Fabian was our server at the IHOP at Alliance. If it work for him I would have left. They were short of Cook but the manager was back there cooking I know they were doing the best they could. All in all what great experience because of Fabian!

**Subject: Amazing Service from Shalinda at IHOP!** Our recent visit to IHOP was wonderful, thanks in large part to our server, Shalinda! It was busy, but she made our group of five (including three kids) feel so comfortable and well-cared for. Shalinda was incredibly helpful with our orders, patiently ensuring everyone, especially the children, got exactly what they wanted. It was impressive that all five of us got our food so quickly The restaurant was clean and had a nice, lively atmosphere, and the food was great. Brittany was probably the best service I've had in a long time and I eat out often. She checked on me and a bunch of other guest around the restaurant with genuine concern. She offered condiments to enhance my meal. Perfect presentation I would have taken a picture but I was on an important call when the food arrived and I couldnt break free. I recommend this restaurant in particular especially if Brittany is working that day!!!

We stopped after a long day of traveling. I had a senior breakfast of bacon, two eggs, hash browns, and multi grain toast. I had points on the IHOP app for a free short stack. My husband had the senior fish and fries. I had plenty though I was hungry and took home the toast for the next day. Temperature of the food was just right. Jacob, our server, was excellent.

I had a truly fantastic experience at the IHOP in Northlake, Texas! The food was absolutely delicious—the Country Fried Steak & Eggs were cooked to perfection, and the Cali Roasted Turkey was flavorful and fresh. What made the visit truly memorable, though, was the incredible service. Our waitress, Katie (Katherine B.), was so friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The entire team, including Elijah, was on top of their game and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Their positive energy and great attitude made our meal a real pleasure. I highly recommend this location for both the great food and the outstanding staff!

Gluten Free Pancakes!! My daughter and I came here for an afternoon lunch. She's on a gluten free diet for health reasons and she loves the gluten free pancake options here. The restaurant was clean and quiet. Our server Shalinda was one of the best we've ever had. She had the whole place to herself and didn't miss a thing. She was so sweet and helpful. Ihop is one of our fav breakfast spots. There are so many options to choose from and there is something for everyone. I have had almost everything on the menu and everything has been great. This time we had their cali turkey melt and colorado omlette. They do not compromise on the quantity or quality. Food tasted great and the service was amazing as well. Unfortunately, this was our first and likely last visit. While the staff was very friendly, the service fell short. The restaurant was nearly empty, yet we waited close to 30 minutes for our food. When my steak omelet arrived, the hash browns were burnt and so hard that I had to pick around them. We asked for crispy bacon for my Grandson but they got that wrong. I didn’t have time to ask for any replacements because we were celebrating my grandson’s birthday and were on a tight schedule. We all enjoyed our pancakes. Additionally, the floor was dirty after a large party. Although someone came to clean it, the job was not done thoroughly. Overall, it was a disappointing experience despite the friendly staff.

After arriving around 7:05 and seeing 3 people sitting at other tables. After being seated out waitress walked away without asking if we wanted anything to drink and did not return for 20 mins. When she did return and ask about drinks we waited another 15 mins before she brought them out the entire time we could see her and a coworker talking about it being stupid they are not allowed to have their phones out while they are working… I wonder why? With only having 2 breakfast plates, a kids meal and an appetizer it was well after 8:20 before we received our food. Even the couple next to use ended up requesting a corporate number while still waiting for their food. Not a good night at all and over 35 mins just to get drinks is unacceptable.

We were seated quickly which was a plus for it being Sunday around 10am. The server seemed to be very overwhelmed with the amount of tables she had. It took about 15 minutes just to get drinks. When we got the drinks she took our order which took an hour to come out. Our food came out and was cold and my order didn’t get brought out. I also couldn’t help but notice that she brought out all of her other tables orders personally except ours. She was busy checking up on her other tables which must of been nice because we didn’t see her after she gave us our drinks. Didn’t ask if I needed more coffee or if my daughter needed a refill. Had to flag her down to tell her about my order being missed. Then when she brought out my food she did ask if we needed jelly for our toast which we never got. What’s interesting is all of the tables that came after us seemed to get really attentive service from her but I’m not sure what went wrong with our table.

