I stopped by here this morning to pick up my online order for my wife. I found parking right in the front because I came right when they open so the plaza where this store is at wasn't busy yet. If you come later in the day then finding parking can be difficult. I arrived early to pick up my food so it wasn't ready yet. I stayed inside of the place and waited until the food was made. The food was ready at the pickup time I selected and I took it home. My wife got her Salmon Veggie bowl because that's her favorite. The portion size of the salmon was small so its not always the same size. I selected for extra veggies instead of brown rice and it looked like they give more veggies. My wife loved her food, the salmon bowl never disappoint her.

Delicious and healthy food with great customer service. Couldnt help but notice how clean the place was either. Will definitely be coming here again. Also the portion size is excellent for the price.

Yesterday I was at the Panorama City Local. Queen, Emily G, offered me a cup to get some water for my headache. I did not tell her I had a headache. She was paying attention. Thanks Emily, I truly needed that cup of water. It may have worked, but I truly believe it was your generosity that made me forget I had a headache!

Posting as a first time WaBa Grill customer; I've been told in the past years that this is a better Yoshinoya and it is. I have no other way to explain it other than to confirm that the flavors are as fresh as they imply. The WaBa sauce is pretty good but I advise against those who are on a budget. For 4 chicken veggie bowls I paid $41.56. The only reason I finally tried it is because I didn't want Yoshinoya, I already expect bad food from Yoshinoya. WaBa grill has won me but I'll probably be getting food here very rarely. I'm on the verge of going on a budget myself do to local inflation.

I’ve been coming here every other day for the past 3 years and the bowls would be serve all the way to the top but now In the recent weeks they are serving them half way and today they got a little over hand they serve my bowl bellow half away !! It really did upset me ! I didn’t get a chance to go back and complain because by the time I noticed i was already at home. I’m sure I’m not the only who notice this. If they are gonna start doing this then they should lower the prices as well. I’ve been to other places and this is the only place who is doing this .
Employees should be a bit more friendly to their customers. No smiles, no positive energy, not sure what’s up. Food wise, it’s good.

I dont usually write reviews but I'm very disappointed with this waba grill. The portions keep getting smaller and they are very stingy. Each time we ask for lemon, the owner either lies and says they don't have any or gives us half a wedge cut into 4 pieces and refuses to give us more. Long story short, I will no longer be giving them my business.
great food ,love the music and design. Hated customer service felt very unwelcome might as well have a robot serve me food the attitude given would have been better then the rude cashier working there she need help. hope she learns S.E.C. smile eye contact and comment

The dumplings are so good here . However the customer service is really bad the Asian lady mean mugs people she don't see fit , or her upper lip stinks like dookie the only reason I came here a second time was the dumplings. never again will I come back here
Food is good just like any other wabagrill, but there is one important thing they need to take care ASAP, employees need to wear gloves and serving food. I didn't like how they handle cash on the cashier and getting back to serve food to other customers. COVID19 is real and this is no joke! The Asian lady that works there has to take this more seriously.
Extremely rude staff. I asked for no waba sauce on both bowls because me and my friend are allergic to it. When I walked out, I noticed it was covered in sauce, “I said no big deal, it was a mistake”. I checked my receipt and yes, I in fact asked for none but I tasted just a bit to confirm. The girl with the dyed hair, extremely rude, told me “We didn’t add any” and hesitantly said we’ll remake them and to watch the cook remake them. I said “well maybe it’s a cross contamination” she looked at me like that was her first time hearing those letters strung together (concerning). Anyway, the “cook” lets out a joke and says “this isn’t Benihanas” because I have to watch him now prepare it and see “how no sauce is added” another guy at the register says “ if you’re allergic then why did you taste it” (I can have a bit without getting completely gluten). Does waba grill not train their staff on allergies and cross contamination? Anyway I see how the “cook” makes the bowl and immediately notice the cutting board is completely lathered in waba sauce. Please retrain your staff on allergies and cross contamination.
Ordered online for pickup. When we went to pick it up they kept demanding we were at the wrong location even though we had our confirmation receipt stating that location. And they kept saying that they never received our order They wouldn't even look at the order # on our receipt to see if it matched any of the orders they received. It took almost 20 minutes to get them to actually look and our food had been sitting there ready the whole time
Food is fine as well as the service HOWEVER I can not get how the owners have their employees working in 100 degree weather with no AC as well as their hard earned paying customers is beyond me their employees have told me this has been going on for some time I hope they contact a lawyer for being put thru such poor working environments
Asian lady was extremely rude and racist. I went in for water because it was hot outside and I felt dizzy, and she kicked me out and told me I couldn’t sit down. I stopped inside because I had an interview at the Walmart next door, I was dressed very business casual, and it was really hot outside. The heat was making me feel dizzy and my interview wasn’t for another 30 mins so I went inside wabagrill. All I did was ask for cup a water and she immediately kicked me out once I tried to sit down. She allowed a white man to sit and stay when he also came inside for just water. Very rude, disrespectful and racist.
Alejandra F served me a Thai Tea halfway , I like the tea but I payed for a full drink not half a drink.
I’ve been coming here for a couple years and it seemed like they have a new Asian owner because my food was ready as soon as I paid for it which it usually takes 10 to 15 minutes for them to make it not only that I got food poisoning from them and it makes me really mad Please don’t ever come here. Unless you feel like throwing up and going to the bathroom all at the same time with some sweat for two hrs not worth 15 bucks. Byeeeee
They messed up on our salmon bowls we ordered them with an additional piece on both they were fairly small and under cooked we didn't want poke bowls or any type of half cooked portion of meat especially after paying extra. The customer service here is horrible can't get a manager on the phone spoke with Chung who had horrible customer service refused to give the phone to a manager or someone in charge and then hung up in our face after we tried to get this resolved
