You have a very fine product and I'm totally enamored of the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar. I look forward to using the oils in special dishes that require more flair. I'm intensely interested in the flavor of the truffle salt as we thoroughly enjoy a large selection of finishing salts. I thank you for the cute little bottle of Lemon White Balsamic and believe it will make a fantastic vinaigrette for next salad. We only buy quality products and your company absolutely fits the bill. BTW, I was born in Oakland, California at the Oak Knoll Naval Hospital in 1946 and grew up on the island of Alameda in San Francisco Bay. The order was delivered quickly and packaged very securely. The soaps are fantastic—wonderful scents, soft, generous lather, and spa-worthy. The olive oil and balsamic vinegar gift set was presented nicely and I am sure my friend will enjoy it. The scallion olive oil I received as a free gift with my order is much appreciated. It’s light and delicious and works well for cooking, bread dipping (with herbs), and using in homemade salad dressing. Almond-stuffed olives are also quite good quality and taste. I like to support local businesses and I like good olive oils/vinegars, so I will be ordering again.

My friend and I each ordered a bottle of the Traditional balsamic vinegar - but I actually but received the white instead. We decided to share the two and both are terrific! The Lemongrass mint and fig balsamic vinegars are superb and go on so many dishes. Tried their teas last year and love the Migraine tea hot or iced, as well as the Sleepy tea at bedtime. Excellent quality products, interesting flavors, and very professional/ great customer service.
