I'm always having issues with this location it's a hit or miss chance I'll get food that I can enjoy only reason I go to it is because it's the closest to me 😒and I keep hoping it'll get better last time my philly was super salty I asked to speak to the manager he seemed interested in fixing the situation I had to suggest he remake the sandwich and bring in my previous sandwich. Today I thought I'd give it another try and order a philly without soy sauce and I was disappointed again my sandwich meat was covered in what looked like hard charred bits of an unclean grill very disappointing smh

My wife and I decided to skip all the crowds on valentines day. I've been wanting a good steak. Haven't had steak express in years. I had a large steak with all the trimmings. I spent 75 dollars for the TOUGHEST steak I've ever had.TOTALLY DISAPOINTED !!!ruined my v day.

We got our food in a reasonable time. But the shrimp was undercooked for grilled shrimp. And the beef tips made me absolutely sick. I was puking after 3 bites. I will NEVER eat food from there again. $45 for a horrible meal.

I had placed an order and picked it up, by the time I got home I realized I was missing a plate. we called to talk to someone and they were incredibly rude and hung up. the location is closed now so there is nothing I can do. but call in the morning hopefully to get a refund. I am thoroughly upset about this and now I have to find something else to eat. I wasn't given an apology just yelled at and hung up on. im disappointed in this customer service, ive been going here for years and never had an issue before we never did get that refund, nor did the manager call like we were told they would

I ordered food at 6:59 and I did not receive my order till 940. The lady did not tell me when I ordered. They had one driver and she said she was gonna send me cookies to make it right and she didn’t and was rude they were supposed to send me ice cups and they didn’t. My son went to sleep without eating and my husband had worked 14 hour shift and did not get to eat also and food was not hot.

Well let’s start with the “jumbo “ shrimp…what a joke what I got was 6 tiny pieces of shrimp nowhere near Jumbo that’s false advertisement next I got the double meat cheeseburger, which was so salty. You couldn’t eat it… I should have went to McDonald’s I’ll never go back. That’s for sure.

I stood at the counter waiting for awhile.. there was a lady on the phone taking an order so obviously she wouldn't help us but tall bald guy named Matt was just standing there playing on his phone. He yelled out "is somebody going to get the front, sandy is on the phone".. he didn't acknowledge me or anything, just went back to playing on his phone. You could hear the game sounds.. sandy came over minutes later and apologized. The food has gone down hill in the last month. Whoever is managing this place is doing an awful job. I bet it's Matt! Oh and come to find out the employees don't get the credit card tips!! The owner does!! That's illegal and just wrong.

This is the second time something is missing from my order last time I ordered as a guest and they forgot all my stuff for my loaded potatoes I had to drive back and get it. Today they forgot the potatoes and they asked me to go pick it up they offered me desert and extra side dish brisket with cheese from what the cashier said and it would be ready when I got there. When we drove and got there they didn’t have nothing ready I spoke the manger she just gotten there and just put the potatoes in a plate and gave me hard burnt cookies for my inconvenience.

I have ordered here for years slowly but surely they have declined in service and quality. We ordered a meal tonight they told me it would be an hour and 45 minutes I verified the address when it did not reach us I called on it they tried to explain to me that the computer had glitched and then they sent it to my work address when my work told them it was not there they said they tried to call me I did not receive another call period so I called back and they told me it had been returned to the store. So I asked if they were sending out fresh food and they assured me they were this was not medium steak it was over well done I didn't throw a fit I didn't ask for anything extra they gave me a cookie to make up for it. The most inferior service I have received from them in years. I will be calling the manager tomorrow

Got medium well , was super chewy & hard . Your better off making your own steak if you don’t like it chewy & hard.

My meal was undercooked, the pattie was still pink & cold in the middle, when I called to talk to someone, they asked me to send them pictures and stated that's how it was suppose to be. I've ordered this meal several times before and it was cooked all the way, so I'm more than sure this is not the way it was supposed to be. They did not even make the attempt to make it right, or correct my order. Even so, the person who took the order should have asked how I wanted it cooked, because not everyone likes their meat undercooked. Such a shame that this is the way they do buisness.
