just looked confused . I asked them three times if they could fulfill my order but gave me a different answer every time ? Got a refund and left , I drove 20 minutes from Sylmar...

My boyfriend and I stopped by here for a quick lunch on the way to our destination. We ordered our food fairly quickly and easily, but when we got to the window, paid for our food, and then asked for a few dipping sauces we were told it was an extra cost each. That would have been nice to know while we were ordering our food so we could have decided if we wanted to keep ordering. I think at least one or two dipping sauces should automatically come with the meal. So before ordering, it should be disclosed to the customer because then if we had wanted the dipping sauces besides the extra cost, it could have been already paid for without wasting any more of our time. My boyfriend was flabbergasted to say the least since he has never had this experience before with other Wendy's locations and was severely disappointed. This was my first experience with Wendy's and I was disappointed as well. We did enjoy the food though, so I know we'll be eating at Wendy's again, but definitely not at this location.

Poor customer service, cashier takes my order and walks away and comes back, gets the order wrong. The food was stale and I had a long hair in my breakfast sandwich. I usually never come in, but now I won't ever again.

This morning I was around the area , we decided to go get breakfast there, as soon as we got on the drive thru they were not friendly at all, they were on hurry trying to make me finish my order, when I got at the window I paid and them they ask me to park , when they brought my food they didn’t give me a chance to check , she walks away, the ice coffee was nasty they didn’t even mix the syrup it was so watery and sweet , sandwich was okay but drinks and services terrible, never coming back,

This place is a disaster for dine in customers. During my visit there was a bee inside the restaurant and a homeless guy wiping his barefoot with napkins in front of people eating thier food. When you tell one of the workers and the manager they say they will take care of the problem but, they don’t care. Many times I told them and they don’t do nothing. That was a disgusting 🤢 experience I have in my life.

Awful Customer service by "Mgmt" as a whole ..Maria,Jamie,Jose...Wrong food given had 2 go back twice 20 to 25 minutes each way and "mgmt" team that lacks the capacity to actually do the job required and address restaurant errors effectively. Store also does not answer to customers it seems ..Called 10 times with no answer on 6-3 day of then again 6-4 and again no answer. Very dissapointing.

This site is consistently bad at fulfilling orders. Today though, I finally had the last straw when an employee tried to gaslight me. I placed a mobile order, selected drive through, and was told to go to the second window. I've been coming here for the last few months so this is business as usual. At the window I was then told they don't do drive through mobile orders and that I needed to pick up inside. After parking in one of the MOBILE ORDER lanes I headed inside for my order. Besides being gas lit about drive through and waiting an additional 20 minutes, they forgot to give me fries for the meal as well as cheese on my potato. Only once in the 3 times I've ordered potatoes have they actually given me my order correct. This is in addition to forgotten nuggets, fries or staws with meals. This genuinely sucks since I like the menu.
