Knowing this is a chain I didn’t have the highest expectations. I was very surprised with how delicious everything was. We got the appetizer board which was amazing. All 3 of us got different dishes but ended up sharing -we got the Tortelloni, which was my favorite, the trottoli pesto and Spicy Rigatoni(not that spicy) the grilled bread and for desert we got the Hazelnut Torta…we had leftovers for sure. Very delicious!!!! The service was amazing as well. Definitely going back!

Highly recommended for italian taste with freshness, consitency and reminding me of Italian dishes I had in Italy. Love both dishes that I have tried here for the first time and definitely will come back to check out the rest of the menu. Squid ink pasta dish has a perfect spiciness level and freshness from tomatoes and garlic. Lots of good quality and size seafood. The pasta is at perfect al dente. Strozzapreti is very unique and impressive. The aroma of truffle and roasted pine are memoriable. I just wish there is little more of pine nut. There is a lot of shredded roasted chicken and parking so well with the roasted mushroom. The creamy sauce is not light, cheesy and not too heavy. I absolutely love this dish even though creamy sauce is not my preference over tomato sauce. Must go check it out again as i heard the risotto is excellent here too. Good Italian restaurant with great service.

OMG! Please come here and eat. We came on New Year’s Eve.. Fantastic. Service was amazing. Food was somehow better? I had the crab risotto and she had burrata, both very good. For main we had chicken parmigiana and the Sunday lasagna. Both Fantastic! On a busy New Year’s Eve this place was on point! Desserts good have been better. However overall great place for a date night or special occasion! Could work on presentation but with that good of food I will not argue. Highly recommend.

We had an incredible first visit to North Italia! From the moment we walked in, we were seated immediately and warmly welcomed by our server, Alyssa, who was an absolute gem—attentive, knowledgeable, and full of great recommendations. She suggested the White Truffle Garlic Bread, and wow—what a showstopper. Topped with creamy homemade ricotta, it was rich, aromatic, and honestly more addictive than Texas Roadhouse rolls (yes, I said it!). For my main, I went with the Spicy Meatball Pizza—the hand-tossed dough was perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of chew and char. My dining partner ordered the Braised Short Rib Lumache, and we both agreed: every bite was packed with flavor and comfort. We also learned that North Italia makes their pizza dough and pasta fresh to order, which really shows in the quality of the dishes. With food this good and service this warm, I wouldn’t be surprised if reservations become a must once word gets out. Highly recommend checking it out while you still can!

The food was amazing! Service was great! I have no complaints! I did make a reservation because I didn’t know how busy it would be, but there were plenty of empty tables. We started with the white truffle garlic bread, the flavors are unbelievable! I had the margherita pizza and I made it tidye (pesto and olive oil drizzle on top) and I made it bomba style for the crust (plate with Stracciatella cheese, chopped Calabrian chilies, and Italian herbs). Can’t wait to be back!

Wonderful service at the bar from Devon and Kim. The food was nothing less than DELICIOUS. We’ll definitely be back!! Perfect dirty martini 🍸 Meatballs, beef carpaccio, trottole chicken pest and Sunday night lasagna all SO yummy!!!

They just opened in November, and I’ve already been a combined five times for both dine-in and takeout—that alone says it all. The food is truly sensational, and the fact that they offer gluten-free pasta (which is rare and absolutely delicious) makes it even more special. The ambiance is stunning and instantly transports you, making it feel like you’re somewhere else entirely. Such a wonderful and welcome addition to Omaha.

Our server was able to give us a drink recommendation based on what I like. I decided to go with the margarita, and it was a well-balanced drink. We got the calamari for an appetizer which was delicious. I went with the Spicy Rigatoni Bodka pasta, and my husband got the Strozzapreti. It was amazing and I am guessing we will get that every time. For dessert we had the Salted Caramel Budino, and again it was very well, balanced each flavor, not overpowering each other.

First time and will definitely be coming back! The food was amazing, our waiter was fast and friendly and always made sure we were taken care of. Loved the atmosphere, it did get a little loud so if you are expecting a quiet dinner I wouldn’t recommend but the noise didn’t bother us at all. Definitely recommend!

Jaffery is such a wonderful server! Such a pleasant personality and attentive waiter with great suggestions! We loved everything we ordered! The hostesses were so nice and welcoming! Manager Rick checked on us and that was a nice touch too! Great staff and delicious food!

