The women working on 10/11 were extremely disrespectful. Overcharged me and refused to let me speak to a manager. Only went for the pool tables. This place is definitely not worth your time.

Rude owner, bad vibes, almost violent with other customers. The way he dealt with people made me very uncomfortable. There are better places to go.

Todo estaba bien hasta que pusieron a uno encargado de la entrada que ami y a un amigo mio no nos dejo entrar. Le demostramos identificacion y por razones inexplicables nomas nos nego la entrada. Seria bueno que lo despidieran de alli. The door manager is discriminatory to certain groups of people. He denied entry to me and a friend for no apparent reason. He just said he didn't trust us. I've been to that place before and never had a problem until then. Immediate action should be taken upon him.

I went here with a friend of mine and the bouncer asks to see my ID then tells me that it is not my ID. I wouldn't be writing this if it wasn't the most ridiculous thing I'd ever heard. The crowd seemed mostly to be Latino men but does that mean a young Black woman like me can't be there? Apparently so becuase my friend got in just fine but the bouncer sat there not even looking me in the eyes or looking at my face telling us that this was not my ID. He clearly made up his mind that he didn't want me in this bar before he even said a word to me. Discriminatory and disrespectful.
