The open face veggie bagel sandwich is hands down my favorite bagel sandwich of all time, ever. Pickled cucumbers & pickled onions, capers with a salty veggie cream cheese give me life! This place gets busy so if you’re too hungry to wait, don’t go during weekend brunch hours. Try off hours if you’re looking for a shorter wait and a table.

My favorite bagel shop in Oakland. They make homemade chicken scrapple and their fried chicken is really really good. Parking can be hard at times and there are lines at peak times but it’s worth any wait you may have to endure. The fried chicken in peppercorn bagel is my favorite thing to order.

Loved this place!! We walked across the street from the surgery center while waiting out of pure convenience but now find ourselves wanting to go back and get more bagels!! I got the plain bagel with schmear and lox, very fresh! along with a caramel latte that was closer to caramel milk by the end of it but still enjoyable. My MIL got a vegetarian breakfast plate with excellent (not so boiled iykyk) potatoes and a bialy bagel (?) that she LOVED. I personally thought for no meat in her plate it was still pretty expensive, more so than if she had gotten meat! I would say the only thing we didn’t love was the price, it was $48 for just the 2 of us.

I came here to meet a friend who was in town for only a few days. We both wanted to bagels and she recommended this spot. We both ordered the same thing. And everything bagel classic smoked salmon, closed. I love and everything bagel and I am a cream cheese thot! We also ordered a mocha coffee. I am forgetting the person who helped us (dyed green hair) but she was very friendly and funny. Made sure to answer my ridiculous questions about the coffee. The food came out quickly. I did enjoy the bagel. It hit the spot for me. Next time I may just get a toaster bagel with cream cheese bc that's usually what I crave. No frills, all love for the schmear. The mocha coffee was ok. Though it wasn't sweet (which I wanted) it did not taste like coffee. If I ordered that again I'd add 2 shots of espresso to that. We ate indoors, enjoy the artwork on the wall, and caught up. Though they do have some outdoor seating as well. I'll definitely give this place a try again in the future.

Very disappointed in the Manny's Breakfast Burrito. Very bland, lacked a lot of character and pretended to be something great when it wasn't in my opinion. Would rather be back in SF go for a breakfast burrito from ANYWHERE in the Mission. I feel like that burrito is overselling a hype and loyalty to the locals to defend an overpriced bland burrito. I feel robbed having to pay that much money for Manny's Breakfast Burrito.

Overall, I had higher expectations for this spot. I was pretty excited to try it out but overall, I felt disappointed with the bagel. The bread was over salted, chewy, and for 15 bucks plus tip, lacking in the salmon department. On the plus side, the space is a nice design with a fun mural and the staff are friendly.

Oof I rarely write reviews but had to leave one for this. Took a chance despite the mixed feelings in the reviews and so wishing I hadn’t. Firstly, $16??? For a BAGEL???Way too much money period and the bagels were small and the sandwich seemed just thrown together. I also specifically asked for “very light on the cream cheese” and omg the globs and globs I scraped and wiped out of this bagel (not even close to all of it pictured) honestly just grossed out the entire meal - ultimately I just ate the salmon so it wouldn’t be money completely wasted. I’m sure others have had better luck than me but for such an exorbitantly high price I can not believe it was this bad. The only pro was that the bagel itself was good.

I used to come to Beauty's bagels in 2020/2021 and they were delicious bagels, but they did come at a premium cost. I haven't been here in a year so I decided to arrive and buy a smoked salmon cream cheese bagel with capers. They skimped out on the spread and the flavor was twice as salty as last time I came here. Either it was a bad day or management changed but this sucks for the price that we are paying. 7$ for this bagel with onions and capers. Just buy the bagels and make your own sandwich at home. The people working here are very kind and the atmosphere in the store is nice but that only goes so far when your meal is salty.

Drove 6 miles for latkes. I wanted house made - they were disk shaped from some factory press. Probably frozen. Ala carte $4.75 ea. - they weren't on the electronic menu.

Very little cream cheese on the bagel. Kinda disappointing. Bagels used to be better back when it was Beauty bagel. I ordered for pick up through door dash if it makes any difference.

This place is totally aware of the mice/rat infestation! They leave their food out in the open and as you can see from the pics - and the rodents are tearing the food up. This is a serious health concern, and I will be contacting the Health Department tomorrow morning, as soon as they open!! This is just disgusting!! YUCKKKKKKK