Very excited North Italia opened in Omaha after visiting thier Kansas City location. The food was terrific, the decor was very pleasant, and the service was perfect. We had the Chefs Board with pickled vegetables and Zucco chips for appetizers. The dessert was phenomenal, the Maple Glazed Bombolini donuts.

Lovely place!! I could tell by walking in it was warm and inviting, and I loved the interior decorating. I also adored how it felt like I stepped into a whole different world and was suddenly in Italy! I can’t explain it, but it all just felt different… Next was ordering drinks and food. I didn’t know what to get since I didn’t know what was on most of anything, but what I got was the freshest pizza I’ve EVER had. It was the hot honey one, and to cool it off was an orange juice mixture of some sort in the non-alcoholic section, both were delicious! Absolutely coming back and going to be counting down the days. Thanks for such an astonishing dinner! 🍽️

New place to try in the area. I love Italian cuisine and North Italia has lots of nice options in the menu. I’ve really liked their white truffle bread and branzino. It would really nice to have crème brûlée in the desert menu.

Amazing place to eat! Food is incredible and service is top tier. Joffrey was our server and he made us feel welcome, comfortable, and all of his recommendations were spot on. Could not have asked for a better excuse for my family and I.

Fantastic experience! Shrimp scampi appetizer was great! We had the seared scallops, chicken parm pizza and chicken parm reg. and it was all great! Would go back for sure!

Went to the north Italian in Arizona so was very excited to know they had one here as well! Our waitress Alyssa suggested the white truffle garlic bread and we ended up having to get another one it was so good! There were 7 of us and we had a longer wait the managers were very accommodating kept us informed ! Our waitress made us forget how long we waited we got a complimentary Italian donuts and we will be back for sure !! Can't wait to try more stuff !!

The food and service were amazing. The chicken parm was amazing with the pasta. Don’t skip on the meatballs for an appetizer either. My only ding would be atmosphere. It’s darker than I like and louder but overall it’s nice and clean!

Having a North Italia in Omaha is so EXCITING! My team and I at work do lunches for Birthdays and couldn't wait for this restaurant to open. Sarah particularly is incredible there. We had a mixture of the sliders, salads, pastas, and even got a Chef Board included in our order. Everything was amazing! My friends and I already have a girls night planned to go again and try all of their small plates and cocktails;) 10/10 recommend.

First time. Jillian was our server and was fantastic. I had the bolognese and my wife had the lasagna. The bolognese was very good…but Dante or Semo is better. My wife’s lasagna was off the hook good. We had gingerbread butter cake for dessert was perfect ending to the meal. Will return!

Marty was such a great and attentive server, even on a super busy evening! I have some food allergies so going out to eat can be stressful, he was great at communicating with the kitchen and with me so I felt very comfortable with my order. The food was amazing, drinks are so fun and cool too! Definitely recommend!

Best one yet - truly another amazing addition to Italian cuisine here in Omaha. Kenzie, our server, was incredibly friendly, and Gabriella made sure our waters stayed full and our food arrived perfectly. Both welcomed us with such warmth, it felt like we were regulars. As a mom who appreciates a good meal and a good experience, North Italia checked every box. The food was outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and clearly made from scratch. It’s the kind of place you can enjoy for any occasion. I was so impressed I completely forgot to take pictures but the whole experience just had me in this new restaurant mode. Highly recommend.

Went with a medium size group and had a reservation. Our server made some amazing recommendations on appetizers, including the garlic truffle bread. Their cocktails were all on the sweeter side, but nothing tasted bad by any means. The entrees were all delivered hot and all were very tasty. We will definitely go back!

Went to an end of year lunch with colleagues last week and it was great! Food was fantastic and a good value for the price. As a new restaurant it seemed like there were some new staff still learning the ropes or working out operational issues, but they were friendly and did their best during a busy rush. As the operation matures, I'm sure this will work itself out. North Italia will be on my list of recommended locations!

First time visiting North Italia and we will definitely go back. Our server, Lisa, was very friendly and knowledgeable! My sister got the roasted salmon and said it was very good, but she didn't care for the fregola. My boyfriend got the short ribs dip sandwich with parmesan fries and he was in heaven! I got the chicken parmesan that came with parmesan rigatoni and it was delicious! I have enough for a second meal, so I'm happy! The restaurant is esthetically pleasing and comfortable. The location drops the number of stars for me. Located at Village Point, parking is awful and getting in and out is tedious. All in all, a delicious meal!

