When I don't feel like cooking Panda Express is quick, clean & consistently good. Even when the line is long the wait isn't too bad. And suprise! They add new items every couple of weeks and a bag of Fortune cookies is only $1. Great quality and quantity of food. Service is usually great. There are a couple of employees in the food line who don't speak or understand English to take and fill orders. Otherwise it's great

Fast service, price is affordable, but few servings (especially the honey wallnut shrimp which I think should not be more than 6 or 7 pieces). Waiting time to replenish a menu could, most of the time, be more than 5 minutes. The fried rice is always dry and a little hard. The spice level for angus beef is inconsistent, probably depending on what has been previously cooked on the wok.

A lot of the times the food really doesn't change in a lot of this chain restaurants because most of the food is made exactly the same way. The only thing that matters is the type of service that you get a different locations the type of reps there they're taking your order how pleasant it becomes or unpleasant. This location has really good food fast service but most of the staff that works here seems they don't enjoy what they do they should look for a new job.

Panda Express is pretty good everywhere. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean.

Hello everyone. This panda is as good as any other Panda Express. The good: the chowmein is as good as any other time I go. The Bad : the orange chicken, and Beijing beef could have been a little crisper. Not as packed for lunch. Plenty of parking in the parking lot.

This location is always super busy but the workers are nice and doing the best they can. Its faster to get your food in person than through the app sometimes just because the volume of people ordering through the app is crazy compared to in person service. If you order through the app, expect at least a 20 min wait time during your dinner rush, just because your definitely not the only one ordering through it.

I've gone to a different Panda Expresses but this one's rice really wasn't good at all the fried rice was dry and the sticky rice or steamed rice whichever you call it wasn't even sticky or made correctly. All the other food was great chow mein it also was it good it tasted too salty like it had too much soy sauce.

This place is hit and miss on the food 50/50. Sometimes its fresh and tasty and other times not so much. Being that it’s expensive for asian fast food it should be less roll of the dice on quality of food. Im not expecting 5 star high end restaurant food. But ive had it where the rice texture was hard, or the noodles really oily or the orange chicken was tough and the walnut shrimp was soggy. And other times Everything is tasty and good. For the price it should be good more consistently. Customer service is always good so they have that going.

Food was very Good,Service,Portions good. Had about four guys sitting in corner. One guy would talk so LOUD....It was a hang out,for them. Guys were not eating. No, one would really sit over by those guys...Girl kept sweeping where I was eating... I thought, can't I enjoy my FOOD....

The food was cold. The servings were really skimpy. On top of it all my order was wrong. It wasn't even busy. I don't like giving negative reviews but it's the truth.

I understand and appreciate that they're trying ti be safe but it takes a very long time to get your order if you don't do it online. They only let one person in at a time to order . Then you have to go to the other door on the side to pick up your order. It take along time. Just order online ahead of time.

The worker are friendly and the food is good but they serve me like if I was a little kid. I left there still hungry. So like if they're going to serve us less they should lower the prices.

This is an excellent review for Maria one of Panda's employees. Maria was very kind friendly and helpful. Thank you Maria for being kind and helpful assistance and going above and beyond. Now as far as Miguel the attending manager at least that what he said he was. He was rude and didn't want to give me my refund. Said they don't do that. I pulled up Pandas refund policy to show him. He just ignored me and still wouldn't do it. So I called Panda's customer complaint line. As soon as I got through then he walked away and Maria Panda's employee ended up helping me out. Now she's manager material.

I don't eat here often. But when I do I only order the chow mein and steamed veggies because I'm vegan. And 9 times out of 10 the chow mein is TOO GREASY. It's unpleasant to eat when it's full of cooking oil. But I did try the beyond orange chicken yesterday. (It's Vegan) and delicious. I highly recommend it 🙂

Fresh and friendly staff. Food is delicious except if tou pay for BEEF & Broccoli you instead pay for BROCCOLI & Beef like 3 tiny pieces of beef... Angus steak is vegetables and steak and you pay extra..this was even before "inflation" so no excuses.

Out of all the panda express I have been to, this is one of the worst. Not sure if I came at a bad time but nonetheless, I expect better from Panda Restaurant Group Inc. The food was either too greasy and overcooked. The orange chicken tasted microwaved and drowned in sauce. To top it off, they give you a very small portion of food because the cook would rather stare at guests than timely prepare food. Not coming here again. You have been warned.

Foods never decent, service is meh, no napkins or working soda machine and tiped for barely mediocre service and price was more then my usual Chinese food place, yeah not coming back I know a way better place off telegraph and leffingwell called Chinese taste it's superior then this white washed Chinese garbage!

