Always good. Very consistent quality and they give you a lot of food for your money. One of the best values around. Always the same guy at the counter and same lady in the kitchen, very nice people. Highly recommend
Everything I've eaten here has been A1!! Delish!!!! Definitely would recommend for Lunch time.
Bahn Mi N More is hands down one of my favorite spots in town. The Bahn Mi sandwiches are absolutely delicious perfectly balanced with fresh veggies and tender meat. The service is always friendly, and the vibe is super chill. It’s a local hole in the wall that never disappoints, highly recommend checking it out!
So I will start out saying that this establishment is a true hidden gem of the community and the food is justifiably delicious considering the excellent prices. This is a small business, and is run by the owner and his cook. I have read prior reviews and will say I am abhorrently shocked by some of the comments. The cook is an older latina women, and I (and you) should care less. The food is still good and authentic. No person would have the gall to call out an English chef of they made Italian dishes. This is one of those true fabled "hole in the wall" restaurants. The Bahn mi sandwiches are wonderful and large. I always ask for extra pate. The service is always very polite, and while the owner can get busy, he is always a joy to talk to. Yes, this is an older looking place. The floors, tables, and counters are always clean. Being fancy with decorum is not a priority here, just the food and service. While the interior can be a little warm, it isn't overly so and you will acclimatize quickly. If it too much of an inconvenience for you then simply order the food to go. If you are in a hurry, please call in your orders ahead of time. The line usually has anywhere between 3 and 6 people, which should be a testament to the quality and service. I will be back, and this lunch spot has earned one of my very few positive reviews for the friendly service, amazing prices, and overall good quality meals.
Everything we ordered here was great; some of the best pho I’ve ever had! Service is very nice; and it was so cozy and conforming inside. Also the sweet chili wings were so good! Both the shrimp and pork spring rolls were very tasty and especially paired up with the peanut sauce. I really can’t recommend this place enough!
Stopped here on my way from Houston to Austin. I ordered the grilled chicken and my girlfriend the Tofu. Best Bahn Mi sandwhich I have ever had in my life! The portion size was large and the sandwhich was only $5! I accidentally left my wallet behind and the owner graciously mailed it to me. Thank you so much!
I was craving some authentic pho!! Made my way over for some late lunch. The restaurant was what I expected and what I wanted some really homemade food. The gentleman come over handed me a menu. I order the pho combination meat. The soup was full of season and the Vietnamese ice coffee was on point !!
Tried this place out for the first time during my lunch. Ordered a chicken Banh Mi sandwich to go and it was ready within 10 minutes of me placing the order. Did not get to experience much of the service but the gentleman working was very kind when I came inside. The Banh Mi itself was one of the best ones I’ve had in a long time. I appreciate how they serve them well stuffed and for the price, you can’t find better anywhere else. I plan on coming back and hopefully dining in this time!
This is my #1 spot for lunch/dinner. The food is phenomenal especially for the price and they have great customer service. The pho is probably the best I’ve had in Houston so far and the wings (although kinda small but very worth it) in their house sauce are sooo good. Some of the best food you can get and overall it’s pretty healthy and made with fresh ingredients!
Great tasting lemongrass beef banh mi and fried rice! Bread on the banh mi was very fresh.
10’s all across the board! I was welcomed kindly when I walked in to pick up the chicken pho I ordered to help with my cold and when I got home I was pleasantly surprised to see how well they packaged it. The mini spoon, chopsticks, sriracha and hoisin packets, everything in its own container. They truly pay attention to detail. The broth was fragrant and still hot by the time I got home. Highly recommend Banh Mi N More to anyone looking for authentic Vietnamese food.
This is the place to enjoy good food & affordable. No pretentiousness to it. Nice employers & a calm atmosphere. They've got a unique combination of food. The classic Bahn MI is good. The iced coffee is good, & some other dishes are tasty. Enjoy
Amazing food and I can get a bahn min for $5?! It shouldn't be possible, get it is. Staff is great as well. I often get 2 bahn mis when I am near the area.
Tried this place out for the first time since it is very close to home. Both employees who greeted us were very friendly! The place is small, and there is currently some construction outside, which made it seem like it was closed. I'm glad we went in and tried it anyway! The food was delicious and the pricing is sliggtly lower than other places! I ordered a shrimp spring roll and it was very good with the peanut sauce. I also ordered the chicken pho. The broth was flavorful on its own before I added my jalapeños and Sriracha. I wish I knew it was going to have bean sprouts added. Usually bean sprouts, mint, jalapeños, lime, and cilantro are on the side. Regardless, it was good. My husband and I split a Vietnamese iced coffee which was perfect in my opinion. Overall, I would definitely come again and try out more items from the menu, like their banh mi!
The food is made fresh when ordered and adjusted for my preferences. The portions are very large for the price. Everything was so flavorful, fresh veggies, I just wish my Vietnamese coffee was a bit stronger but this place is my Gotoo since moving to Houston a month ago. The owner is very very nice and remembers customers like a community☺️. Sooo yummy 😋
Food was fantastic. Hubby tried the pork noodle bowl and I had the tofu noodle bowl. We also tried the shrimp spring rolls. Fresh ingredients and perfectly cooked. Price was reasonable too. I also got a Thai tea and it was refreshing with great flavor and not too much ice. Delicious and I highly recommend it.
Let me start off by saying that this is a small Mom n Pop restaurant. The place is small but they use all the available space for tables for dining. There are certain older displays that are being used but, the restaurant is clean. Now the Pho is served Hot n Fresh. I arrived at 11 am and the people were just coming in Non-stop for lunch or for to go orders. So people like the food and that's what matters. I hope you try it too.
I made a to go order today. Couple of Banh Mi, wings, vermicelli bowl and a Thai Tea. The service was great. Really down to earth and nice. The food was great as well. Get the Pork Bahn Mi. They do a really good one and it's super cheap! Vermicelli bowl was really good as well.
This is definitely your man Vietnamese restaurant freshly made spring rolls delicious tasting pie freshly made Bonse. The bread is perfect with that crunchy outside but soft inside the grilled pork was succulent really well flavored don’t let the exterior of the retail shop which is right now getting a facelift in July 2025, deter you from stopping into this place nor let the small queen atmosphere deter you from the great meal that you’re about to have. I highly recommend and look forward to going back again