I didn’t have the best experience but it wasn’t the worst. It’s definitely something I wouldn’t talk highly about on the way home. I went with my best friend to enjoy a nice hot meal together. It started when we walked in the hostess was pretty rude. He clearly didn’t want to be there didn’t even fake a smile or do the bare minimum and asked in a harsh and uninterested way how he can help us. We went to our table and it wasn’t the cleanest. I had to request another syrup pitcher because the other one wasn’t even wiped off! It was super gross and empty I felt like I shouldn’t have had to say anything but clearly it isn’t protocol. Other than the not so well service our waiter was the only one with a smile on her face despite the horrible gloom in the air. The food was nice though and I enjoyed my little treat. Wouldn’t recommend the seasonal fruit though not enough bang for your buck.

I was here earlier with my friend and our sever katie was so disrespectful towards us she had no customer service manners towards us and was straight up rude. First and last time I ever come to this specific ihop because of her. I don’t know what you guys have going on but do better with your staff. i’m so dissatisfied and disappointed in today’s visit.

This place is only open at night on Fridays and Saturdays, even though it is posted on the door open 24 hours except Sunday when it closes at 10PM. Seriously, if you can't hire enough people to work here, close down and let another business have the location. -signed, a 3 night a week customer somewhere else.

Absolutely terrible experience at IHOP. My food came out cold like it had been sitting there forever. Then they brought me food I NEVER ordered and had the nerve to tell me I still had to pay for it because it was “already made.” That is not my problem. If you mess up, YOU fix it. On top of that, they forgot my actual order and made me repeat myself multiple times like nobody was paying attention. The waitress clearly wasn’t listening and didn’t seem to care at all. Zero professionalism. Zero effort. The whole place felt disorganized and careless. If you can’t get a simple order right, you shouldn’t be working there. Worst service I’ve had in a long time. Don’t waste your money.

I came here with my family Sunday , Katie was the worst server I’ve ever had at this location. She was too busy to acknowledge my family’s needs when another server brought us our food. She didn’t come check on us for 30 minutes. No refills , no condiments just the check. All the tables around us was waiting for things nobody drinks. She was very unpleasant and we didn’t feel welcome. We won’t ever come here again.

Terrible service. The waiter had a horrible attitude, lack of caring. Definitely needs more training in customer service. The waiter forgot the toast and the pancakes and then wanted to say sorry with an attitude. The waffle was soggy when it was brought out. 4 tables on the floor and no waiter. Never asked of we needed anything else, just served the food or lack of and walked away. Will never eat here again.

NEW UPDATE!!!!! I had ended up getting very ill, and just now starting to be able to hold liquids down (3 days later) this has got to be the worse location I've ever been to and this is not the first time this has happened to us but I tried to give them another chance only to be highly disappointed. And I'm sorry but the " manager on duty" didn't know how to do a refund???? How the heck is he even a manager?!?! I will edit my review whenever this problem gets resolved CORRECTLY. And I'm sorry but remaking my ALREADY REMADE order?!? NOT going to happen, I would like a full refund! $65.64 was my total and I to paid in cash. We went to get our order remade from yesterday because we were given the wrong one... Upon picking up the food, Cook was yelling in the kitchen at someone then QUIT and walked out!!!!!! My pot roast looked more like pulled pork and was ice box cold, like it was left over from yesterday and it was the bottom of the pan scraps not even actual peices of meat, Pancakes were supposed to be gluten free and came out looking like soggy chewy tortillas thrown in the box with barely anything and missing the toppings Burger was made with all the things on it instead of packed individually to keep it fresh, and meat is cold in the middle and under cooked Side salad was the worst excuse for a salad I've ever seen, I get that your cook quit but that doesn't justify letting this food leave that kitchen like this Called back and the manager on duty said he didn't know how to give a refund. And they kept my receipt! I will be contacting the health department.
