I like the taste of Popeyes chicken. My conter person, Liz, was friendly, courteous and hard working. Service was fast and the place was clean. But this visit i ordered 3 chicken tenders, no sides. But what is got was very disappointing. For the money I spent, I got what looked like 3 nuggets. I can get a better sized tender at a supermarket. If you are offering these sizes you may want to double up on the pieces for the same price.

Only went because T-Mobile provided a promo for 3-piece tenders. The jokers that worked at this location must not have had any integrity or self-respect to box this up for me. I’m embarrassed for them, but pray that God finds a way to help them and the franchise.

If there is a zero star, that is what I would rate this place. We ordered 10 classic signature chicken (2 pc wings classic, 6pc thigh classic, 2 pc breast classic) All online with sides and biscuits. Once I arrived at the window for pick up, manager Gabby told me that there are no classic chickens - just spicy ones. So we were left with no choice but to take what they offer. She asked me to wait at the parking spot up front. Once she delivered the order, I inspected the whole bag and asked her if the chicken parts that they gave us is what we wanted - she told us they don’t have chicken breats and she gave us what thighs, wings and legs. Again not what we wanted! Once we arrived home to eat dinner - the beans and rice side we ordered was noticed to be old and dry! We specifically indicated we want ketchup with the order but the manager named Gabby only gave us hot sauce. But she said there was ketchup in the bag. Seriously! This branch needs shaping up! Customers are not animals and we are not to be treated like one! The manager was not even apologetic, no sorry, no compensation. Seriously!

Ordered trig drive thrive, got two #5s with 1/4lb shrimp and 2pc chicken tenders, both with cajun fries. They not only gave me the wrong sauce, but gave absolutely pathetic serving sizes for what I already considered am expensive dinner. The food was cold and tasted like garbage. Will not be using this location again if this is what they consider an acceptable value for my money, and I will not be recommending the location to anyone.

Ordered Popeyes on DoorDash and someone’s gum ended up on my bag. It wasn’t the driver because the white bag was inside a sealed brown bag. Won’t be ordering from here again.

I bought a chicken sandwich to dine in. I saw the order sitting at the counter for a while and was unsure whether that was my order because they didn't call my name, so I went to ask the worker. She was also unsure if it was my order and had to check the bag. When I opened my sandwich I saw a small piece of chicken (the bread was bigger than the chicken), so I showed it to the guy from the kitchen area and he laughed and said it was normal. Also the coke from the beverage dispenser had no flavor. 😔

The chicken sandwich was not crispy and the soda dispenser was broken the soda tasted like batteries and sewer water and the strawberry biscuit was salty and had too much butter I felt sick after eating it I do not recommend coming here

Ordered take out, first they forgot my extra Mac & cheese. My husband went to get it but they didn’t even say sorry or nothing. Second When we got home to find out we got a spoiled coleslaw! My kid took a bite and she said told me it smelled bad! So I took a bite and yep! It’s spoiled! From the store to the house only take about 15 mins max and we didn’t stop anywhere.

Ordered take out, first they forgot my extra Mac & cheese. My husband went to get it but they didn’t even say sorry or nothing. Second When we got home to find out we got a spoiled coleslaw! I walked in here to find out that the lobby was open. Nobody wanted to shop here after staying about five or 10 minutes. I realize the attitude of the patron Cece and the Customer service. They’re not very friendly. In fact, just so you know I could only eat half my sandwich after half to my sandwiches eaten. I got so infuriated by the atmosphere. I decided to pack my sandwich and leave. I would never been all of my years and taste in class and experience and all of my five. Star restaurants in on beyond Cece, comfort and more would ever regularly. Recommend this Popeyes to come and eat that you’ll probably be very disappointed and leave hungry.

I am at my WITS END with this place. 80% of the time they get my order wrong. If I don’t stop in the parking lot and check my bag then I wouldn’t get half of what I ordered. I ordered classic crispy tenders and they gave me spicy but I didn’t know until I got home 30 minutes late. I never order spicy because I can’t eat it and I can’t even do anything about it. This place is horrible

the lady on the microphone was VERY rude. after saying they were out of what i had requested i continued to look at the menu when she turns on the mic again and very aggressively asked "so are you going to order anything or what?" i then ordered my husbands sandwich and she asked if he wanted bacon and cheese on it, i replied with "yes please" and she AGAIN very rudely said "yes please to what?" we then pulled up to the window and the kitchen looked almost as disgusting as this employees attitude. the car that was behind was ordering while we waited and she stuck her head out the window multiple times and made faces and crude gestures at them. you could not pay me to return to this location. they need to get looked into.

Sara the manager convinced me not to trust her leadership or her staff. I ordered multiple sides of mashed potatoes and gravy that came with no gravy. It bummed out everyone I bought them for as we had been talking about our orders for hours while returning on a roadtrip and her store getting it wrong was like giving hungry people who ordered a sandwich and were given only slices of bread. But Sara didn't seem to care when I uncharacteristically returned the next day with the untouched potatoes sans gravy. She rolled her eyes in a "not again" way and she just shrugged her shoulders when she said she wouldn't correct the order. I've worked in hospitality for 30 years and recognize professional apathy and managerial incompetence when it shows itself and Sara's behavior showed me I cannot trust her to meet other professional expectations like food safety and customer service. If she doesn't care about this, what else is she not caring enough to do properly like washing their hands or keep meat refrigerated. All I know is I'm not feeding my family whatever this careless manager is letting slip out.
