When we got here the cashier was outside talking on the phone, we waited about 5 mins till she came in to take our order so we lucked out on breakfast because of her... she was rude and the food was mid not what im used to at carls Jr when we sat down we noticed alot of flies around the table. Honestly I won't be back here if I could give this specific location a zero I would

Worse customer service! First Esmeralda gives attitude over the drive through speaker and in person, then you pay for your food and they tell us to please wait in the parking lot also the location was not busy we were the only ones in the parking lot we parked at 6:30 didn't get our food till 6:45 save your time don't bother coming here. Then when Esmeralda handed us the food didn't say anything and left

Horrible service. Didn't get the order right. I ordered a double famous star, it had only the meat cheese, and lettuce. No pickles, onions, and no tomatoes. I will never eat there again. Could not return it because I went through the drive-through.

Terrible place, the Sprite is just water, again!! I thought the first time was a mistake, but it happened again, and that's even though the staff pour the drinks themselves. Don't go here, the food is poorly prepared.

Hey there, I hate leaving bad reviews because I work in food too and have worked in fast food for around 7 years starting in 2015. Unfortunately, I got home and found out I was served a big plate of raw chicken. I see myself as an understanding person, however I think the kitchen staff could use some more training to ensure their chicken gets cooked properly. Worst service ever! The drive-through lady preferred talking on the phone instead of doing her job. She somehow decided to put five burgers on my order with completely different sauce, and then—still on the phone—said, “I can’t give you a refund today.” P.S. Still waiting on my refund—and she’s probably still on the phone. ☹️

I went through the drive-thru around 3:30 a.m. during my night shift, but the female employee who took my order was extremely rude and unprofessional. I ordered a Guacamole Burger with “no bacon”. She even repeated my order back to me, as employees usually do to make sure they got it right — so she clearly understood what I wanted. But when I checked my food in my office, she had given me a burger “with bacon and without guacamole” — the exact opposite of what I ordered. And she still charged me $19 for the combo. Her attitude made the experience even worse. She acted like she couldn’t understand my English, and her tone felt openly hostile. I honestly felt disrespected and even wondered if her behavior was racially motivated. It’s absurd — I asked for a Guacamole Burger without bacon, and she handed me a burger with bacon and no guacamole. That’s not a simple mistake; it felt childish and deliberate. This was truly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
