P.F. Chang's - Omaha

Came for a lunch date and Diana was are server. She was very knowledgeable about drinks that they have for lunch special. We got the letteces wrap and soups for an appetizer which was very good.

Excellent service during lunch. Our server, a guy had 7 tables of varying sizes and did an excellent job. He kept our waters filled and checked on us often. One of the best experiences. Tried the new orange chicken, and it was very good! I’d recommend. My daughter got her usual and was not disappointed. Side salads were okay, dressing in the side. I love their crab rangoons, however, I wish they’d offer as a side item instead of salad, wontons or soup, especially for lunch. Of note: I believe because our server was so busy with many tables he didn’t recommend or speak about the specials, including the Feast or $10 take home at the bottom of menu. Suggestion: if server is busy, have the hostess or manager be sure to mention. Nice way to upsell! Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Food: 5 Highly recommend. I have atmosphere a 4 because during lunch it is dark inside, more like dinner mood lighting. Many PF Changs are bright and airy for lunch, not this one. Pic: Added lighting to take pictures.

Tonight we had Kyle as our server and he was so good to us- great service! We ordered the lychee martini and Sapporo beer for drinks- both were great. For apps we ordered the 1/2 order of crab wontons and 1/2 order of pork dumplings. The dumplings are by far their best app. For entrees we did the Teriyaki trio and the kung pao chicken. We both usually always do the spicy changs chicken. I was choosing between my usual, kung pao or spicy orange chicken, Kyle pointed me in the direction of the Kung pao and I was pleasantly pleased. One of my favorite items is their chili sauce- so if you like spice like me make sure you order a side. To finish off we ordered the Great Wall chocolate cake! In total with tip it rounded up to be $130. So worth it and will be back.

This place is amazing!! Diana was our server and was so so sweet and full of a bright positive energy, I loved it! It was my birthday and she went out of her way to get an extra cake and overall just a great environment!

Always fresh made food. Enjoyable atmosphere and great service. They can flex the ingredients a little, I’ve asked and they have left out a couple ingredients, since they make the dishes there when you order. That’s hard to explain how nice that is for them to adjust the item’s ingredients when you request it!

PF Changs never disappoints and today they outdid themselves with the service we received from our server Diana! We had an all girl outing with my friend who is soon to be married and Diana made her feel extra special by bringing over a complimentary dessert. She was friendly, familiar with the menu and attentive to our needs. The food and drinks were superb!

An absolutely amazing place for fine dining or date night. Classy ambience & superb staff service. We went there for dinner & enjoyed our food with light music playing in the background. Dim lighting was a plus point that enhanced the overall vibe of the place. Ordered their Singapore style noodle along with Kung Pao chicken.. Great food.

Our server Gabby was absolutely incredible! She was so sweet and got all of our food and drinks to us at the perfect timing. I’m always wowed by the customer service, delicious food, and classy but cozy ambience!

The hostess was very kind and prompt. Jon was a fantastic server! He made our Valentine’s Day very special.

Jessica was AMAZING! Seriously! Ask for her, she made recommendations, she got our items out quickly. Our refills came before we even noticed we needed them. Cleared our items when we were done and needed some room. Everything was great on our visit

The service was great. The atmosphere was clean, nicely spaced, and decent. Our waiter, John, was professionally courteous and attentive, treating us attending us with care. He did a great job.

Great experience! Server Jon was super. We had 2 of the new dinner specials: Orange Chicken and Teriyaki Beef. Both were flavorful with good-sized portions. Dinner specials include starters; we chose Egg Drop Soup and Pork Egg Roll. Again, both were good. We elected to take part of our entrees home to enjoy another meal later and eat a dessert. The Pink Slip Ube Cheesecake was exquisite -- looked awesome and tasted as good as it looked. I'm aghast that I didn't take a photo. Believe me, it was awesome!

Diana was an amazing server. She greeted us with a smile and got our order in and served super fast! I appreciate the fast efficient service because we are heading out of town. Always our go too when we come to Omaha!

