I didn't get off to enter the restaurant but the service was quick and my order was correct. Very clean parking lot stocked wit trash cans.. cuz I had to clean out my car abit. And the trash can outside wasn't full or overflowing wit trash like some places can get

How can you hate del taco. Its lasted longer than all my relationships and del scorcho is better than a bottle of whiskey after a break up. Green burrito bold, medium fry and a cherry coke will fix your broken heart and if you're lucky, make you fart. Laughter is the best medicine they say! Del taco rules and so do I. Trust me you'll enjoy stuffing your face here!

They have a good tacos I take my Grandson to eat there 2 times a week also he love ice cream with churro. Also I Recomend the Ice tea taste very good.

Not all del taco the same but this one showed extra care. The tortillas were fully cooked, the food was not thrown around with everything on one side of the burrito. I will go back to this one even if longer drive than one I usually go to.

Decent fast food. My favorite thing are the basic tacos 🌮 with lots of Del Scorcho, or Infierno sauce. Lol Love those names! I also love that they serve Coke Zero. I'm a type one diabetic & it's hard to find.

Good food.. this location is a bit hard to get in. Is located next to the 605 off ramp so if you're coming from the north on Telegraph Rd is a bit hard to switch lanes

Tex mex with real chicken and beef not processed bi-meats like some chain restraunts. This chain ment it when they said good food is qithin your budget. And the pros and cons are; pro: if i am in a rush i can take the drive-thru.... con: eating inside can cost you more because there is that "I am gonna need another 1 of those"

It is fast food but it hits the spot at higher quality than Taco Bell. Great post-midnight snack. Plus their Inferno sauce is notches above TB's Fire sauce.

We got great customer service and enjoyed an easy vegan dinner here. The Del Taco app is a lovely service, providing free gifts and appreciable discounts, in addition to facilitating "repeat" orders. We love the cruelty-free menu options and hope they'll be adding many more.

This location seem to be getting just worse every day. Some of the workers are not pleasant at all. Last time o ordered grilled chicken burritos my chicken was not fully grilled at all, I could not eat it at all. Quesadilla are bad for long time already and few times my cheeseburger bun was not near fresh. Every time I go there is less and less customers which tells me that I am not only one that's unhappy. Manager is very nice(I guess the manager).

Great Americanized Mexican food for the cheap. The people who work there are pretty decent people; haven't had any bad experiences myself. Would definitely recommend if your passing on through if your hungry and heading ng by on the 605

Food and service were fine. The only thing I was annoyed with, was that this Del Taco seemed to still be operating in covid mode.......absolutely nothing but tables and chairs in dining area......NO self serve fountain drink, NO condiments, nor napkins and plastic utensils.......I had to keep going back up to the cashier to ask for these items.

I love this del taco.....when they do well, which isn't consistent enough. They are freeway close. They could be cleaner, and some of the staff isn't very polite or efficient but they could be worse.

Convenient for a quick northbound freeway stop and back. If you are not accessing from the freeway, it’s difficult to reach because of traffic congestion.

For the past few weeks order food. Go to the Window and was asked to back up away from the window. Stop this policy deltaco. It's not great customer service. You do have great employees here.

Sometimes the beans tasts good and other times its cold. That's when I order any burritos that have beans inside. Customer service is good.

I usually like del taco but the food quality has definitely declined especially the fries most of the time they are stale and not hot and fresh... unacceptable won't be visiting until they fix this.

Ordered 3 beyond meat tacos, and 3 beyond avocado tacos, 6 value tacos, fiesta box with chicken soft tacos, half and half green/red burritos and a large fry. I'll give them this they got the order exactly right I think I was billed and received 7 value tacos, but I wasn't too upset about that. I did go inside instead of opting for the drive through to avoid the potential for miscommunication, but boy did it take a lot longer even though there was no one else inside waiting for orders. They served at least 2-3 cars that arrived after me (there was no one in line when I walked in) while I waited over 10 minutes for my large order. The beyond meat tacos were surprisingly good for a plant based protein, I'd recommend going for the non avacado with the cheese as it taste more like the classic tacos from Del. Everything else was as to be expected. Fries were mediocre and soggy, unfortunate.

Food is usually good. In the drive thru when you get to the window they often tell you to back up to the pole to keep their timer from starting. Then when a car pulls up behind you they start honking because they think you're not paying attention. This most recent time my caramel cheesecake bites had no caramel in them.

I ordered a deluxe chili cheese fries and even though it's like the only one in the restaurant they still cheated me on chili cheese sour cream and everything else there was like nothing on it except for the fries the fries are really good and they didn't give me a good amount either usually the loaded chili cheese fries are loaded and this was not

It is by my house, and it's good enough for the last minute, don't have time, too tired to cook, don't have money to go to a good restraunt, fast food place. I tell myself it is healthier than Jack in the Box.

No napkins in the napkin dispenser & every time you ask for napkins you get 2 or 3. A lot of personal conversations that are carried into the dinning area. Bickering between employees. Not all the girls don't have their hair tied back. The food was semi-cold. And one of the employees kept sweeping and moping under my feet while we were eating.

Mex Favs box was super disappointing, $11 for tiny quesadilla , a bean burrito, and 2 decent tacos… i am still hungry. i haven’t had del taco in ages , and now i remember why, service and atmosphere was good doe.

Racist staff against white, talk in Spanish the whole time ruined my entire meal. I only come here because it's convenient. Every time I come here they always seem to mess up my order even if I say fries with no salt they throw my fries back in the fryer and serve me. They are sloppy with wrapping food and very messy going through drive thru is always a hassle they are constantly doing something other than taking my order so they have to ask me to repeat what I want like 2 or 3 times. I say we change the whole place to something else and I mean ANYTHING ELSE other than Del Taco with the employment status that is current.

