Well, we are a Filipino family that frequently go and dine at this particular chain/ site of Roadhouse. We crave the most their spare ribs which in our local palate (meaning sense of taste) has been uses to in our home country, the Philippines. Though we live here in Italy 60 kms away (a 45-minute drive), Roadhouse novara has been a part of our week-end place- to-go-to where we, as a family, bond, unwind and relax ourselves while satisfying ourselves with the unlimited roast spare ribs paired some bottles of the Unfiltered Birra Ichnusa.

Ambiente pulito ordinato con posto per via dell'enorme anti Covid. Tavolo riservato in spazio ospitale per la presenza del nostro cagnolone. Appena seduti servite le tortillas secche con salsa piccante. Scelta del cibo facile perché riportato sulla tovaglietta menù o con App Qr, di facile intuizione. Servite le bevande un pó lentamente, come del resto i piatti. Il fatto che arrivino tutti contemporaneamente accorcia i tempi, ma congestiona un po la cena. Salse dosate benissimo..carne del hamburger e della tagliata fantastica. Contorni ottimi. Insalate molto valide. Tutto bene.. Magari arrotondare a cifra tonda se il conto viene con la virgola..

Trovo che il posizionamento tra slow e fast food nel roadhouse trovi il giusto compromesso. Il menù accontenta tutti, e questo lo rende luogo ideale per un pranzo o una cena veloce con gli amici. Trovo molto buoni i burger. La possibilità di scelta del panino e modifica ingredienti rende molto divertente anche la ricerca del panino perfetto. Sempre un valore aggiunto le salse al tavolo.

Ho portato la mia famiglia a pranzo e ho trovato un locale accogliente e pulito. Non ho atteso troppo per mangiare i ragazzi erano ben organizzati e veloci ed il cibo era molto buono, la carne tenerissima un menù bimbo presente e delizioso. Vasto assortimento di scelta all'intero del menù dai panini farciti alle carni, contorno incluso in ogni scelta. L'unico difetto personalmente il tavolino troppo piccolo per quattro un po scomodo, in quanto sono presenti le ciotole con gli arachidi e nell'attesa ci hanno offerto un cestino di tortillas con salsa a seguire ci hanno fornito del cestino delle varie salse presenti da poter usare durante il pranzo per cui, tutto era troppo stretto e nel momento sono arrivate le ordinazioni la situazione è peggiorata ma questo non ha rovinato il mio giudizio, forse la scelta del tavolo per noi non è stata valutata con attenzione. Ciò non toglie che ci tornerò volentieri anche perché sono rimasta soddisfatta anche di quanto ho pagato per come ho mangiato.

Prima volta che provo questa catena, qualità prezzo ottimo. La carne buona, cottura richiesta... mantenuta. Locale pulito e servizio veloce, personale gentilissimo e disponibile.

Piuttosto veloci a portarci al tavolo ed a prendere l'ordinativo, tempo accettabile nel ricevere l'ordine fatto e qualità dignitosa. Carina l'idea di dare sia i nachos in attesa che le spagnolette già sul tavolo. Talvolta però vi sono ingorghi non chiari con alcune pietanze in caso vi siano un pochino più di clienti, ma nulla di eccessivamente disagiante.

Ottimo. Per essere una catena e in un centro commerciale, ho mangiato molto bene (tex mex steak + patate novelle), il personale è tutto giovanissimo ma sembrano lavorare bene. Il posto è carino: arredamento standard, niente eccesso di decorazioni e sciocchezze, ma va bene. Capitasse, tornerei.

Cibo buono. Servizio veloce e gentile. Locale molto bello. Prezzi un po' altino ma giustificati dalla qualità superiore delle materie prime in confronto alle più note catene di fast food

Since it's a chain, the food, service, and atmosphere are the same throughout Italy. I find the prices excessive, especially for appetizers, side dishes, desserts, and anything other than the classic cut of meat. You go in, order the special, eat, and leave.

Food was nice and made from fine ingredients. Staff was very friendly and co-operative . On the downside, the place was very congested and noisy. Apart from this, it was a decent experience overall.

Siamo arrivati al Roadhouse di Novara alle 20:30 e abbiamo ricevuto i nostri piatti soltanto alle 21:30, dopo un’attesa eccessiva. La situazione è stata resa ancora più spiacevole dal fatto che due persone arrivate dopo di noi siano state servite prima. il personale era chiaramente insufficiente per l’orario di punta. Il risultato è stato un servizio lento e disorganizzato, decisamente sotto le aspettative.

The atmosphere is nothing to complain about, the food is pretty good, but I'm sorry about the service, but it needs improvement. I've read in other reviews that they bring you tortillas with spicy sauce as soon as you sit down. Well, we had to ask for them after we'd been there for about half an hour because, seeing that they were also bringing them to people who arrived after us, we mentioned it. They still brought them to us after another 15 minutes, along with our dishes. The condiments arrived when we were almost finished eating, I had to ask for the bread, and when they brought us the dessert menu, no one showed up. I called once, no one answered, we got fed up and left! I hope this review helps.

Andati con la famiglia , man mano peggiora , smash Burger, ok , guardate la foto , 16 euro di panino . La giustificazione é stata , si è rotto lo schiaccia carne , perfetto , allora non me lo fai ordinare e avrei preso altro .

Partiamo dall’odore sgradevole del locale appena entrati. Personale molto lento e svogliato, abbiamo ordinato 2 panini di cui il ceddar non era nemmeno sciolto, l’hamburger devo dire anche passabile ma il pane davvero qualcosa di orribile. Un odore davvero di chimico e confezionato che nauseava ad ogni morso. Oltre al panino mi hanno servito la tagliata nello stesso momento, bruciata nonostante avessi chiesto cottura media e davvero tagliata male, dura e fibrosa. Peccato perché dei locali così fanno dubitare di tutta la catena di ristoranti. SCONSIGLIATO E COSTOSO

⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointing experience at the Roadhouse This evening I went to the Roadhouse with my daughter. When ordering, I informed the girl serving me that I wanted to use a coupon, showing it to her directly on my phone. I ordered ribs with a side of fries, while my daughter chose a main course. So far, everything seemed fine. When it came to the bill, the same girl who had taken the order told me that the ribs weren't the one on the coupon. I explained that I had shown her the photo when ordering, but she replied that she was probably distracted while writing and hadn't understood. She called a superior to resolve the situation, but when she arrived, she seemed rather arrogant and told me there was nothing she could do. Only when I mentioned that I would leave a review about their behavior did he change his tone and offer me a discount higher than the €3 coupon. At that point, I felt like I was being treated like a complainer over a few euros, and I refused the discount. It wasn't a question of money, but of principle and respect for the customer. A truly unpleasant experience: not because of the money, but because of the way the situation was handled. I will definitely never return to this place.

Ordered by deliveroo, the french fries arrived extremely salty that couldn't be eaten. That's not normal and probably who prepared them messed with the salt container when adding to the fries and sent them right away. Also, the fries came in open bags, without any external cover, which is strange while during covid it's expected for a little bit more of hygienic protocols. The cokes as well, came without any bags and the delivery guys just handed me two cans of coke. That's shameful!
