Disrespectful . Unable to cook . My family and I ended up leaving because the children that "work" there were rude and the chicken was dry . I wonder why they are still open

Wasn't tenders got hard fried pieces of flour..guys was sweet over phone and in person but girl at window was Very Rude after returning for right proper food...while waiting they can be heard talking about how I should have juss ate it cuz they serve everyone like that...yelling in building that can be heard outside...but they guy was Very Polite.

This message is for the owner I went earlier and you got my order you are one sorry as the reason I'm saying this ever since you're son asked me if he could keep the change I said no to your son which that was rude of your son isn't right mr wannabe owner you should have more respect to your customers instead you act rude to me like I said I went earlier you got my order and all the customers were gone I was still waiting for my order and one of his employee Walk up to me asked me if I already ordered I told her yes and when she opened the door of the restaurant I saw the owner looked at me he was just standing there and he sent someone else to give me my order it took like 10 to 15 minutes to get my order nobody was in the drive thru nobody that's was really rude of you owner don't blame me for your son asking for money 🤑

Went at 1719 on a Tuesday, we waited for 15 minutes in the line, got to the window and waited another 5 minutes with nobody coming to the window. I had to use the restroom, so I went inside and these people were having a meeting... A gripe session, really. Some girl griping about having worked there for 9 years and she's never gotten a vacation. Really? In themiddle of dinner rush? Also, the didn't have any paper towels in the men's room, how are male employees washing and drying their hands? Wiping them on their dirty smock? Needless to say, when I got back to the car, still in line at the window, we left. A total of 25-30 minutes wasted.

this location, the workers just look outside and check the line. Waits are always long. Even if theres 2 cars in line. Have attitudes. (not all). So come, if u have time to wait a little.

Look it's Friday I just got off work tired like everyone else who goes early as 4 to work okay So it's 6:06pm went to bush's I've always get bush's on my payday I love bush's ❤️ Went there super happy no customers I order 10 PC chicken ONLY the girl told me it's going to take 15 MINUTES I'm like woah that's the first but was like okay sure no problem I mean it's bush's so I waited 6 minutes later she came n was like go park over there I'll bring ur order so I went n parked n waited. 35 MINUTES LATERR!!!!😡 I sat there watched her take order from literally less than 12 people with 5× more orders than mine. I saw one guy employee came closer to the car for other customers n I asked him *hey are you guys still working on my order* he plainly said *i dont know what order* 🤨🤨 i am taken back I've never been treated like this before esp at bush's the other workers I encountered were b4 this were very sweet n these two today were something else. I told him you know what it's ok forget it n I left becuz I was going to bible study right after n I haven't been this pissed 😤 in a really long time. So uhm the girl who took my order I saw you glancing over at me n u didn't bring my order u can eat that 10 PC chicken ok n u stay very blessed okay. N to bush's thank u for all u r doing this loyal customer of yours is out. FYI *the girl is short straight black hair and shes still young probably a student🤦🏻‍♀️*

I ordered mash potatoes and they gave me plain gravy instead. I ordered one jalapeño and they gave me an entire order of jalapeño poppers. I hate jalapeños poppers. The employees taking your order in the drive-up should write down the order instead of by memory. To top it off, the chicken was COLD and old. Must of been yesterdays left overs. Poor management …. I guess that’s why so many locations have closed. I’ll never eat there again. The tea was awesome tho.

I called to place an order for pickup only to be told they are short-handed and busy. The person who answered the phone went on again to say they are short handed and busy " I mean we have everything made, you can come to the drive through and order your food we have it ready but umm yeah we just can't take orders over the phone because we are short handed and busy" in the time it took her to tell me what she already said twice she could have taken my order it was one small meal. I work less than a couple of minutes away, and I arrived to find 3 cars in the drive-through and 2 customers at register waiting to order. This location often closes early, even earlier than their hand written posted signs state. I'd normally order online, but having tried out door dash at this establishment before, I am well aware that the orders are not always filled, and it takes a while to be refunded. Employers should educate their employees as to what keeps a business running as well as enable them to receive a paycheck. I love Bush's, just not the work ethic at this location. 😒

The reason for my 1 star.....We Love the Buffalo fries they just need to learn that people love ranch in them as well as the Buffalo sauce. I don't know why it's so hard to put a little more ranch as they do the Buffalo sauce.
