Tonight, we ate Mexican. Thankfully, it was authentic Mexican cz they wrapped the chili relleno with egg instead of breading like the American Mexican restaurants. That difference allows someone like me on a diabetic diet to eat my favorite chili relleno's. They also had spicy, not mild homemade salsa truly delicious. Thank you so much.

Some extremely good Tex-Mex style food. Define recommendation. Not to far off I-20 if passing through. If you’re local you should already know how awesome it is.

I asked for something spicy she hook me up the chip salsa was spicy too. my nose running😤. I love this place 😍😍😍🌮🌶🌯🇲🇽❤. my favorite food.

La Margarita always starts off the experience with fresh and warm chips along side a bowl of salsa with just the right amount of kick. This time I had "Mike's plate". Wow! So much food! The calabacitas were cooked to perfection - not squishy and not crunchy. The rellenos topped with ground beef and lightly browned cheese had amazing flavor.

Manager has a attitude w her waitstaff and refused to split a tables ticket right in front of me the waitress was completely dumbfounded and irate. Not a good look. But the tacos were great lol

Best queso in town hands down! I hadn't been here in years & despite the salsa not being real spicy like i prefer or the tortillas not being fresh the Hollmans plate which has asado/ chile verde/ chile relleno beans & rice was DELICIOUS again not spicy but great tasting! Wife enjoyed the La Margarita chicken plate and we enjoyed the sopapilla w ice cream & pina colada cake! We will be back.

Dang good Mexican food. You gotta try the potato skins. I didn't think a Mexican place could have good potato skins but these were great. Chicken enchiladas weren't bad at all. Rice and beans were just average.

Seems like an average place. The Horchata was chalky and did not have a good flavor. The salsa was very good. Staff was friendly. We went for a business lunch and I could not see myself going back to pay with my personal money.

I went through the drive through, I asked for quart size rice n beans to go. I get home and open bag to find ½ pint orders...really?!!! Gosh these people need to go back and learn what size is which. I'd been okay with 2 pint sizes.

Very clean place. About the only good thing here besides the queso. The prices are rediculas! Large portions served but unfortunately I left most of it as my girlfriend did as well. Very easy to get to off of Interstate 20 and parking is spacious. I wish the taste was as good as the presentation. Happing eating! Remember travel smart, eat great, feel good and regret never! Might be the most bland Mexican food in all of West Texas. The salsa is decent the actual food leaves a lot to be desired as does the drinks menu. Its named La Margarita but you can only get wine based Margaritas not horrible but not great. The beer menu offers no darker beers domestic or import. Service was great.
