The food is delicious, the place is fine, but they need more staff. The waitress can't cope on her own in a place like this. She's friendly and absolutely appreciated, but she needs help to clear the tables and provide better service. Many places like this will go under if they don't have more staff, because eventually they can't cope. Thank you so much for your attention despite the difficulties.

Around 9 a.m. on a Monday, I went in for breakfast, and both the quality of the food and the waitress's lackluster service didn't justify the price of a slice of Serrano ham toast and a coffee. The ham was like the kind you get at the supermarket in a blister pack, and it was quite salty. The restroom door didn't have a lock and couldn't be closed. I spent several days in Burgos and didn't return because the food isn't worth the price.

Had two of their "award winning" tapas after waiting about 20 minutes for the kitchen to produce them and they were both pretty tasteless and nearly cold. It obviously doesn't take much to win awards in Burgos.

I'm having breakfast and I'm very disappointed. It's been years since I've been here and now I remember why. I ordered breakfast: a small beer and a mini omelet. They poured the beer reluctantly, and more than half the glass was foamy. When I told the waitress, she reacted badly, rudely bringing me another beer, and I don't think that kind of treatment is acceptable, especially when they charge €2.10 for a beer. €5.10 for a simple breakfast seems expensive, especially with such bad attitudes. I won't be back for several years! I don't recommend it!

Everything was bad. The service was absolutely disgusting. We sat outside and had to go inside to order. The staff was extremely rude and had a bad attitude. We asked the waiter to recommend a tapa, and he said no, that they were all bad. (We thought it might be ironic, but given the way we were treated and the fact that he ultimately didn't recommend it, we understood it wasn't.) We ordered several dishes, including blood sausage, and they didn't bring us any plates or cutlery. We had to go back in to get them since no one was leaving, and he gave them to us with a bad face, saying we ate with our hands. The croquettes were very good, but we definitely wouldn't recommend them or return due to the terrible service when the place was empty. Also, in the 21st century, you can't pay by card.

Sometimes it's not about the food or drinks, it's about the people. Don't get me wrong, I have huge respect for staff in the hospitality industry, but the woman who served us this morning made our experience unforgettable for all the wrong reasons. She didn't say a single word. Not a 'please', 'thankyou' or 'okay'. Miserable doesn't even come close. What a depressing way to start the day.
