Opinions de Starbucks North Hills
I'm from out of town and I decided to walk in this store earlier today, I didn't know what I wanted but the worker Madi suggested that new summer berry lemonade drink but with Lavender syrup and it was so good! Madi was so friendly and I really enjoyed talking to her during my visit, we talked about my city and why I came to visit, she even has a friend or two there and so on, they're just so kind! They made me feel pretty welcomed from the second I walked in that store too when she greeted me. It was a kindness that you don't see so often anymore at many locations!
Always the employees very nice and courteous
Best Starbucks by far! The baristas here are the best yet! Carrie, Brooke, Lee and Bunnie made me feel extra special when I came in the other day! I'm there all the time so when I came in they all welcomed me by name and with a warm smile. I love the new modern look of the store. I love that they kept the fireplace and I love the chairs next to it. I'm a bit disappointed that the cafe is smaller now but it seems the baristas have more room to work. The bathrooms also got a much needed facelift. It also seems after the renovation that the service is speedier and my drinks are tastier. This is the best Starbucks in our area! Thank you everyone for making me feel extra special.
Sierra did an amazing job! She had amazing suggestions, and also made sure that my order was made correctly! Her communications with her teammates was very impressive to see. She made sure everyone was on the same page about orders. She was very efficient and taking orders, and then jumping into making drinks as needed. It’s great to see young people who have great customer service.
Bill was the nicest man! He made me a great beverage - absolutely to my liking - and he was so kind and great! Will make the drive to NH if I know his schedule because he nailed my drink perfectly!!!! Thanks Bill! I hope you have a great day’s
Other than being out of chai, I had an amazing experience. Miles at the register helped me find a wonderful alternative, and I felt like I was talking to my own grandson. I truly enjoyed myself and look forward to more great conversations like that.
Always good and always busy. No room at the store but there's some outdoor seating for groups of 2-4.

This Starbucks location had their credit card machine go down and when I didn’t have cash and had already ordered they provided my order at no charge. Totally the right thing to do and they did the same for others behind me in line. Kudos for being so gracious and friendly!
This is my favorite location. One of the baristas "Mr. Holidays" makes you leave with a smile from ear to ear. He is personable, outgoing, fun and does an amazing job! Elijah is his real name lol

I'm not trying to be rude or anything. I got my strawberry açai and it wasn't full, also got an iced caramel macchiato with a total of 5 shots and I could tell they weren't added because I could still taste all the milk they add to full the cup up. I understand she might be new. Still tipped home girl, though
Growing increasingly frustrated with this location as they continually mess up orders. The label clearly says no ice - you get ice, no whip - you get whip, White mocha - you get chocolate, add cinnamon - you get none, extra syrup - you get standard amount, etc. I understand things can get hectic, but what is the point of having your order printed correctly, if the staff ignore the details? I've given Starbucks an obscene amount of money over the years, but this may be my sign to switch.
Myles doesn’t seem familiar with how to properly make a pistachio cream cold brew. When I ordered one recently, it had very little cold foam and the cold brew itself was overly sweet, as if too much syrup was added. The experience really highlighted how inconsistent Starbucks can be—sometimes the drinks and baristas are great, and other times they’re not. Additionally, there was little to no customer interaction when being handed my beverage. Otherwise this is a great location and I typically have good experiences.

I was there today afternoon (Sunday)..Very loud gospel music was playing..A little cofused, is there a coffe shop /restaurant or a church..and I chose to go out and sitting in very hot weather.
Not only did we not get everything we ordered and have to drive back, the barista was unnecessarily rude and almost visibly rolling his eyes. As someone who used to work for Starbucks this is also definitely NOT "light ice". Usually this starbucks has great service and makes things perfectly but not sure why this was what happened today.
This location along with other starbucks locations are a hit or miss, depending on who is making your drinks. 75 percent of the time the coffee tastes great. But today I went in to order my usual frappe, and it just tasted like milk with no flavor. I was tempted to return it and ask them to make me another one but decided not to. For 6 dollar coffee, I expect great tasting drinks all the time, not just every other time.
I used to come here 3-4 mornings a week for coffee and breakfast and to see local friends but the renovation they did to the space makes it feel more like a MacDonalds than a coffee house - no more chalkboards - they were replaced by digital screens, and therefore no more weekly riddles, no more seating other than three tables - they obviously don’t want the community hanging out there. It’s bright and garish instead of cozy. When i’ve picked up my cappuccinos recently they are flat and the cup feels half empty. They took a cherished community hangout and ruined it.
Check the pictures for the newly renovated Starbucks. I’m sure Starbucks corporate spent a lot to get the place up fitted. However I’m amazed that there is so little seating in the cafe area and that store management uses the floor as a storage site. There were people sitting amidst the boxes! On a chilly morning is this how Starbucks wants to present itself? Does Starbucks corporate not want people to come and sit inside or is this a local management thing? One more thing … when I came into the store today, there was no one inside, three associates were behind the counter, one was making a drink and two were talking, and it took a person 5 minutes to come to the register to take my order. Really odd for Starbucks in general and even this location specifically, which I’ve visited many time before. Guess things have changed … why invest so much in the location and allow for things that could push people away.

I ordered a grande hot chocolate, super simple drink, and basically got hot water with a drop of chocolate. I opened the lid to see how light/dark the mix was and found that my cup was barely over half full. So not only did they cheap out on the drink, they also cheaped out on the amount. I noticed some of the venti to-go orders looked like they were also missing the full amount. You absolutely do not get what you pay for at this location.
I used to enjoy coming to the Starbucks and get a drink and work, but they remodeled the place and got rid of half of the seating and half of the area where people can stand away for the drinks so the place is very cramped now and nowhere to sit because there’s only three tables. I also made the counter into an L shape so the Line of people ordering goes past the area where people are picking up the drinks. So it’s a big mess where you’re trying to pick up your drinks and waited through people to get to your drink. Whoever did this redesign of the room really blew it. I will not be back to this location after today.
After two months remodeling your store is definitely frustration. Just 2 tables, 2 seats, and a small working desk inside the store. That's it.. all you have. This is not suit of concept and spirit of Starbucks. You are as if saying to costumers " we don't like you here , just take your order and leave " Not respectful enough.... Stir sticks are not wrap paper, so everybody touching them with bare hands.. that is not good, especially , covid is still around us.
Picking up a delivery order today at 7:45am I felt invisible. I walked in, no greeting. I stood at the pickup counter, no acknowledgement from the staff. Finally after 3 minutes of standing there I asked about my order that I figured was already on the counter because of the name (no one announced it) I was told what usually happens with this type of order. Very poor experience and it did not live up to the service I have received from many other starbucks locations.