Extremely slow. When I pulled up to the window there were employees standing around. One worker had their kid with them behind the counter. I'm pretty sure that's not how it should be. Last thing I need is a little snot nosed kid running around contaminating food. I tried taking a picture but then this one got in the way...

Honestly don't ever eat this stuff. Quesadilla tasted dry and cheese was weird half melted. Beef in tacos was horrible. Does not even compare to Taco Bell. The chilli on chilli cheese fries was cold. Only thing decent was their fries.

Just left the drive thru and had to leave this review to warn others not to waste their time and money at this location. Manager, Roberto, (if that's his real name, or even the manger), was rude and refused to honor a simple coupon for a free medium fries. He took our drive thru order, we added to the order the medium fries and pulled up to the window and presented the coupon from the app. After multiple attempts of scanning and with no success, I asked if he can manually input the code and he said "no, he cannot" I offered another solution, maybe someone there can or knows how, again he said no, it's not possible. That system only accepts scans - *ridiculous right* I'm not upset that we didn't get the fries, just the fact that he refused to help us. Not sure if he's incompetent or just didn't want to help us. Needless to say, I cancelled our order and drove 5 mins to the Del Taco in Pico Rivera, off of Washington Blvd. and they were quick to help us and got the order, honored the coupon with no hassle whatsoever. I asked them if it was possible to input the code of the coupon manually if needed and they answered, "yes, of course." This led me to believe that either manager Roberto from Del Taco Santa Fe Springs was truly incompetent to take orders and operate the register or he flat out lied to us. If you are like me and value good customer service, then do not come here. Take your business else where. This is the only way they will learn and listen. Thank you for reading this. The service is not great. The manager, the lead and other employees don't care much in customer satisfaction. The worst part is this Del Taco is the most expensive than any other Del Taco Simply come on down and check it for yourself. But it's the only one around in miles

Super slow drive thru. Took 20/30+ minutes to get thru. For example, I was at the speaker and it was over 2 minutes before I was acknowledged. Placed my order and the cashier didnt know how to do egift cards. Waste of time.

Manager was rude, wouldn't refund my money, ordered a guacamole chicken burrito, after eating half I realized there was no avocado, he refused rudely to get me another burrito..unprofessional, barely spoke english

Since this del taco closes at 2 now we were there at 1:50 and a hefty Hispanic woman with curly hair (she usually works the drive thru) sees and runs to close the drive thru. I show her the watch saying there’s still 10 minutes left. First she says they ran out of food and I say we only need one burrito. Then she says their clock inside says 2 and I show her my phone again for the time and she ignores us and just walks away. Have also had issues with this same worker in the past with messed up orders (every time). Extremely bad service and without fail has always been the store with the longest lines and ask us to move our car front and back to restart their times. Whoever the owner of the store is really needs to keep their employees in check. This was the last straw with the store will never be coming here again!!!

We ordered 2 grilled chicken stuffed quesadilla ta os and 2 crispy chicken & guacamole stuffed quesadilla tacos and a large caramel apple shake and 2 classic chicken burritos and 4 mini churros and everything was very small portions and they gave us 4 of the grilled chicken stuffed quesadilla tacos instead of 2 and 2. And the shake wasn't even filled up to the top. Horrible customer service as well.. extremely slow and had attitude. Would give no stars if it were an option..

I guess I had a problem with the same “early forties” guy complained in the previous review. I ordered an epic burrito and ask that the fries be hot as they were cold the last time I ordered. Guy said, “no fries?” so I pulled to the window so he could hear me clearly. He told me “my fries are always fresh” and the conversation went down hill from there. I asked him why he was being so mean and I couldn’t understand what he said back. I gave him my cc and he looked at me and told me to “relax”. I asked for my card back and left. I felt much more relaxed when I got away from him!

I showed up on Friday at 12:20am. One of the employees sees me pulling up to the drive thru and waves at says on minute while leaving their car in the middle of the driveway blocking the drive thru. I figured they were running in to grab something really fast and c9me right out. But no, once theybwent back in restaurant the closed and locked the door waiving at me saying they're closed!!!!! What???? At least tell me when I pull up so that big did have to wait. This place has horrible service. I'm not go8ngbto miss this place peace out

This used to be one of the better ones in the area, but the last 2 -3 years its gone down hill. Beans burritos are always my bar... These are just mouth fulls of beans and tortilla. Both the sauce and cheese are scarce.. Been this way for a while. Was hoping it would get better, but its only gotten worse because now, they gave me 4 sauce packets for 3 burritos.. Once again mouth fulls of beans... The one on Carmenita in Whittier is a great place to eat..

I don't usually leave reviews, but because of my experience at this particular Del Taco drive thru, I feel the need to let others know if you receive a negative attitude by employees/management there, it is not you, it is them I placed an order during breakfast hours though the drive thru. I show who I believe was the manager at this location my rewards QR code. There was an item ready to redeem as rewards attached to the QR, but he did not want to honor it, He said since I did not order it at the drive thru I was too late. I asked if there was a chance that I can wait for it in the parking lot or come in for it, he just kept telling me no it's too late. There was a rudeness to his replies, as if I was annoying him by even asking. There was one car behind me in line, so I understand that I would have to wait in the parking lot because of my error in how to redeem this item, but the rudeness of how I was treated was startling. As a business owner myself, I understand the difficulties in running the day to day, but nobody wants to feel disrespected like that. Do better to be better.
