Amazing food! Definitely not typical type of food for this area, in a good way! Sliders and fries have great flavor! The cilantro ranch is so yummy!

We ordered the buffalo fries and the OG sliders. The food had great taste, was cooked well, and portions are large. For me, the most memorable aspect of the restaurant is the staff. They were just amazing! Their excellent customer service is unlike any other restaurant in Odessa. They welcomed us with a friendly smile, took the time to explain the menu and checked on us several times.

The food is alright. The sweet potato treat was really good. I got the clucker something and it was a bit spicy for me LOL

Overall, it's not bad. The top of the buns were hard and dried out, but the burgers were very good. The fries are pretty good, too. I'm not a big fan of Buffalo sauce, but with the ranch on the fries, it gave just the right amount of spice.

This was our first experience of Curb Side and we were happy with it. I tried the HomerSimpson with the Swine Divine fries. I really liked mine and my husband had the Hot Chick with the Buffalo Fries and he enjoyed his. The portions are quite large and was pretty good. The kids tenders were huge!!! The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 was the restaurant needed attention for cleaning on the tables and bathrooms. Great service and we will definitely be going back.

From the Outside it's hard to tell if the place is open. I've heard good things about the food so finally decided on trying it! The menu is good, but personally I was wanting to see brisket especially in West Texas since they also offer smoked pulled pork!! My entree, The Jefe or something like that, Pork Sliders basically with something fried on top. Whatever it was in top felt like extra breading to me and I was looking for more of a crunch(fried onions or jalapeños maybe)! Pulled pork was very tasty though! The French fries were loaded and clots of them. Presentation was great but with just ketchup and sauce drizzle I think all the flavors blended real similar( spicy queso on the fries would be phenomenal), very sweet and needed to add a little crunch and acidity. Great size portion though and very fresh, with a few small tweaks this place could be great!

I’ve been coming to this place for a long time, and it’s honestly one of my favorite spots to eat in town. That’s why this review is a bit disappointing to write. Yesterday my experience was different than usual. I finally tried the boneless wings for the first time and ordered the lemon pepper jalapeño. The flavor was good, but the chicken itself, was not fresh It was extremely tough and hard to bite into, and when I pulled it apart it was very dry and dull inside, almost as if it had been made earlier and reheated. I’m hoping this was just an off day, because I normally have great experiences here and plan to keep coming back.

I've been trying to visit this restaurant for awhile but I don't live in Odessa and it seemed to be closed every time I came through. I guess it was overly hyped because I wasn't that impressed. The fries were cold. It didnt taste like it had been made with much care. Cool atmosphere though. I'd like to think they were having an off day.

Zero stars would be more appropriate. I am from out of town and I decided to try this place because I seen some videos about it online. First off I was not greeted when I walked up to the counter which it looked like a bunch of high school kids working in the kitchen so makes sense. Secondly, the one taking my order did not offer to help or suggest me anything. I finally just went with the Mother clucker w/ buffalo fries. They gave me my number and I literally wasn’t even sitting 2 minutes before they brought it out. I looked at my food before I left and it looked appealing so I left. When I got home I then realized they used very old and dry chicken to put on top of the fries and the fries weren’t even fresh either! I then look at the sandwich and the chicken is dry as a bone too w/ one little squirt of sauce on it and mediocre coleslaw slung on top. This place sucks and I will not be back.

I’ve always been a fan of CSB, ever since they were on West County Road. I even donated some huge wooden spools for them to use as tables back in the day. Today I ordered Buffalo Fries and a Homer Simpson Slider. They BOTH sucked! No other way to describe it. The fries were horrible at best. Old, hard, cold, and I honestly feel like they were “day old” fries. Nothing about them was good. Totally disappointed. Stingy with the sauce even. The chicken was hard and dry. So I moved on to the slider, hoping it would be good. NOPE! Same, meat was hard, dry, and not even warm. Bacon was hard as hell and this visit was a total waste of time and my money! Not sure what happened here, but I feel they have fallen victim to the “Odessa Restaurants Just Suck” theme that so many have embraced. This used to be a Grand Experience, and today it was bad, very bad. I mentioned to my wife that it looked like it was going down hill by all the junk piled up outside of the building. Not very appealing and I guess it was a reflection of what they are becoming. Just a shame that it has come to this. I remember when they were hungry and their food was something you bragged about. The only thing I will tell people from now on is, Good Luck! This will be the last time I throw my money away on a business that has lost its focus. Hate that I had to write this, but I went there to be pleased and that didn’t happen.

Have been a curbiside customer for years since before it was an actual restaurant. Haven't been here in a long time since we live across town from them now but today I was on this side of town and decided to stop. Needless say i was super disappointed. The young girls the have working there have the absolute worst attitude and don't even pay attention to your order. I asked the girl what wing flavors they had and she ignored me the first time. The second time I asked she rolled her eyes. Cube side use to be known not just for the food but for their customer service as well, Alejandro and Stephanie would never treat their customers this way nor allow the staff to either.
