Bought a dozen donuts and the counter clerk was nice and quick. Coffee was classic donut shop style, no frills creamer and sugar. The donuts were fresh and tasted great.

Another excellent experience at a Yum Yum donuts. Some times i crave the Yum Yum xtreme melt tuna for lunch. Today was that day. Customer service is amazing. The beautiful young lady that helped me was so polite and listened carefully to my request because i like mine done a certain way. The end result is in the pic and in my tummy, mmmmm delishes. Its customer oriented employees like this young lady that are keeping customers like myself hooked on Yum Yum xtreme melts amongst other delishes offerings.

It's a go to place for me for beets and carrots juice and some apple cinnamon donut. The beets smoothie taste isn't good but it is the healthiest way to go and definitely fights cancer

Always fresh and always friendly. Love your sweet morning treats? This is your place. Love breakfast bagels and burritos? Noah's can't hold a candle to this place, and I like Noah's. Coffee. As good as you can get. They're open late and you can order breakfast anytime, but they also have sandwiches for lunch. Can they provide for office breakfast and lunches. Yes. The cruellers are good but too sweet. Lots of winning lottery tickets sold here and half dozen donuts was only like $4.50 [or 5.50 when a single is $1.10 to $1.50 & u can buy arrowhead water for $1 too. They also have coffee ice cream and yellow cake. Music was blasting foreign asian music, like 50z to 70s or classic era. Really added to the fob atmosphere! 5 stars from what i have seen

If I could take that one star away to show no stars that would be my rating. The worst Costomer service, which I’m not surprised. I received a rude welcoming as soon as I walked in. they denied my service just because my choice of a face covering wasn’t made like a mask. I used a shirt which is absolutely the same thing as a cloth mask. The ignorance on top of the aggressive tone the employe gave me will be the last time I ever spend money at a YumYums retail. I'm so unhappy with this yum yums I went to a lot. My boyfriend got jumped by 3 guys and he went over to yum yums to see if he can use a phone. They didn't want to let him use the restroom to wash up which I guess I can understand since its an employee bathroom but they told him to not call the cops over there. Very disappointed and will not be coming back. Plus they usually always get my sandwich order wrong multiple times. If someone needs help, you SHOULD help them.

Terrible service. The girl working the counter was busy when we came in. No problem, it happens. While waiting for her to finish, we were all discussing which donuts we wanted. She appeared to be listening and paying attention to what we were confirming with each other, which I thought was wonderful. Multitasking. Apparently she was just smiling because of my husband. He is waaay better looking than me, and I do not have low self esteem, I’m just realistic. He did all the ordering, as he usually does. Every single time I said anything, she looked at me like I was being ridiculous and gave me whatever donuts she wanted instead of the ones I pointed to and asked for. It was literally just 3 choices out of the entire box. The rest were for my husband and our son. She acted like she was serving her own husband and son, instead of total strangers who are customers, and the blatant flirting right in front of my face was absurd. We don’t get Yum-Yum very often. Usually Kracky Kreme. This place has seen us for the last time EVER. What kind of thirsty b-word acts like this??? I know it’s not going to hurt their business because we really don’t go there very often. The dry and moldy tasting donuts we brought home also helped us finalize our decision. They fell apart into crumbs when we picked them up to eat them. What a waste. I just hope the owner sees this and is aware of the terrible service. Btw, the beautiful donuts depicted in the wonderful pictures here are NEVER there when we come in. Only the same tired boring choices they always have.
