Same folks as the excellent truck of the same name. Incredible tacos, always perfectly crisply cooked meat and delicious salsas (tripas tacos especially good). Nice clean seating area for when you prefer to eat in.

Everything’s just right! I ordered a carne asada quesadilla, asked for custom version, everything came out perfect. Tortilla was perfectly crispy, with an almost croissant-like fluffy crispyness. Delicious carne, and perfect portion size. Red and green sauce were very very strong. Bonus carrots and veggies and whatnot. Lovely staff, nice and clean bathrooms, all-around excellent experience. Edit: I HAVE FOUND IT! Now two months later I can safely say this is it. I’ve been working at a school down the street for a couple months, and after trying many other restaurants in the area, there’s still no comparison. The best red and best green sauce, and the best chips, and carne asada quesadilla I’ve had in the bay area. No cap! And with maaaaaaybe one exception in SoCal, it’s better than any Mexican food ive had in California. Not even kidding; even in the three years I lived in San Diego. Or anywhere in California. Too Juan’s is unsurpassed. Pizza and crepes weep in the presence of their quesadilla. Sandwiches sog themselves and despair. Hot dogs turn cold. I am a happy cow, because now I dream in verde. Eureka!

Bruh... had a lengua burrito and it was bomb!! Their salsas are on point!! The avocado salsa hands down the best Ive ever had apart from my momma's!! And their chips, damn, sooooo gooood they are addicting! Big plus, they are super clean!

I came in it was very clean an organized, my kids loved the food and the salsa , not only is the food excellent but the customer service is great , we are so impressed , will definitely be returning. Great family bussiness .

I love love thus spot. The food as iT should be. The flavors are traditional just like in Mexico but with out the airport, plane, immigration and taxi. Prices are just. All the meats are fresh and delicious. Everything at this place is on point. I wish it was not that far. I always stop by this place when I am on my way to burning man. A great place to start a great adventure.
