Jack has some higher quality burgers and specialties, but still has the breakfast Jack and 2 tacos for $1.99. This store had many employees compared to other fast food outlets, however, was still in the post Covid mediocre/ poor in dining area and restroom cleanliness.

My chicken supreme was terrible. Not worth $4. They forgot the cheese. The buns was hard like it had been sitting out or expired. The chicken patty was smaller than the lettuce and tomato slices they put on there. Sandwich should be no more than $2. The cluck sandwich i had was better but not worth $7. These prices are absurd

Yesterday my partner and I went through the drive through. We needed a second to look at the menu because it was my first time. Once we started to order the girl on the other end was RUDE. We were struggling to hear her as she was mumbling and when we asked her to repeat herself she changed her tone got rude and talked to us like we were children. We pull up pay and when we get handed the bag we asked for ketchup and hot sauce and she rolled her eyes and said did you even look in the bag. We pull off and check the bag and I realize I forgot to ask for sauce for fries (we ordered two), I got inside and after she helped an older man (who she was rude to) she said "what do you need" I said hi sorry I was wondering what sauces you have for dipping, it's my first time. She just looked at me and didn't say anything. SO I asked okay well do you have BBQ and she just walked away and grabbed me one. I said oh sorry can I have two we have two things of fries. She said that's 30 cents, I said well we have two things of fries, 6 tacos, two chicken wraps, and a chicken sandwich and I can't have a second sauce? She said no and just looked at me. I am personally sad because I really enjoyed the food but will not be back because of how your employees treat people.

10/09/25 at 10:20pm The food was great and we got exactly what we wanted, the drive thru service was as well great! The person though cleaning the lobby was very rude. We thought the lobby was opened considering it says the times outside and that the lobby didn't close until 11pm. When we tried to come in the person cleaning the lobby told us the lobby was closed, no explanation. I understand closing a lobby down early to clean 100% I had issue there, but she laughed and smiled about it and stared at us while we were getting in our car. I will admit i was frustrated because i'm pregnant and very sick and just needed to use the restroom. Otherwise the staff that helped us through the drive thru were great!

It was just okay. The food was hot but not much flavor. The staff were nice except they pushed everyone to use the kiosk to order. They didn't bring the food to the table, they called out our order number and we had to go get it. Even though we were the only customers in the store. Out of many of the drink options in the machine. Like I said, it was okay, nothing special to make me want to come back.

I have been trying to contact this restaurant all night and morning and no one seems to care for answering the phone ….. my order was delivered to me with lots of missing items and I payed $10 extra dollars to get this delivered to me and they could at least pick up the phone. I have probably called like 10 times trying to get someone to answer me and nothing.

The fries are always cold. The people can never hear correctly on the speaker and the manager at night has no customer service skills what so ever. Make me pay for ranch which wouldn’t bother me if they ACTUALLY PUT IT IN THE BAG. I stay having to ask multiple times.

Don't ever order delivery here!! Not worth the risk. Spent 30 dollars and got sum food delivered. The deliver thru doordash and the guy took my food. Jack in the box is treating it as my food got delivered while doordash is saying they can't do anything about it. Terrible experience.

Refused to take my order. First time this has ever happened to me. Around 1am when I pulled up to drive thru the worker mumbled uber and door dash. I said, no, I would just like to order food. A minute passes, I said hello? They finally spoke up again and said only uber and door dash can receive food at the second window, they would not take my order. Refused service. Don't go to this location, as they only allow delivery drivers after a certain hour.

There were some Hispanic ladies working there, none of them wanted to serve me and my cousin. They were just laughing and talking on the phone, not doing their job, a black skin gentleman was the one to serve us. And we were waiting for our food, after it was ready one of the Hispanic girls (she had red hair) just threw the bag at us without even saying anything. That was very disrespectful and I will definitely never go there again.

I stopped by here on my way back to Michigan at about 1 a.m. to get food for the folks at home. First it took forever to get our food and we were the only ones there then when I get back to Michigan I realize after spending $90 on food that 5 of the burgers weren't even the burgers we ordered. So disappointed and I can't even get compensated for their screw up because I'm not from Indiana. I definitely won't be stopping here again plus I never got a receipt or my change because he had me pull around to wait

Came to Indy to visit a family member in the hospital. My husband has never had Jack in the Box so we we're super excited to find this one until we got there. We ordered 6 famous jack in the box tacos and a medium coke. The drink station was sticky and dirty and had no ice so they had to get it from the back.The restaurant itself has seen better days.The wait for our food was short and we know why....the Tacos were absolutely horrible the shell was saturated in oil and hard and there was no filling inside. It was my husband's first and last time trying this location.

Did not receive what I ordered. I order two different burgers, yet they both we’re exactly the same. Guy at the register would continuously laugh with his coworkers while we were trying to order. Food was horrible and tasted weird. Workers were loud and obnoxious. Something was off the with tomato, obviously. As well as the bun and meat. It was gross, lost my appetite. We ordered to dine in and yet we received bags to go. I ordered a large milkshake and it was so thick, that I needed to ask for a spoon.

If I could give them a 0 I would. When I went into the drive thru I ordered a Large Oreo milkshake and a Large curly fry . They took time to even come the window . When I received my food there was an excessive amount of whipped cream on the top of my shake however i didn't think much about it. and I received the bag with my fries with a BUNCH of napkins. We pull off and I start to drink my shake. It is very THICK I literally needed a spoon to drink it . It was straight ice cream and vanilla on top and crumbs of oreo on bottom. Now that's even the worst of it . I start to eat my fries and the container isn't even half full mind you I ordered a large. There's a mixture of regular cut fries even though I ordered curly . This was terrible! Never again!