Jacob was our server! He was wonderful! Great knowledge of menu and he was helpful! Great service. Fabulous food! Reasonable lunch prices!

This was our first time at PF Chang's and our server, Kyle was so helpful! I always ask my servers what they would choose if they had never been here before and he right away have his suggestions, which I took and thought it was absolutely amazing! I'm please with the friendly, the cleanliness, and the quality and variety of food choices! We will be back

We stopped by to have dinner and celebrate our birthdays. We had a great time. Food was really tasty, good variety of options and affordable. Kyle helped us tonight and he was super friendly and knowledgeable with the menu. We will definitely come back soon.

I had a great meal tonight! My colleague and I were in town for work and we enjoyed the food and atmosphere. I also want ro say thank you to Kyle our server, who was amazing! He was very patient with us, answered all of our questions and was just an all around great guy! Thank you Kyle and Merry Christmas!

Kyle was amazing! He brought a birthday card over, signed by everyone, which was so thoughtful. He was very polite to our table, he treated our table with kindness and respect, he gave our birthday girl the best birthday dinner she said she has ever had!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an awesome family dinner at P.F. Chang’s thanks to our server, Kyle. He was incredibly attentive the entire meal and made sure my sake was always topped off. He was great with our kids too — patient, friendly, and made the whole outing feel easy and enjoyable. Really appreciated the great service. We’ll definitely ask for Kyle next time!

Diana was super fun and attentive. We don’t come often, but when we do, we get a few items and they don’t disappoint. Their fall apple drink is fantastic and they don’t leave out our sober friends like most places do.

My Son and I went for his 14th birthday. The food was awesome the service was great. The atmosphere was chill. However, I was hoping they would make a bigger deal of his birthday. They just offered him a cheap desert and that was it. Meanwhile, right behind us there was a group of ladies also celebrating a birthday at their table. This person got this big sparkler and all this fanfare. They made it special for her but didn't do the same for my son. All in all we will definitely go back. Have a great one.

Our server Olivia was the best server we’ve had! She was friendly, efficient, and was very patient with us when we had questions about menu changes! We also interacted with a manager named Shannon, very professional and helpful! We will definitely be back!

Wet positive experience. Food was all quality. Kyle’s service was Extraordinary! He was considerate and was great at following through and was relational. It was our anniversary so the wine bottle sparkler for this was special!

We went to the P.F. Chang's at the Westroads location Saturday night and wanted to tell you we had a great experience there. The food was very good and our waiter, Dylan, did a great job helping us order with so much to choose from :) and he brought it out in a timely fashion and he made it a very enjoyable evening for my wife and I. Love me some Changs!! If you've never been to a PFs cuz you think it's just like every other Chinese restaurant think again. The food is excellent. So many great apps I usually can't even eat my entree!

We had such a chill time for our first visit here, and celebrating good health. Kyla was our server and did a stellar job! The food was delicious and speedy! Hands down the tastiest hot and sour soup EVER, and the Chang's lettuce wraps were phenomenal!!!!

Second time visiting - always wanted to try, super impressed the first time - wish I hadn't waited so long to try again. Loved the atmosphere, tasty food and food choices, great service and plenty of drink selections. Super good sushi options and appetizers are top-notch quality in presentation and taste. If you haven't tried P. F. Changs, what are you waiting for??

Cool place near Westroads Mall. Chain Chinese food but very good! I had honey chicken, a side salad and some egg rolls. Delicious! Liked the atmosphere as well.

We came on a busy Friday night for supper (waited 30min). Our server-Aaron, was super nice and courteous! Awesome service and delicious food! The only reason I gave four stars is because the bathroom floor had tons of napkins. Wished it was a little cleaner. Overall, I still recommend coming to this restaurant for Asian cuisine!

My family and I ate dinner on Tuesday night. It was not crowded at all, and the service was very good. Some of the food was very good- the lettuce wraps and honey shrimp. Some of the food wasn't that great- the honey chicken and the crab Rangoon (there was no cream cheeses at all). The Boba tea was good and came with free refills. The banana bites for dessert were amazing.