Excellent food. We went a week after opening and it was quite busy. We did not have reservations but was able to get a seat right away. Good was excellent and staff were all great. We will be back and it's recommend to others!

This was our first time here and we were very impressed. The atmosphere and food was awesome. Highly recommend the Truffle Garlic Bread, Spicy Rigatoni Vodka, and Tiramisu. Everything on the menu looked so good. Thankfully our waiter, Jaffery, was incredibly helpful and made some great recommendations!

We had a party of six that dined in for lunch today. The service was not at the level I would expect for this caliber of restaurant. Our waters were never refilled, our server never asked if we wanted seconds on our cocktail drinks, and we were never brought the additional bread for the carpaccio that we requested. However the vodka sauce pasta was amazing. The pasta tasted fresh and the vodka sauce itself was delicious. The hot Italian Stromboli was not great. I asked the server at the time of order if it was actually spicy and she indicated it was not. It was actually very spicy. I would actually come back to this restaurant to taste more of the pasta dishes because the pasta does seem fresh, homemade, but I think maybe sticking to the simpler items is key. I would hope at this price point that service would be better a second time around

A friend and I decided to try this place without any foreknowledge. First and foremost is that EVERYTHING is ala carte. A simple salad, chicken and pasta, a small bowl of soup,a modest appetizer and 1 glass of wine created a bill near $100.00. While the food was tasty and purported to be freshly made, pasta is a staple that should not be claiming a high price point. Also, almost all of the food had a spicy flavor, while tasty, was not always necessary or even desired. That being said, the butternut squash soup, while quite thick, was DELICIOUS. It could have used a small bit of grated cheese on top as a finisher, but the soup was truly wonderful. The fried zucchini chips were quite delightful though, as chips can be, sometimes uneven in the amount of spices in the chips ..some getting a fairly heavy concentration of oil and spices. Again, though, a nice start to your dinner. My friend was not as impressed with her chicken and pasta dish, finding the chicken to be too spicy and the pasta to be too bland. The ambience is quite enjoyable...meeting somewhere between comfortable dining and slightly posh. Our server, Darius, was fabulous. He was attentive and helpful, answering tons of questions and doing his very best to meet our dining needs. Hats off to his excellent service

Server had a great attitude and was kind. Asked about allergies which is really great! But the actual service was kind of slow ( ordering drinks to be delivered, had to ask x2 where it was etc.) Honestly the price is really high and I'm not sure if the value is worth what you pay for. My drink was almost 15 dollars and it was alright. Kind of watery in my opinion. We ordered the bread for an appetizer and it was absolutely delicious. I split food with my family. I personally didn't care for the pasta dish with pesto. I thought it was kind of missing something. I did enjoy the pizza. That was tasty but almost 22 dollars. Kids meal was...well for kids. Very pricey for what you get, the pasta just didn't hit at all. It is very dark and the lighting made it kind of hard to read.

First things first, we came in a little after 11am (opening service). Waiter came by to take our order about 5min after sat and my party wasn't ready to order so he went and came back 10min later. We started are order, and I requested the chicken parm sandwich, which then told me it was 86'd, (not available/out of ) that should have been said from the start what was unavailable with the specials. I asked him don't yall have a meeting before service and go over what's not available, he said " no they just told me" so management needs fix that. Setting your serving staff for failure. 2nd we all ordered garlic knot sliders, but as you can see in the photos those are not garlic knots, not even close, they were stone hard buns that would shred your mouth up. The meatballs in side where great, the peso chicken in the other was great, but the not garlic knot rock buns ruined it. The french fries had no salt and where so over fried that they were literally hollow and no moisture at all, if you like crispy crispy fries they may be good but I like a little potato in my fry, IMO they should be crispy outside warm soft potato inside. Needless to say, alot of great Italian food joints in Omaha and this is NOT one of them for me.

