Upon arrival everyone who walked by spoke. Very friendly and attentive staff. The cashier Aleiah was friendly and ensured that I received my order correctly and promptly. The communication between the cashier and the cook was professional. I would definitely recommend this location.

I had such a great experience at Zaxby’s recently, and I have to give a huge shoutout to our server, Trenton! From the moment we walked in, Trenton greeted us with a big smile and made us feel welcome right away. He was super friendly, attentive, and really went above and beyond to make sure our order was perfect. Our food came out fresh, hot, and exactly as we ordered it — and Trenton checked in just the right amount to make sure everything was great without being intrusive. It’s rare these days to find someone who clearly enjoys what they do and takes pride in providing awesome customer service, but Trenton absolutely does. If you stop by this Zaxby’s, I definitely recommend asking for Trenton — he’ll make sure you have a great dining experience!

I came in at 1pm lunch to a busy lobby. Darnisha took my order quickly. When I received my order it was fresh and hot. The lobby was very clean too.
