I love the veggie burger absolutely unique, just had a tuna melt and that was very tasty as well
40 years of melty cheese, crispy crust, and the kind of customer service that makes you want to hug someone (but maybe wait until they’re not holding a hot tray) Let me just say this loud and proud: La Pizza Kosher is LEGENDARY. This isn’t just a pizza joint — this is a cheesy, saucy temple of consistency, and I would happily be buried under their mozzarella. They’ve been around for over 40 years — which in pizza years is like being a Jedi Master of melty perfection. And the guys behind the counter? They literally grew up in this place. No, really — they started working there as kids and now they own it, which makes sense because no one cares more deeply about your dinner than these guys. You walk in, and you’re greeted with smiles so genuine it feels like you just walked into a surprise birthday party where the gift is thin, crispy crust and emotional stability. The pizza? A masterpiece. The crust is so perfectly thin and crispy, you could use it as a frisbee — but you won’t, because you’ll eat it before you even sit down. The cheese is bubbly, stretchy, golden… it has that perfect “I-just-burned-the-roof-of-my-mouth-but-it-was-worth-it” texture. And the sauce-to-cheese ratio? Divine. Not too much, not too little. Like it was measured by angels with tiny ladles. Now let’s talk pasta. Yes, pasta. Because this isn’t some one-trick pepperpony. The pasta dishes are outstanding, but let me highlight one in particular: The pasta broccoli. I don’t even like broccoli — it’s basically trees in disguise — but somehow they turn it into a creamy, garlicky, comforting bowl of green-tinted joy. It’s so good, you’ll forget you’re technically eating vegetables. Oh, and cheese fries? Listen. I have a rule: if your cheese fries don’t require at least three napkins and a personal moment of reflection, you’re doing it wrong. La Pizza gets it right. It’s like melted cheese lava poured over crispy golden dreams. And even the Stulburger (which sounds like something invented by a guy named Irving who lost a bet) — delicious. No clue what’s in it. Don’t care. I’d eat two. Final Verdict: La Pizza Kosher isn’t just a restaurant — it’s a cheesy, carb-filled legacy wrapped in thin crust and good vibes. Friendly staff. Legendary food. A record of four decades with no pizza betrayal. Do you know how rare that is? That’s like finding a unicorn that delivers. Five stars. Twelve thumbs up. One melted heart.
The pie is best experienced when it’s fresh and hot out of the oven. Any other way is great don't get me wrong, however, fresh and hot is the name of the game. Pizza is always consistent, pizza sauce is light yet strikes smooth layers of many flavors on the pallet especially when it’s hot out of the oven. Cheese is light and simple yet “stretchy” and perfectly chewy to the mouth. Not over powering at all, the pizza is a classic. Crust is to die for. Italian salad dressing is the best in the game. And apparently the pizza maker in the kitchen is a skilled artisan named Sergio making pizza pies for ever 40 years! Makes every pie with thoughtfulness and care. Truly delicious. Won’t forget. Better than most places IMO. 11/10 would definitely recommend. Love this place so much!!
Of all the kosher pizza places in the valley, LA Pizza has the best pizza by far. I've been in the area for a couple of decades and I've tried all of the kosher pizza places out here. None of the other ones compare. The other places do weird stuff like have sweet crust or add sesame seeds to their crust or their crust is too thick or their sauce just ain't quite right. LA Pizza has pizza down. Plus, their salad dressing is pretty great too. That's why LA Pizza is still thriving even after that trash competitor restaurant opened up next door. Compared to non-kosher pizza restaurants, it is on the mid-expensive side but it's not more expensive than other kosher pizza spots out here. Maybe I'm semi-biased because I grew up going here and I met my first GF here but their pizza is the best in the area. I know pizza. Ask my ever-growing belly if you doubt.
Best pizza money can buy
Great french fries quiet and good air conditioning. In this neighborhood hard to get only a single slice of pizza that is kosher. The other place only sells whole small pie. Enjoy the food here and the people.
Mom and pops place, at first you may think it is not worth it, it's not fancy but the pizza is the best I have ever had in my life !!! What they do in that kitchen is art 🎨 😍
the most delicious pizza I have ever had. the gentleman named Sergio was super nice and the best customer service specially in kosher restaurant 🙏
Honestly my favorite kosher pizza in Los Angeles. Not to doughy and not to thin everything just perfect and delicious. Good prices too.
This place is without a doubt the best pizza place Ive ever been to. Everything is perfect.
It's one of the best pizza places in town!
This is some of the best kosher pizza in the North Hollywood valley village area. I highly recommend to any Jews looking for food.
Best pizza in LA by far! and if your from NY, you will definitely enjoy it - Guarentee!!!
Great guys behind the counter with a very family friendly environment. The pasta broccoli and pizza are amazing items on the menu

Pizza is really delicious, toppings are generous. Also the pizza is made very quickly. Bathroom we were told was "broken" (where do they go to the bathroom), no option for pitcher of tapwater, and I found the service medicore...for these reasons dropping one star.

I ordered 4 slices through Postmates and I received what looks like 2 slices cut in half. CHEAP!

They charge for single slice serving ranch container. Let’s start off with the customer service. I called in and ordered a medium pizza. Me and my family were very happy to have pizza. When I went to pick up my pizza the owner Sergio told me they only had large pizzas to sell. He charged me for a large, I had no choice even though a medium pizza is what I ordered. Yes I was not okay with this service, when I addressed the isssue he told me not to come back.