I was so excited to try this place since I saw them working on it this summer. Our family of three went on a Monday night. We arrived just after 5. Waited a few minutes while the 3 hostesses got themselves sorted. I noticed there is not a lot of space for people to wait. You either block the doors, are blocking the take away area or you are crammed by the bar. No place to sit. We were greeted by our server within a few minutes of sitting down. We ordered some arancini $15. They were very tasty with a nice dipping sauce. Small portion as each of the 6 balls were about 1” round. My daughter ordered the bolognese pasta $25. Pasta was well cooked and sauce had wonderful well developed flavor. Portion size was about 1 1/2 cups in the bowl. Husband ordered Scallops with butternut risotto $36. Dish had five nicely cooked scallops average size with a good sear. Risotto was pretty bland a little watery. We thought the butternut squash would be puréed and mixed in but there were a few chunks on top. I ordered the Strozzapreti $23. Sauce was nice and garlicky, but was thin and watery. The chicken was really tough with a weird texture, even hard to cut with my knife. We also ordered 2 scoops of gelato for dessert. We were told it was $7.50 for one scoop and $11 if we got two so we ordered two to share. We got salted caramel and pistachio. Both were delicious. Service was okay. Server forgot a few items like appetizer plates, to come back and refill waters., had to flag someone down to bring parm and cracked pepper and again for our bill. We were never offered bread and when we asked she said they would give it upon request. The table next to us saw we had some and they asked halfway through their meal and commented it would have been nice to have been offered. The bread was okay. I’ve had much better bread service at other restaurants. When we asked the server how she likes working there and how the opening went she said it was a nice place except for when customers are mean and then told us several stories about customers. When we got our bill we saw we were charge $15 for the gelato and even though she knew we would she didn’t say anything about the discrepancy until I pointed it out. She just said that she was wrong and that the cheaper price was only if you got the same flavor. Total bill before tip was just under $125 for 1 app, 2 pastas and an entree, about $40pp which I think is expensive for quality and quantity of what we got.

Only positive was the taste of the food and the dessert. The portion size was so disappointing and not worth the price. To start the evening of disappointment, the front gals seating people claimed their texting system "must not be working" and therefore we never got a text saying they were ready. The atmosphere is super dark so a lot of people were having to use their phones to read the menu. I ordered the truffle garlic bread based off recommendations and it was far from being worth $16; very small portion size, pieces were burnt, and the butter was flavorless. Upon ordering off the child menu, the server claimed if I wanted alfredo sauce instead of red sauce for my toddler, then they would charge the adult price. The kid menu price was already $11, so I might as well just order an adult entree and have leftovers as they only offer 1 noodle dish on the kid menu and we didn't want red sauce or buttered noodles. The 3 adult entrees we ordered tasted great but were super small; My toddler finished a whole adult entree herself and she is tiny. This is the first restaurant I've left still hungry. The other thing that really rubbed me the wrong way was the server was very pushy. He kept coming over and asking if we wanted to order dessert and we said we haven't looked but eventually would. We were still eating dinner (although slowly due to intense conversation) and this just seemed excessive. Overall the price we paid was not worth it as compared to other Italian restaurants in the area that offer comparable dishes.

M
Michael Keleher

Food is really good, but the menu costs are on the high side. Especially when you consider everything is ala cart. No bread for the table, no dinner salads were included in the entree costs. For about half the table, dinners were on the small size, so don't expect leftovers.

B
Beau Fuller

Great service and atmosphere. Drinks were good but the food isn't anything to brag about. I ordered the bolognese and my wife had another pasta dish. Both plates were bland and flavorless. Definietly tasted like chain restaruant food, nothing special.

My sister, daughter, and I came to this restaurant, wanting to try something new in the area. We ordered a appetizer the grilled bread and oil. $9. You get 4 pieces only. It was so salty, we couldn’t even finish it. I ordered the sea scallops with butter nut squash risotto. $36. I can tell you. I love scallops and risotto, but this was not good. There were chunks of butternut squash. I thought it would be puréed inside of the risotto. The risotto itself was too runny and didn’t carry any flavor. The sea scallops were really tough. The first 2 I tried tasted weird, so I never even finished my entrée. Very small portions for the cost. My daughter got the kids, spaghetti and meatballs, but it only came with 1 meatball. She said her noodles were hard and soft, so she didn’t eat them at all. She only ate the meatball, which she said was really good. The spaghetti was $11 and to add meatballs ( just one) $4 more so a total of $15. which came with a kids drink, However, the waitress charged us for her drink, even though I showed her on the menu that the Kids meal came with a drink. She took the cost off with no questions. My Sister got the Parmesan chicken $26 she didn’t like the crust on her chicken, but I did. I thought it was great. And then she got pasta with Alfredo sauce. Which, we both thought was good as well. For desserts, we got a tiramisu $12. And the The Brookie Gelato, $13. The gelato itself was good. They only give you five slices of bananas, and five slices of strawberries. The fudge was not warm at all. And the brownie underneath the ice cream was So hard that you couldn’t even chew it. (Not worth the price) !!! From my overall experience there is better Italian restaurants around Omaha that I’ve been to. Not only better, but they serve you bread for free!! The North Italia restaurant is not all it’s cracked up to be. Sorry!!!

