Sorry not sorry. I get people are busy, long line. I was willing to wait n I did. I went in and said hey I placed a mobile order is it wrong to just get it at counter cus drive through was packed. Said hasn’t even came up yet. Went to drivethru my app logged out I said a code that “I think” was the code n I told the people that. They gave me atitude and also said that they didn’t have my order. I placed my order at 6:19 I have proof in screenshots and didn’t get to pick up till 7:20!!!! That wasn’t even the issue really. I said I have proof it came out of my credit card n then all sudden my food turns up instantly. Over n hr wait absolutely a mcterrible time I got no ketchup onions or mustard and all my food was cold.wasted all my evening playing games with lack of intelligence. i go to McDonald’s maybe twice a month n i deal with issues but this was terrible. Alsoo the first number I said was the correct one stamped on the damn drink.the girl gave me atitude when it was the correct number, uncalled for. They can’t even read in there n that’s sad. Too sketchy do not go to oneonta McDonald’s they’re terrible. Unhooking my credit csrd because had I not used my credit card I could have left quickly n gone to Burger King. I stayed cus I didn’t want to do the refund hassle.

Where to start? They shut it down when they want to! 20 minutes for a simple order! Apparently now quarter pounders get the same patties that a big mac gets! If you plan on going there when it's after hours DON'T!! Save your money and go to subway, they at least give you what you pay for and the staff isn't sitting outside smoking while your waiting for your food!

Always forgets food, workers are extremely rude. Doordash food from them and you will get nothing. Horrible Mcdonalds. Needs actual management.

i understand that everyone can be in a stressful environment especially with orders back to back, but an employee drops the fries in-front of you, fills it half full and gives it to you (mind you; you ordered large fries) and then states “i’m too busy to fill them” like one order at a time.. it’s not that serious bro. just put the fries in the bag. if you hated your job so much just quit ??

Food was ok. Employees laying down across booths sleeping. Filthy and run down needing update and remodeling. Seats torn and dirty. The floor was slippery like the are mopping with the same water they mop with in front of the fryer slip Hazard.

Coming off a 3 hour drive looking for something quick before bed. Ordered my food at 12:20 and didnt get it until 12:50. All I got was one double cheese burger and a 6 price nugget. Food was cold and hard. Crew inside was more like a social club than a company. Better to just advoid it all together and go somewhere with proper management

This McDonald's has a sign on the highway for one mile off the highway. And instead this is over. A 5 mile drive from the highway. I would not have come here. Had I not already placed an order in advance? Added 30 mins to trip. To top it they served 3 cars on one side before helping me. Cold food. Gave unsweetened tea instead of sweet

Yall need to change your hours. You advertise 24/7 but you're actually closed from 2-4am? Put that online. I wouldn't have planned to eat here after a 14 hour shift if your online information was correct.

I ordered a double cheeseburger and it ended up being patties that weren’t fresh let alone even a warm burger. So I went in and said the batch you’re using from must not be fresh because it taste old and it’s damn near cold. She sarcastically told her worker “he wants a freeeesh burger” as if I asked for some crazy request. Ended up getting a burger from the same batch and even colder and more poorly made than the first one. Literally pathetic
