The moment I walk in the door the entire staff is yelling out my name saying "Hi Ubaldo good morning!!" Always felt welcomed. Keeping that small town feel. My FAVORITE Starbucks location
This is one of my favorite Starbucks location, every time I order a different coffee it always taste good and they have a great customer service thats why I go late at night before they close when it's not busy. My favorite Barista Bri she knows how to make my drinks and they always taste good :)

I would just walk in to these places just to smell the coffee, it's always smells amazing here! I make my coffee at home but never does it taste this good. Never have had any problem, always friendly staff and almost always clean. I say almost always because if its busy, some people don't wipe the table before they leave.
Great location! Quaint inside, awesome outside patio type area. Staff was warm and helpful and the store was immaculate. Great place to try the new fall varieties. 🍁🌬️☕♎
I was helped by Santos, Brian, and a third male employee that I didn't catch the name of, but he was wearing a tye dye face mask. Only reason I'm being as detailed as I am is because i want to make sure these three receive the credit they deserve. They were polite and attentive to everyone in their store. Smiling through their face masks and creating light conversation. To boot, I made the mistake of ordering my wife's coffee wrong and when she went back, Santos was more than happy to remake it correctly. Gold stars and high fives for these guys.
Nice calm, and quiet place early morning. I went in at 0600. Ordered a coffee and a tea latte. They got the tea latte wrong, but fixed it right away. I would have drank the other, but I was really wanting the one I ordered. Thank you for replacing my order. Nice people working this morning.
By far my favorite spot. They were so welcoming when I was a college student! They would also treat me with a few appetizers since I was one of their regulars. Love their staff!

When my family came in, the workers were extremely friendly, not only that, but one of the employees noticed we were uncomfortable because of the sun hitting our faces. So he asked if we wanted to close the blinds. Overall, everything was wonderful. I highly recommend this place.
This Starbucks never disappoints. Great customer service, drinks are always good and I mean good. Never drive off and have to go back. This place is my first choice to go to. This is one Starbucks that I don’t get upset spending my money at. Good job everyone.
I had gone to Starbucks the other day before and had realized how I have never tried the Caramel Frappuccino. I ordered it and it was honestly amazing and I recommend trying this drink. When I went, the service was okay because of the amount of time it took for me to receive my drink. The employees were really nice to me and I also totally recommend getting the Starbucks app. The app allows you to get points for every dollar you spend, that’s how I was able to get my drink. I had enough points for a free drink. Also, if it’s your birthday and you put your birthday into the app, you’ll be able to receive a free drink. But yeah if you are thirsty and wanna try something new, I really recommend going to Starbucks and getting the Caramel Frappuccino.

I love Starbucks. It seems that every one of the stores I've been to are so well kept. It's one of the stores I can say are really clean and believe me there are some stores out there that you wouldn't want to go in a second time because of the mess. Great service, clean bathrooms, good music, and plenty of parking at most sites.

I placed my mobile order for pick-up here and it was made quickly. I decided to stay at the store to get some work done. There are a few tables next to power outlets where you can plug in your laptop. I didn’t have any problems with the wi-fi and didn’t lose connection. The atmosphere was nice, and it wasn’t too loud for a morning. The place was clean, and this Starbucks doesn’t have a drive-thru but there’s plenty of parking.
This location was a bit unkempt, the tables and floors were all dirty. The chocolate chip frap I ordered was okay but it seemed a bit watery.
worst service there was 3 People on the floor,store was empty and no lines came into get an iced Coffeearound 12pm, no greeting first thing I noticed...came up to the front it Was a young guy that took my order... Can we say rude!!: no smile no hi! nothing... just... what can I get you? in a hurry...but when a girl co-Worker came back to the front from the back... it was like pay attention to your co-worker instead of Your customer day... big major turn off for A store that's suppost to"connect"with customers not each other:' thanks for the bad day
Actually pretty decent location due to the features outside: nice seating around a working fountain and electric car charging terminals in the parking lot. Dated interior from the brown floor tile period needs some updating.

They made my coffee spot on just how I want it however the drive thru is very very slow!!! Omgeeee!!!
Fri. Jan. 26th at 7:36 AM- None of the 3 employees greeted nor acknowledged me as I stood at the register for just under minute. Finally, someone came & in a low, timid voice asked what I'll have. The same thing happened to the next gentleman that walked in. Of the 3 emoyees (2 female, 1 male) only the male had a name tag but it was illegible, it looked like a short name starting w a "T" or "J" maybe. This is NOT the energy that Starbuck's is known for. This was a good Starbucks but now... All the electrical outlets are covered up if you were planning on bringing in your laptop and use the WiFi or charge up your phone you can forget about it. Clearly this is an anti-homeless tactic. I know there's homeless in the area but now us paying customers are having to suffer also, not nice Starbucks, you killed the atmosphere in there. No wonder no one wants to sit in the dining room anymore, good job!

