Everything was delicious. Pizza had a perfect crisp to it. Some of the best oven baked pizza I’ve ever had. Deviled eggs were rich in flavor and the Beef bone in Rib was fall off the bone, literally! Had to finish it off with a tres leches cake which put me in the clouds. Daniel and Ms Taylor were very attentive and made the experience that much more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The Cork & Pig Tavern has a Great atmosphere Great Food and Great service! They offer indoor and outdoor dining options! The wait staff is very accommodating to our dining experience! Which is always appreciated !! We had pizza for lunch it was very good and I would recommend it! We also started with the trio appetizer ( Guacamole,Trout, and Pimento dips w/chips) I will definitely be back to try a Steak!!!

Me and a couple coworkers decided to have dinner here tonight, I’ve eaten at Cork and pig before, but the one in Midland, and this one had a way more laid-back atmosphere with great service. We had the duo dip appetizer and then we all had the steak salad. My steak was cooked just as I asked, medium rare and loved the dressing on it, the manager even stopped by and asked how the food was in the service was. The appetizer was great, and like I said the atmosphere the ambience was great, did not feel rushed, and our server was very personable and knowledgeable. If you’re ever down in Texas or this part of Texas and you’re looking for a good dinner, they have an awesome menuand it’s just really nice to find a place like this. Can’t wait to eat her again.

Bo Hut

The only place I 100% come to every time I travel to Odessa is this place. The best dish from Houston, to New Mexico, to N. TX is the Steak Salad. Awesome flavor, and I can't get this same thing at any restaurant I find. The secret may be the beacon vinaigret. If they ever take this menu item off, it will be the last time I eat there. Good place to go to

New to the area and was recommended by my husbands new barber and yes Food was spectacular! Kudos to the Chef(s)! I had the chicken and was so relieved it was cooked to perfection! My husband had the meatloaf and did not share which means it was great! Shout out to our server Corina, she was very attentive and pleasant! And the Host welcome you with a friendly smile! Thank You

Natalie was our server at the bar. I have the most amazing experience with her. Extremely knowledgeable about the menu as well as cocktails. She made the most amazing Manhattan with angels envy. I'm definitely going back. 5 stars all around. I had the fish of the day which was swordfish with some cauliflower it was so tasty. My boyfriend had the blackened ribeye owww my gosh it was perfect !!!!!! Compliments to the chef!!! We also met the manager she was extremely sweet.

Everything was Amazing! We had the trio dip, short rib cauliflower pizza and parmesan chicken. Our server was very attentive, gave great suggestions and so willing to answer and questions. We will be back.

Love love love this place. Perfect for a date, meeting, event.. the food the place is great the people so friendly. I got the beef rib, the best beef I’ve had in Odessa. The beef just falls of the bone and melts in your mouth it’s a very delightful experience. We also got the rib pizza. The doughs flavor was unbelievably tasty. Will deffenently be coming back!! To try their other dishes 🤤🤤 and we had the calamari appetizer it was also really good

Wow - just wow! The pizza at this place is absolutely incredible! My coworkers and I went for a lunchtime treat and were blown away by how delicious everything was. I honestly can't remember the last time I had pizza this good. Suffice it to say, this place is definitely going to become a regular spot for me. Just had drinks. Wasn't feeling n the mood for what was in the menu. Bar staff was amazing and attentive for my wife and I.

Busy when we arrived but seated in 15-20 minutes. I ordered the baked chicken with bourbon sauce and it was delicious. My wife had a large salad and blackened cauliflower which were tasty as well. A couple of down notes : our food sat in the service window for at least 5 minutes before serving so it was not very hot. The cauliflower was cold. The chicken in bourbon sauce and mashed potatoes was served on a very cold plate so the potatoes and sauce suffered accordingly. After serving, we had to ask for silverware which was delivered with only one napkin. So, we had to flag down the server again. My wife had finished about 1/2 of her salad and the server returned asking if she wanted a box, and if we were ready for the check. It felt like they needed the table. The food was delicious but the details really make the meal, and on this trip the meal fell short.

Came here solo and grabbed a seat at the bar—busy but still comfortable. Started with The Texan cocktail, a nice twist on an Old Fashioned. The deviled eggs were a standout, especially with the sweet, fatty bacon. Had the pecan-crusted trout and roasted cauliflower for my main. The trout was cooked well but had way too much sauce. Friendly vibe overall, but service at the bar lacked follow-up—bartender never checked back for a second drink, even though it wasn’t too crowded.

Third time at this restaurant. The food has been good on each visit. It was very flavorful and tasty. Presentation of the food could improve, but expectations were met.