Came for lunch and some lettuce wraps, left feeling a bit underwhelmed. Got the lettuce wraps as they dont typically disappoint but some of the lettuce came out old and wilted. On to the entrees. I got the Korean fried chicken, wife had the General Tso chicken and daughter had the Salmon dish. Honestly my Korean fried chicken had the crunch and texture I was seeking out but the flavor of the dredge was lacking. It just tasted kind of bland. The bevy of spices helped to keep me eating it though and finish the dish. The General TSOs was so-so. The sauce flavor was ok but there was little to no crunch biting into the dish which is what makes GK the generals chicken usually such a good experience. The salmon dish was the best and most complete dish. No shortcomings on this one. Just was kinda overall disappointed that 3 out of the 4 dishes we had missed the mark. Maybe we’ll try again but probably not for a while.

Where do I start… the overall visit just wasn’t good. To the point we won’t be back. We ordered 2 drinks and 2 waters and apps to start with. The drinks came out super quick and were brought by the bar staff. The was the best part of the whole visit. Half of our food never came out, we had to ask 4 different times to just get our initial drinks. They finally came out about 10 minutes after our food. Our appetizers never made an appearance. Our waitress seemed very flighty, like she had no idea what she was doing. Or if she was coming or going. I asked if I could sub a veggie (any vegetable) for the rice and was told no but I could pay to upgrade to stir fry veggies. So I said ok, I paid $5 for rabbit food. It was shredded carrots, edamame, and broccoli. Had it been a good mix of the three it might have been worth it. But it was more shredded carrots than anything else. My husband ordered fried rice, and there was hardly anything “fried” about it. More like mush, with a couple specs thrown in. Ordered the Mongolian Beef and thought it was cooked well. It had zero flavor at all. I could have stayed home in wahoo walked around the corner and gotten far better food with way more flavor. And paid less than half of the $85 we paid for 2 people to eat here. Never again, nothing was even mediocre at best.

I rarely post reviews, but the quality of food to price ratio at this location was frankly abysmal. This does not speak for the franchise in general but to the location. The service was good, wait staff was attentive. But, food quality missed the mark by a mile. I question how one manages to to mess up white rice. Frankly panda express would have been a welcome change.

First time here and service was really great. Our waiter was very friendly very attentive. I have no complaints about the service. The thing I do have complaints about is the food I would have rather gone to panda express and paid 1/4 of the price. I understand this is an upscale restaurant, but what is The reason for fancy Chinese food. I feel like you can go to any local spot around the area and the food will actually be good and authentic. I got the Singapore noodles which did not taste like authentic Singapore noodles. The orange chicken was not good, not tasty. The fried rice was good, but the lo mein was very bland with no flavor and the crab Rangoon‘s were definitely awful. I will say the drinks were good and the chocolate cake they have for dessert was really good too, but the main food itself was not very tasty. Maybe I’ll try the lettuce wraps next time.

I will never eat there again. Our server was ok but there were only 2 servers that showed up per the girl at the front. That’s how we were greeted. It was very quiet, gloomy inside. Not too many people there. Food was not good at all. The b white rice was cold, tasted like it was old and was hard. If you can’t make rice, then there’s a problem. Rest of the food was half cold, some hot but overcooked. It was a table of 8 . Most of us had bad stomach issues after that meal. $400 meal that was not even worth $100

This place is a joke we went in on Valentine’s Day put our name on the waitlist. They told us it’d be 30 to 40 minutes. We go back up at 50 minutes and they say they’re not accepting walk-ins. We waited in the lobby for 50 minutes for them to say that they weren’t gonna take us that they shouldn’t have accepted us when we walked in. They even said they would text us when our table was ready. The three girls just stood there, dumbfounded, like they did nothing wrong when all three of them were standing there when we checked in. Website allows you be added when they weren’t taking any more people. Get your training together!
