Can we talk about customer service ? AMAZING the female manager whose name I forgot has a personality that’s top tier ! My first visit she was so joyful and pleasant and this was mid day I came again for a second visit EARLY THIS MORNING before 730 and again she just warms the place there was also a male with her who was also pleasant I started having side conversations with them as if I knew them ! Now seriously I say all that to say customer service alone is enough to make me return ! Now the coffee better than Starbucks stronger and cheaper and the avocado toast DELICIOUS !!!!!

I ordered an iced Caramel Brulee Latte, and my friend ordered a Hot Cappuccino. I really liked my latte. The only thing that I noticed is that the sunlight kept coming in, and I didn't see a blind to unfold. And there were no extra chairs because someone else was using. Once they left, I was able to get it and sit more leveled to my friend. In the beginning, I had to use a tall stool. Maybe having a smaller stool, like 2 or 3, just in case others get the regular chairs from the tables. Next time I go to a Klatch Coffee shop, I want to try the pastries or something else from the food menu.

It seems I've discovered my new favorite coffee shop! It was so cute, the employee where so nice too. I couldn't diced what to choose but they helped immensely. I wish I thought of taking a picture of my drink, vanilla bean latte. They offer me a glass cup which was nice , I already feel like I waste with the plastic cups just to drink inside. Was able to get some work done, dispute it getting a little busy. The atmosphere was just nice and calming. In my opinion.

Clean, friendly, and professional establishment. First time here and I ordered a Chai Tea Latte, it was delicious. Will be back in the future great place to start your day or early commute.

This is coffee place has a nice outside area with tables that have umbrellas for shade. A relaxing area to get some work done on your laptop, or enjoy your drink and a good book. The staff was friendly and eager to help you, even sharing their recommendations. If you tired of Starbucks and want to try another place, come here. The drinks were delicious and actually take like coffee instead of a sweet drink with no coffee flavor.

We’re new residents to the area and were on the lookout for a good coffee shop to replace our old town favorite. I had ordered the Caramel Brûlée iced coffee and the Go-To breakfast sandwich. The coffee was creamy and just the right amount of sweet. The breakfast sandwich was freshly made and hot to the touch. Both were enjoyable! After reading positive reviews online and I can happily say we were not disappointed. Klatch Coffee was a pleasant surprise! Pros: quality drink and food, friendly staff Cons: seating outdoors is in the sun

my gosh!! Sha-wing!! This place is so good. I was told one of the barista‘s won a national title and I can (taste) why. I ordered a Mexican mocha with half and half that was just amazing. It had an earthy flavor, slightly gritty, if you ever had a dark chocolate espresso coffee Bean, that’s the exact flavor. FOR YOU PEOPLE IN SAN FRANCISCO (they just opened one there) they also have one (of all places) in South Korea, no joke. The barista’s are super knowledgeable super nice and the coffee Beans are roasted fresh. This place is a 5 out of 5 all day long Man I wish we had one in the Campbell area!!!

I like klatch coffee as a local chain that really makes an effort. Most of their roasts are medium or dark and I'm more of a light rust kind of guy so it's not really my cup of tea. I do enjoy the pour over and always get the lightest thing that they have and they're always really nice to me about it. Always super clean. Bathrooms are great, plenty of parking and usually outdoor seating.

Friendly cashier. Not a lot of waiting space it feels a little cramped in there but maybe it’s just me. Coffee was bomb I got the signature caramel iced coffee👍 I would come back

This is a very small coffee shop, but it is clean and bright. Service is efficient. The coffee was good. I ordered an iced lavender latte, and it was VERY lavender. If you don't like an overwhelming taste of lavender, then pass on this latte. All in all, it's a good place for coffee, I did not try any of the baked goods, but they looked tasty.

I think I expected the panini to be bigger cus it cost 10$. I liked the crispy-ness of it. I wish it had more pesto. It bothered me that the turkey looked thick but it was jus bunched to to the center of the sandwich and not spread out evenly thru the sandwich.