S

This restaurant has so much potential, but unfortunately the management and service make it hard to enjoy. I’ve been multiple times, and despite having reservations, we’ve had to wait 30 minutes or more to be seated each visit. The front area is consistently overcrowded, and once seated, the dining experience feels rushed. Despite this, the food is good. The bread was my favorite

V

I was glutened. Food took forever and the restaurant was not busy. Our waiter was nice, but they just didn’t know anything about the menu, Now it is their Grand opening, and so I can understand the lack of training thus far. I was told they could make any item on the menu into a gluten-free menu by changing out the pasta or anything else they needed to change out. I thought that was strange but went with it. Brought me a new item with couscous pasta. That has gluten sent it back. My first entrée took about 30+ minutes to receive and by the time I receive my replacement, the person I was eating with was done and ready to go because they had to get to work. I did end up getting sick from my second entree, mildly. I don’t know if she transferred things from the gluten plate Or not, but they are very unfamiliar with gluten-free requirements. They were very unfamiliar with their own menu. They did not believe that the items under pasta contained any pasta.(I guess because it does not list).

Pros: Nice atmosphere and above-average food. We were seated quickly around 4:00 in the afternoon. Cons: Service was extremely slow from start to finish. I’m not sure if this is meant to be a traditional Italian, multi-hour dining experience, but that’s what it turned into. It took a long time to get drinks, place our order, receive appetizers, and eventually get our meals. We had three kids’ meals, which were served last. I warned my youngest daughter about ordering a cheeseburger at an Italian restaurant, and unfortunately it was the only inedible item we received. Everything else was fine. I ordered a salad, which most restaurants bring out before the entrée, but here it came after the meal. The menu stated kids’ meals included a drink, yet we were charged for them anyway. I also asked for a lemon in my water and never received it—small things, but with how slow everything was, there wasn’t much opportunity to ask again. After we finished eating, my wife took the kids to do some shopping and returns around Village Pointe while I stayed to box leftovers and pay the check. That process alone took another 45 minutes. By then it was around 6:30 and very busy. You’d think they’d want to turn tables more efficiently, but it felt like the opposite. By the time I finally paid, my wife and kids were already done shopping. The place seems like it has potential, but we won’t be back. There are simply too many other good local Italian restaurants in Omaha that provide better service. Some places might apologize or fix the issues. Here it just seems to be the norm.

I kept hearing good things about this and put it on my list. Finally went with a friend tonight and we were beyond disappointed! Turns out this is a chain restaurant owned by Cheesecake Factory and it SHOWS! For the price go to Avoli or Via Farina and get more authentic Italian! The sauce was a sugary mess and it had that cardboard grated Parmesan on it. Drinks were far too sweet. Atmosphere felt like a cheesecake factory. Again, there are much better Italian places in Omaha. Even better save your money from their Sysco nightmare and save up for a trip to Italy. I will say our server was incredibly sweet and attentive. The entire staff was incredible. The only reason this "Italian" place got a 2 star review instead of a 1 was because they lifted it up so high. I can't stress enough -- go support your local restaurants that prioritize real quality ingredients over Sysco shipments. This was Fazoli/cheesecake factory quality Italian.

This place looked awesome but unfortunately the service and food is mediocre at best. First off, we were charged $65 for a $15 bottle of wine. Yes we googled it, I understand a markup but GOD DAMN. The bread and olive oil starter was ok, the brussel sprouts were good. The ladies ordered the Ragu and both really liked it. The other guy ordered the Spicy Rigatoni Vodka as they were out of the Bolognese (didn't tell us till we ordered) and said it was about on par with Olive Garden. I myself ordered the Ricotta Cavatelli and it was so bad I actually had to ask the server if I was made the wrong dish. Little to no mint or pepperoncino, the pasta noodles were basically gnocchi and Instead of lemon olive oil with a bit of butter it was pure butter. I had informed her I was lactose intolerant but I could handle a bit. Yeaaa my stomach is killing me now. There was no salt or pepper on the table and we were never offered any Parmesan. The lady manager made a pissy face when we asked her for some and took over 10 minutes to bring it. The main manager did end up comping my dish and offered us free dessert to help make up for it. We declined as we had waited so long every step of the way for service and just wanted to get out of there. For the prices charged here, the food quality and service fall drastically short. I will say the inside is very well put together though.

