Every time I get my food they never give me a receipt unless I ask. Why should I have to ask? How can you have a rewards app that requires you to scan the receipt and then not hand them out? I don’t really come here anymore because several times they have forgotten to give me an item i ordered. It’s very frustrating when you live kinda far and don’t wanna go back and they don’t even offer anything to make it up to you.

Went through the drive through got a loaded breakfast sandwich. They forgot to put the sausages on the sandwich went in the next day. All they said was sausages are 50 cents and if I want the $1 refund. With attitude. With out admitting the mistake. The correct thing to do is remake it not offer a $1 because of there mistake.

Placed a big order on the app. Drive thru line was out into the street. I parked and went inside to pick it up. They had me standing there for 5 minutes just to tell me they were closed inside and that I would have to go thru the drive thru. They were very rude.

I get here at 9:48 pm 12 minutes before dining room is closed only to discover the frickin entrance is already closed! What the hell! No one answered when Im knocking on the door or drive thru. I'm beyond pissed as this is the only restaurant that accepts EBT! WHY IS THE DOOR LOCKED 15 MINUTES BEFORE? JERKS! Dining is supposed to close @10 pm NOT AT 9:45! RIDICULOUS! THANKS TO YOU I WON'T GET TO EAT TONIGHT WHEN IM STARVING!

It’s always a hit or miss with attitude, horrible food, missed orders, and much more. But with todays visit it was atrocious. We ordered $50+ worth of food and made it slow and clear what we wanted and at the end Mel asked “does your order look correct” gave us not even 2 seconds and told us to proceed. When arriving at window we paid we got our food and realized it was wrong and we missed 2 fries 2 burgers and drinks. We then tried to communicate and talk but they got frustrated and started giving us atttitude instead. We then got out food and missing drinks and the LARGE COKE was filled ONLY HALF WAY. The lettuce and tomatoes were dry yellow and old. I later returned to ask for missing and wrong sauces and they charged me for the extra sauces that they didn’t give me with the first order and had me wait for a while with no one helping not even the person who i’m assuming is the manager. Horrible place and can’t comprehend simple fast food etiquette. IF IT ISNT THE CUSTOMERS FAULT DONT GIVE THE CUSTOMER ATTITUDE. I’ve worked fast food previously so I understand missed orders and accidents but this place is aiming to give attitude and missing orders.

Service is rough here and customer satisfaction is always last!!! Check how much your food costs because they straight up add about 30¢-40¢ per order, so if the menu says one price add 30¢ to it then add the tax too I usually expect to pay menu price but not at this restaurant if it can even be called that ... Oh yeah almost forgot, be careful dining in at this location cuz the halfway house up the street kicks their clients out every day and they all end up hanging out in this Jack and the Box ....

People there just don’t care about your experience, jack in the box not going to do nothing, person in charge offer to give you an another item ???? NO, they still in business, from all people driving by,. And getting bad quality food,. ? 30000 plus view this and counting

I would give this place a 0 if I could. Stopped to eat, asked to use the bathroom first. Had to be let in. After seeing the condition of the bathroom we turned around and left.

Terrible indoor service ! Went in to order the Dodger special (free Jumbo Jack with the purchase of a large drink) Waited at the counter for a couple of minutes and finally when my order was taken I was given attitude for ordering cheese by a totally different worker "Maria" who claimed to be a manager. She insisted that I couldn't order cheese on the free Jumbo Jack, I asked her why and she just cancelled my order and said that I should go down the street to another Jack in the Box. No one should be treated sarcastically especially about ordering cheese on a burger, then flipping the situation around as if it was inappropriate to ask for the cheese 🤨 Please train your managers to be more considerate to the customer.
