A truly beautiful place. I've been coming here for many years and have always had a great experience. Elegant, impeccable service, especially in the evening. The only flaw is the blonde waitress who serves in the morning... arrogant, aloof, and if you ask for one thing, she brings you another. In the evening, however, the staff are very professional, polite, and cheerful.

Splendid location, with a table in the shade of the historic Palazzo del Mercato overlooking Piazza Martiri, surrounded by historic buildings (Sforza Castle, Coccia Theatre, etc.). Excellent service. Decent food. Prices are slightly high, but fully justified by the location.

Visited one evening before Christmas with family, after dinner. Crowded, with a low average age, but relatively quiet. A good café with reasonable prices, considering it's in the center of Novara. We'll be back.

Nice lunge bar with good aperitivo! One of my favorites when I come to Novara! It has a nice garden watching directly at the main square. The staff is nice and prices are fair for the good quality cocktails you get! Recommended!

Sono entrata per caso in questo locale , dopo una passeggiata per il centro città. Ambiente un po’ retrò. Un marocchino alla nutella con aggiunta di panna 4,50 € mi sembra un po’ esagerato …. Se consideriamo che una cioccolata calda costa 4 € e l’aggiunta di panna è sempre 1€ ma la quantità che ci sta dentro alla tazza della cioccolata è nettamente superiore a quella della tazzina del marocchino . Credo che i prezzi siano un po’ da rivedere poiché a mio avviso non sono propriamente equilibrati.

Ahimè, che una domenica natalizia, un caffè pasticceria pretenzioso, non abbia neppure una fetta di torta... Eppure nel menù c'è! Forse non c'era neppure al mattino, la teca dei dolci è microscopica. Ci siamo entrati senza verificare le valutazioni e il rating attuale, pari a 3,5 avrebbe potuto evitarci una delusione. Però il personale è molto gentile

Giuro, è il primo aperitivo nel quale mi fanno pagare a parte gli stuzzichini, peraltro davvero basici (pezzetti di pizza, carote e olive, un quarto di toast). A parte questo, anche il cocktail non era granché. Onestamente non ci tornerei.

The place is pleasant and the service is formally attentive, but the staff seems to be acting a part without hiding it: if I ask a waiter a question, I'd like him to listen before answering... If you have two rooms available, I don't think it's right to relegate customers to a separate table near the bathroom, perhaps just to avoid cleaning the second room.

Ho chiesto un whisky con ghiaccio e mi hanno portato il ghiaccio nell'acqua (il ghiaccio nel whisky c’è l’ho aggiunto io dopo) E non ti fanno il conto separato. Sconsigliato!

Abbiamo ordinato una bibita e un caffè dopo aver atteso parecchio. Giornata di sole. Ci può stare. L'ordine preso è arrivato con un quarto d'ora di altra attesa. Con ghiaccio nel bicchiere espressamente non richiesto. Pazienza. Tutttavia tavoli occupati: 3 su una ventina. Ma il pagamento è invece stato subito chiesto alla consegna... I tempi e i modi cambiano... ma se potete cambiate anche bar...

I'm giving one star because I can't give zero. A terrible experience for a birthday party. Waiters answer the phone and give incorrect information, and when you get there, they don't admit anything and make you look crazy or tell you you're the one who didn't understand. I highly recommend having someone who knows how to take reservations!

Terrible experience. A 30-minute wait for a croissant, cappuccino, and two coffees, even though the place was half-empty. Meanwhile, they even came back to ask if we needed to order. The cappuccino was boiling hot and washed out. I don't recommend it.