Been coming here for years and I love it! My favorite pho ever, the owner is super nice and attentive as well :)
I cannot recommend this place enough. The kind man working it is very attentive and you can taste all the love in the Pho broth he has here. I came in and saw our springroll was torn, and he took it, and brought us back a rewrapped one! How darn sweet, I love coming here. I know you get what you pay for, but I would pay anything to come and support this place!

The pho was good could have had a little stronger flavor but still very delicious
2nd try and again pretty darn good. The springrolls with fresh shrimp were very filling & big. Ordered the Pho chicken soup. Broth was excellant, plenty of noodles but the cut up chicken pieces were minimal, maybe because they seemed almost mince cuts or maybe I'm used to shredded white meat chicken portions that seem bigger.
I hadn’t been here because I thought it was the same place. It used to be, which did have great food. I was looking in google mapsfor a close to me to grab a quick bite for dinner. I came across this when I searched Vietnamese food .and I hadn’t been so I came. Pleasantly surprise, great food and the service is so friendly and outstanding. The place is also very clean easy parking as it’s in a non-descript shopping strip off 290. The food was great. I wasn’t very hungry side the veggie rolls they have limited, but do you have vegan options. My friend flexitarian had the shrimp and lo mein which she really loved I enjoyed the Vera’s very pleasant experience. I would give this a first choice in the area. It’s full of their choices.
Solid Vietnamese food for a price that can't really be beat. Where else can you get Bahn Mi's for less than $5 or Pho or Rice plates for less than $10?? Service was friendly. You order at the counter. Decent size parking.
Ate at this place 3x like 3 weeks in a row. They really have good pho and rice plate. It's hard to find a place to go back to but this is one of the few.

Food was lacking in authenticity but well put together and flavorful. My lemongrass beef bahn mi did not taste like a lemon grass bahn mi, it tasted more like a Philly cheese steak sandwich. Portions are nice and price is great just not the place to go if you want authentic Vietnamese but if you don’t know the difference it should suffice. Service was great and fast. Place is clean. You place your order at the counter and pay before the you sit down and food comes out. It’s a different experience for sure but not a bad one.
love the food and service the owner is always so sweet the food is always amazing, if you're planning to eat there order over the phone before going and before lunch rush because the phones will not be working which is frustrating sometimes but understandable due to being understaff and busy. but definitely worth the trip.

The price for the food is good. $9 for a steak & meatball bowl of pho. The spring rolls were good and big but the pho tastes decent. Uncle forgot my veggies ( I got it after) and took a little while to deliver the food. There were a lot customers but I think they need to hire extra helpers.
Prices are decent but the pho broth was not flavorful. The noodles were too thin and seemed almost overcooked. I got the combination and it did not have enough meat. Im not a big fan of bean sprouts but the bowl came with alot of them already in it. The mint was very wilted. The spring rolls were falling apart and the peanut sauce tasted like it had too much vinegar in it. The only Vietnamese sit down restaurant that I have been to, where you pay before you are served. There were no chop sticks or soup spoons at the table or any table by me. When I asked for them the guy said they were very busy yet I was the only one eating in. I was really hoping to like this place because it got some decent reviews.
Unfortunately I thought the food was ok, nothing that blew me away. We dined-in and we had to pay before eating, ok that's fine but it was definitely over 80 degrees inside and the condiments like Sirachas was super running due to the warmth inside. The shrimp in the spring rolls had some dark spots, ok fine but the poop shoot was still in one of the rolls. The pho was decent but the chicken dish was a bit dry. I don't think I'll be back, again, it was average but I've been to Vietnamese restaurants that definitely feel above and beyond.

Didnt get our free water and Vietnamese drinks we ordered, until after our food came out. My bf got his Vietnamese tea drink, but I never got mine. The pho tasted like water and broth was cold. I asked for fish sauce and chili oil and the guy raced to place it on our table and left. I felt bad for him because it wasn’t really that busy and he was sprinting all over the place. I never got my Vietnamese coffee! The bahnmi bread was cold and hard (not crunchy), barely any spread and meat wasn’t good.
This business owner had an emotional outburst. He yelled at me in front of his customers very loudly because I told him the chicken in my pho had a smell. The pho itself was fine, it was just the chicken and I wanted it replaced with fried tofu. He went ballistic and was so offended. He said I was making things up. He didn’t even listen to what I wanted and didn’t hear my concern. What a shame. He has no respect for his customers. Never coming back.
I wanted to grab food before the freeze and I had a sore throat so I decided to try this place. I drove all the way here based on their great reviews and friendly service. I pulled up at 7pm and was told they were closed due to the freeze, but we hadn’t hit freezing temperatures yet