Edgar and the other dude working there made me wait 15 minutes for a Venti cup of ice.. They were not that busy and I stood there for so long. They were not friendly at all and when the time came, gave me a small cup of ice. I will be ordering in advance next time cause that wait was ridiculous...
Up until this morning I thought this was a great starbucks... I usually do my mobile order and do a quick pick up in store. Its usually not crowded (seems like a low customer volume store) granted they've had me wait a few times for my drinks but I was ok with it but today I made my order and i walk in about 8-10 minutes later to get my drink and I reach for my pastry but it was just an empty bag that had ALL OUT written on it when not even a minute later I see them giving the pastry I ordered to another customer. That got me frustrated because technically It was already baught by ME and should've been reserved for ME. All I got was a little apology and a equal or lesser value brownie. I dont know if they just dont get the point of mobile ordering or if they just dont have understanding of mobile ordering purchases and what should be held ASIDE and BOUGHT for that order.
Not the best service here. They forgot my butter croissant. I just asked for a refund, what's the point of a coffee without a bread. There was no apology said to us. Very un happy. Bad experience.

Don't come here during your lunch time. the girls of the morning shifts they are talking about their personal life and they don't care if you are in a rush or not. One of them I did not take her name seam High!! They just wasted my time from my lunch. Never going again to this one. Very bad Service
I was so dehydrated I asked for a cup of ice and I waited 5 minutes then I asked excuse me can I get my ice please they tell me I have to wait for them to finish all the orders ahead of me I'm like it's just ice it takes 2 seconds the manger said I'm sorry but you have to wait. I'm upset because I could've passed out and I go any other Starbucks they get me my ice right away so I expect the same treatment.
Online says store is open till 10pm. Inside and drive thru. After I walked for 20min to get a cup of coffee. Doors were closed. Drive thru only at 9.30p.m. Was told to leave.
I just don't understand why the drinks can't be good, it's a hit and miss but most of the time a miss. Workers are nice but coffees are expensive and they just can't do it right.
My english is not very good, i showed them a picture of the recipe of a cup, and they made a mistake and blamed it on me, while i am not good at english. And when there was the wrong glass of water with my order, I asked them to make another glass but they refused my request. (But as far as I know according to SB's policy that they will redo the customer's water when the customer disagrees with the glass of water and in other SB they still redo it when they make a mistake or me). And there was another man to handle and make another glass for me. I am very grateful for his support.
I visited this starbucks on 6/15/22. There's a guy by the name of Elijah. They only reason I'm giving this place 1 star is because of him. He didn't greet in exchange he started yawning. I let it go and continued the process of ordering. I started asking of the breads, he started charging and then to tell me they didn't have them after all. There was a nice lady that also worked there that was overhearing the whole situation. He told Elijah why don't you check the back. He didn't say anything just stared back at her. And im in the middle the whole time. So I told him ohh you're not going to look? In the rudest way with out saying anything he turned around went to the back to "check". And came back out I'm 1 second saying we don't have it. Point of this is that I don't care about the bread and I can live with out it. It's very unfortunate that someone can be that mad at 9am. I work in customer service and I know how annoying I can be. But a person like this should not be front and forward dealing with customers. He needs to do something some cleaning in the backs somewhere. Not trying to ruin people's day.
I went in for a birthday cup of coffee and they were clueless as to were the coupon should be on the rewards account. The person at the counter made me feel like a nuisance because he didn't know how to ring it up. He finally just dismissed me by telling me to just call customer service.
This store is packed, People don't know how to stand out of the way. Even more so the parents letting their kids run around the store is always a problem and i mean always a problem by the fact I've seen them get hit by the bathroom doors when someone coming out!. ALWAYS & i mean ALWAYS a panhandler outside the store and other homeless people. The music is OVERLY LOUD at this location as well to the point you may not even hear your name being called. The only good thing about this store is they do give fast service. Just i wouldn't sit there or try to hang out with people at the store either inside or outside.

I Stood at the register for a long time none of the 3 employees greeted or acknowledge me or at least said will be with you they where to busy talking about there personal life not very professional . I’ve been to several Starbucks and the employees are always dressed professionally but today one of the young girls was wearing atop that you can see her bellybutton pretty surprised that she was allowed to wear that not very nice it look like a top that you use to go to the bar 😐
Worst Starbucks Experience — Denied Basic Courtesy I’ve never felt so disrespected at a Starbucks before. I came in as an Uber Eats driver, doing my job, and simply asked for a small cup of ice — something that’s clearly allowed under Starbucks’ own policy, which states that ice or water can be provided complimentary when picking up or purchasing an order. Instead of showing basic human decency, the staff refused me outright, with attitude, as if I was asking for something unreasonable. I wasn’t asking for a drink I didn’t pay for — just a small cup of ice while I was there picking up an order that helps their store make money. It’s sad to see how inconsistent and unprofessional some Starbucks locations have become. Simple gestures of kindness and respect go a long way — but apparently, not at this one. If this is how they treat delivery workers or customers doing business on their behalf, then they’ve forgotten what Starbucks hospitality is supposed to mean. Do better. 😡🙄

The starbucks isnt even open, the store has no logo, the windows are covered, and the Starbucks App and Google Maps still says its "open" but its closed and it seems that the starbucks is either being remodeled or its closed permanently.
You gotta be on top of these people. They get sidetracked chitchatting with customers and their orders backed up, including mine. I placed my order and it showed to be ready in less than 5 minutes. It took almost 15 minutes. It’s very unprofessional and disappointing. I’m all for my raza to be in management positions but sometimes they’re a disappointment.
