The worse ever! Customer Service was cool, they sure can get your order wrong... how can you get a simple order wrong? DOUBLE BACON CHEESE BURGER WITHOUT MUSTARD, ended up being a regular cheese burger.

I order the 2 for $5 Mixed an Match and I was charged 2 for $6. I question the cashier and he had nothing to say. He walked to one of the register and gave me a dollar back. But again my drink dont seem right. Cause I paid $2.29 for a small coke and my cup size is a kid size drink.

I eat BK a lot the food her tasted like it was gonna make me sick the veggies were spoiled for sure and the meat had a funk taste didn't finish the food. Hooker's went into the bathroom and came out saying omg that's gross the smell almost made me barf. The place is definitely an avoid at all costs.

Ordered breakfast through app. Their toilets are closed permanently. They have self serve kiosks that don’t work. The restaurant was completely deserted but yet open as I could walk in. There was nobody at the counter. I never was able to get my order even though I waited a long time in the restaurant. After a long wait I requested and received a refund through the app.

This place is a scam. I ordered door dash. I spent $30 on my order. When it arrived. The steak whopper and the Oreo shake were missing. I reported it through door dash. They denied me any compensation or refund. So I ended up with cold French fries and 2 sodas. I tried to call the burger king. Their number doesn't work. So theirs no way to talk to a manager or supervisor. Thats why I say their scamming people through door dash. And apparently door dash is with it.

The car I came in and the one behind me were ignored at the drive thru MID ORDER! after waiting to be acknowledged for 5 mins, we came inside to hear the same attendant taking orders. They would not assist us on the inside, refused to acknowledge us, WE PRETENDED TO LEAVE when we saw a Hispanic couple coming in to order. They immediately were greeted and had their orders taken. Subsequently out order was taken only AFTER! and was done extremely sluggishly. We got our orders first becUse they attendant said people like me scare him after we took a picture for this review. There was no shouting and absolutely zero aggression. I am disappointed, the fry cook wanted to serve us when we were being ignored.

This is ridiculous that I ordered onion rings and this is what she served me. Why do people work in restaurants and treat people like that. What if it was my last money to feed my kids. This makes me so mad 😠

The Worse Burger King Restaurant!!!, Dirty Lobby, Cashier was not Respectful to Customer, Flies are all over the Place, Bathrooms are Closed for No Reason, Food are Disgusting!, Lady sleeping in the lobby, Every small items they charged money! there are Dirty Clothes everywhere!!!

Very rude and condescending. Way to expensive for a burger king. We got a small meal and a medium meal and a medium meal is basically the same size as a small and they charged us over $35 for two meals make it make sense. The medium drink is basically like an inch taller than a small drink. Not worth the price rude customer service don't come here.

There phone number doesn't work. When you order through their website, they have door dash deliver it to you. I had stuff missing from my order, the ONLY compensation was a $5 coupon even though there is a recent state law that REQUIRES companies to reimburse you in full for your missing items when they mess up. Corporate said they have zero way to reimburse, so I got a $5 coupon. The food wasn't good that arrived. It's unfortunate, I don't understand why they're ok with subpar food and bad customer service. Please do better.
