Dave's Hot Chicken has brought fun back to fast food! So good. The cashier was really helpful too. I don't understand why people would wait in line at biring in and out when they could get something of quality at Dave's.

My boyfriend and I FINALLY tried out this place and we couldn’t be more pleased. The cashier Joseph was really cool, he was very thorough with the menu board and was very welcoming. He gave me an extra lemonade after I asked about the lemonade prices but declined to switch out from a fountain drinks since our order was already placed. The environment is fun, food is delicious, and prices are fair!

Although I only placed it to-go order, my experience when picking up my food was wonderful. The place looked completely clean and the staff was very nice. We ordered the 20 sliders and wow was it a great treat. Loved the hot flavor even if it is a little spicy 😋 I recommend ordering extra sauce so you get extra flavor! I hope to dine there next time.

We’ve visited many Dave’s Hot Chicken locations, and this one truly stood out for its exceptional professionalism, service, and food quality. We placed a mobile order while passing through, and it was ready right on time. The food here was by far the best we’ve had from any location. There was a small mix-up with our order, but the staff handled it immediately with genuine apologies and outstanding customer care by going above and beyond in fixing the issue. Couldn’t be happier. Wish every location operated like this one. 12/10 experience.

I usually go to this place once or twice a month. It’s super convenient, right next to the freeway. The staff is always so friendly, and the dining room is always clean. And let me tell you, their chicken is consistently delicious! I love the medium spice option in the Dave’s Bites combo. The seasoning is just right - sweet, spicy, and not too overpowering. And the Dave’s Signature sauce is absolutely amazing! It pairs perfectly with the chicken and fries. I’ve never had a bad experience at this Dave’s location, and I’ve been here about a dozen times. I always look forward to lunch with my coworkers when it’s at Dave’s!

Their hot fried chicken is great! I went back three weeks in a row for the chicken thigh fillet. The third time, I tried the bone in thigh but prefer the fillet. The atmosphere is aimed at much younger people and the place is decorated with graffiti. But even though I'm a very old fart, the workers as well as some of the clientele were friendly.

After visiting with my grampa, my boyfriend and I always stop by here and the last few times ice been getting a lucky charm topped shake and it's AMAZZZING. The workers are always so attentive and give a warm welcome as soon as you walk in!

Surpassed my expectations. Great service. There was no wait in line and the seating was plentiful. We sat outside and that was fine on a beautiful sunny day. The fries were crunchy and seasoned to perfection. Mild was not spicy at all so I can go up a notch on the spice/hotness.

Me and my family wanted some chicken for lunch, so we came to dhc for the first time. What a great choice. I’m not a big spice person, so I just got lite mild, and it was perfect. The staff was very nice, Richard explained the different spice levels and he explained them very well. We had a great time and I recommend coming to this spot if you’re in the area!

First time trying Dave’s Hot Chicken. My family loves spicy food so this place is good for us all! We tried chicken tenders and slider, both were yummy! The chicken was seasoned well, crispy from the outside and tender inside. We chose hot level and it was perfect, we’ll try extra hot next time. The coleslaw, pickles and fries were good, too. They have both inside and outside seatings. We’ll go back definitely! 09/30/23 came back for a late night dinner. Glad that they’re opened late, midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. My son and I got the same thing (slider, tender and fries but with extra hot level, it was a bit spicier than regular hot. It was a good meal, we loved it again.

We were happy to try out Dave's, the chain with humble roots in Southern California that's now opening up new locations all over the U.S. The line last week was crazy so we decided to give it a go on its second weekend. Not quite as busy, but still hoppin'. I love the minimalist, In-n-Out style menu. Basically they serve large pieces of boneless chicken about the size of a chicken breast (Tenders) or the same tenders on a bun (Sliders). These come with seasoned fries. The gimmick is choosing among seven levels of spiciness: No spice, lite mild, mild, medium, hot, extra hot, and reaper. I ordered the #2, which is two sliders and fries. (Drinks are separate.) I requested one Hot and the other Extra Hot. When in Rome. What I wasn't expecting was the size of this meal. It was REALLY big. In my mind, a slider is something completely different and definitely smaller. I couldn't finish both sliders. One would probably be plenty for most people. This isn't a complaint, just know what you're getting! I think I may just order the chicken tenders next time instead. Their odd, uneven shapes make them very awkward and unwieldy between two very thin buns. It's not exactly bun-appropriate. The weird thing is that napkins are not available on the tables or at the drink stand. You literally have to ask an employee behind the counter for napkins. We actually had to go back twice because the sliders are quite messy. I kinda felt guilty asking for more napkins! I don't know if this is how all Dave's branches operate or if maybe they were just running low, but I hope they get on board with normal napkin distribution practices! It's clear why this place is so popular: the chicken is very tasty! This is not the bland, generic chicken flavor you might expect from other chains. As for the spiciness, I couldn't tell any difference between the Hot and Extra Hot. They were both pretty hot, but not to the point of being a challenge to eat. Apparently, if you want the Reaper, you need to sign a waiver lol! I'm not sure what kind of legally binding agreement that is, but I'm sure it creates a fun dare for late night drinkers to regret in the morning. The employees were great. All well trained and friendly. Even though it was busy, we only had to wait about 10 minutes for our order to be called. Also, the vibe is really cool and vibrant, making it a fun, energetic place to eat. I'll be back when it calms down a bit and order a single hot tender and fries.

I don’t leave reviews but this was pretty bad. There was nobody waiting for their food and I placed my order 10 minutes before arriving but waited 30 minutes once I got in as workers stood around talking. Not sure what was the issue, 5 people after me got their food, I ordered 2 tenders. Don’t bother going here with the price and service you get. Absolutely pathetic. Service used to be good, now it’s terrible. When it’s busy fine but when I’m the only 1 waiting it’s ridiculous.