Took 25 minutes for us to get a server/water with reservation. There were walk ins that got attention right away. Appetizer took exceptionally long. Our server was weird. Made us uncomfortable at times with the things he would say/do. We went there for our anniversary and did not receive acknowledgement. Not that we needed it, but it asked on reservation. The only good thing we had was the shrimp scampi. I expected a better experience for the price.

D
Dominika Jedinak

I don’t believe that reservations for special occasions should be sat in the worst table in the restaurant next to storage, a giant TV, and stacks of chairs. The food was heavy and not great for the prices charged. Slow service. The non-alcoholic “piña colada” was over priced lemonade.

R
Ryan Hetherington

Just like Marrow out west, it seems like the opening of this place was rushed. Service…subpar and pretentious. Atmosphere… a tad obnoxious. If you’re gonna open up an Italian eatery, do your research folks! I’ve been lucky enough to dine all over Western Europe, and never experienced the level of pretension that I did here. Seems to be a reoccurring theme in a lot of Midwest spots serving European eats. Best of luck!

This one of the worst restaurants I have tried this year. Maybe of all time. We had such high hopes! The only positive thing I can say is we had a great server. She was very friendly and attentive. We order the Truffle garlic bread (16.00 for bread) I wouldn't have care it was so expensive, if it were good. There was such a strong taste that we couldn't even finish it. It was not good AT ALL!!! I ordered the bolognese, which is listed as a house special. It was so mediocre. I kept thinking g it reminded me if something. My husband tasted it and it immediately said Chef Boyarde from the can!! He ordered a chicken dish with mushrooms and a white sauce, it was literally tasteless. This restaurant is so overhyped and expensive it almost comical!! Save your time and money.

We had a reservation and were seated and had to wait around 30 minutes until we asked for help otherwise we were going to leave. the service was great once we got a server and he did an amazing job he was basically the only person working out of a ton of people. i saw the manager walking around and he never once apologized for the wait. the waiter gave us a free dessert which was great. they also forgot some of our food so i wouldn’t recommend unless you want to wait for awhile until you get service.

We tried North Italia for the first time, and unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. The restaurant was extremely packed, though we were seated quickly. The hostess wasn’t very welcoming, and the music was so loud that even sitting just a few feet apart, we could barely have a conversation. Our waiter came over and asked what we’d like to start with. We were really excited to order the white truffle bread, only to be told they were out. We settled for the bread and oil instead and ordered two waters. After waiting over 10 minutes for our appetizer, we watched three orders of the white truffle bread leave the kitchen and be served to tables around us—which was frustrating, since that was one of the main reasons we came. When our appetizer finally arrived, it was fine, but we still hadn’t received our waters, making it difficult to enjoy the food. Our waters didn’t arrive until we were almost finished, at which point the waiter asked for our entrée order. While we understand it was busy, he seemed rushed and not very friendly throughout the meal. I ordered the bolognese, and my husband ordered the lasagna. It took quite a while for our food to arrive, and when it did, the portions were surprisingly small for the price. The food itself was just okay—the bolognese was a bit watery, and my husband didn’t care for the lasagna at all. To make matters worse, we waited over 20 minutes for our bill because our waiter disappeared. It would have been nice to at least talk while waiting, but the noise level made that impossible. When he finally returned, we paid and left. Over $70 for two lunch-sized entrées and an appetizer is absurd, especially given the service and overall experience. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

So I made a reservation one week in advance and they asked if it was a special occasion and I said yes for our anniversary. When we arrived the hostesses just looked at us awkwardly for like 10 seconds without saying anything I finally said hello. Then they told us to wait because they didn’t have a table ready. Finally they give us the worst table in the place. We were greater by our server which she was very kind and loves her job. The menu makes it sound like the food is fit for a king. But the food is bland and terrible. I will never step foot in here again $150 for a dinner that sucked I’ll take Luigi’s over this any day