Soda did not have any syrup in it they didn’t change the machine out Payed $7 for 2 sodas and couldn’t even drink them

This one has really gone downhill since the male manager started working there. He does the food & makes sure to put the food exactly in the little sections & he will underfill rather than overfill so you won't get more food. If you're lucky after the 1st scoop he will give you 1 or 2 extra pieces, but still not enough. Maria is great but when he is there he won't let her do the food so you will never get enough & if she does give you food when he's there she will be just as stingy as he is. Last night she put rice in section supposed to put my entrée so when she added the Orange chicken there was hardly. 1 scoop of my other entrée, didn't even go back to add any more as usual so didn't fill that one up either. I ordered broccoli beef & there was only 1 piece of beef in the box container. I had to eat less just so my kids could have enough food. And they raised their prices by a $1. So now you pay more for less food. At least the food tasted great, which is hit or miss. Sometimes the chow mein & rice is overcooked. We left & went to Ho Ho China on Rosecrans & Pioneer to get more food. That is where we go now. We only go to Panda 1-2 times a month cause the kids like it, but for our weekly trips the kids know it's Ho Ho China. Supposedly corporate cares about feedback but that can't be the case since they have been doing this for over a year.

Don’t order delivery from this store. I ordered through grubhub, I paid for a bowl and a plate. Only the bowl was made correctly and I got the complete wrong order for the plate. I called the store three times to see about getting a replacement and each time the call was ended by an automated voice message system saying “no one was available to take (my) call.” I got refunded for the plate by grubhub and then tried calling the store again to see about getting a replacement since I still didn’t receive half of my order.. there was still no answer. It’s clearly the restaurant’s fault, not grubhub’s, since they‘re the ones bagging the food items. I work in fast food, so it’s unfortunate that this store isn’t taking the extra time to make sure this issue doesn’t happen (especially during these times where staying inside is important).

Do not order from here they will not get your order right! I order half and half bowl with teriyaki. I received half and half with walnut shrimp and orange chicken. I'm allergic to shrimp! I called the manager was no help! Do not bother with this place!! Also want to mention the chow mien was not even cooked right, and the orange chicken was hard as rock!! GO to another panda express don't bother here!! NO HELP.

Waited for food to be ready for over 10 min when i was informed it would take 2 minutes.

After buying my weekly Panda Express, I noticed a little bit of DUST on my broccoli... I suddenly rushed into the restroom. Constant abdominal pain and diarrhea. It took about 3 holy hours for it to calm down. I’m honestly terrified and sweating of shock. Please be aware, death is anywhere.

I juat wanted a snack and i LOVE rangoons so i got 3 they were burned that was all i can taste is burned food nasty. Not to mention the customer service was non existent the lady who helped me was rude. Tried again and again rude girl behind the counter and the portions are so small will not be going back.

I went into this panda for lunch and I noticed the cashier charging customers handling money and then she wouldn't wash her hands and she started to touch peoples food I was so disgusted I didn't not want my food. The manager came over and argued with me that they don't need to wash there hands because they aren't physically touching the food. I will never go back to this place. Ever. So do yourselves and children a favor by going to another panda express.

Definitely a THUMBS DOWN FOR THE MANAGER BUDI!!!!!!!!!! I will have to complain about this store #1690 Store Manager Budi, I am not impress with the service this person gave and how poor and very un[professional this person is with his own employees. He is yelling at his worker in front of all the customers. I don't think it is appropriate for him to do that in front of us. I am complaining not only to please correct this manager's behavior. For an employee to be embarrassed in front of customers, he deserves a write up. The manager needs to be written up! I am visiting from Seattle and unfortunately I will not tolerate this behavior. Please update me with my request and also reporting this behavior to Better Business Bureau.

For the second time in a row for my online order, I had to wait 20 minutes to pick it up. The food was cold because they couldn't find my order. Forgot my drink. And one dish tasted scorched. The signage for online orders was missing and several of those were standing in the long line for the in-store orders. I am not happy with this location and their quality of food and service. I am finished with them for good.

Overpriced, dry, overcooked, and bland. Not sure what so many people rave about. This particular location forgot the orange chicken chowmein bowl in our pickup order for my little sister. Wasn't able to get any resolution since the phone is answered by a machine that just hangs up on you and I wasn't about to drive all the way back. I'm still owed $8 after contacting corporate.

Anna the manager of this establishment is completely awful! She is literally useless & completely rude to customers & her employees. I’m sorry to those people working with her. You don’t deserve to deal with someone like her. If you want better service go to the store in Santa Fe springs. Anna should be fired Panda Express do yourself the favor & get rid of that bitter old lady! I’m sure this store would do so much better if she was gone.
