This place is trash. Your getting nothing but bread and a little bit of meat. $20 for bread and fries. Save ur money. Trash!

Probably the worst Charley's I've ever been to, and I've been to multiple malls already. Workers got an attitude, skimp on portions, can't even fix the orders they mess up. Not coming back to this location, I'd recommend going to ANY other Charley's for a better experience.

Stay away from this place . They send out coupons and then the owner will not honor them . What a disgrace . I won’t be back . Try Phillies cheesesteaks next door . Much better quality and service . Waste of time

This had been one of the worst experiences with Charleys I have ever had. The cashier was just plain rude, and they refused to use one of my coupons. They then refused to use the credit on my charleys app. They then made mistakes on my order. Though this location is convenient I don't see myself coming back, and would urge other to do the same.

In 2019, I had a sub here, the saltiest, worst sub I've ever had. ​In 2026, I decided to give it another try. ​Maybe May 2032 will be the year it's good.

Disgusting... ordered 20 boneless wings 10 buffalo 10 lemon pepper & both were burnt with so much bread & a bit of chicken inside couldn't even eat them right. The taste was extremely disgusting. There's teenagers workering with no eye contact nor any customer service to let them know how bad the food was. Never again eating here.

This year I've been here 20 times and 80% of the time the food suks it's not warm they put less veggies and meat the bread is different they don't even cut it in half . They have slacked on there food and ranch products. Looks messing and have lots of un trained kids in the back. We need older mature ppl that love to cook and care about the restaurant reputation. I've loved Charlie's for about 10 years .We need to change things up for the better

We ordered Bold BBQ boneless wings with ranch on the side and once we recieved the order they didn’t give us the ranch we paid for until I went up to ask for it. As well as the boneless wings with the fries were given out all cold. If you were the customer would you like all your food to be served to you cold? Then they were confused on how to heat it up for me. The food was alright but at least serve the food hot, not cold like if it’s been sitting out.

Please do yourself a favor and do not order delivery with door dash. I didn't receive stencils and the drink i paid for as a combo. Horrible service for delivery. Only good to eat THERE.
