I normally come here to write more detailed reviews, but I'll keep this one short and sweet. \n\nMy 2 cheeseburger meal contained NOT 1 slice of cheese.

I called twice today, knowing that on Wednesday that they clean the machine that produces the frappes. Called twice to know when would be a good time to come in. Called at 7:16 AM to know if the frappes would be available. The woman who had answered had told me yes, nothing more. When I went, I was told by the attendant through the speaker that it’d take 30 minutes still. Very annoying that I called to make sure but still wasn’t able to get the drink. I work nearby and can only visit the establishment once per work day and it was just wasted.

I got the wrong order, called in to request a refund or replacement this morning. I got a combo that was $6 was a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin combo (got a McGriddle only). We agreed that I could hold onto the food, and come back later for a meal replacement of equal value. I was given a $5 meal deal. Service was fast and friendly in tone but before I could upgrade to get my moneys worth, even if I had to pay a difference, they had already printed the receipt. I understand being swamped during lunch hour but I felt disregarded. Most of the time it’s okay, with the exception of fries occasionally being underserved (approx halfway of the container)

Service as always. Same menu as other place. The staff is helpful and nice. The big issue at this location is that there is transients and random people inside. People literally camp out here, staff doesn't seem to mind. I get my meal to go. Place has an uncomfortable vibe to it. The place is nice to, would like to sit in and eat, but if rather not. But it's what it is. Stop and dash place.

Most disgusting location, do not stop by this McDonald’s across from the Ontario mills. They have bugs in their food! I made my complaint about having found a bug in my food ( mind you I’m pregnant) and the general manager was completely rude and rushed me ff the phone, not doing anything to give me a refund or show me compassion, even though they’re at fault for having a dirty kitchen and allowing this to happen. Go any where else but here. Disgusting!

This place is terrible. I received cold fries first time around I asked for new ones and they gave them to me. However after getting home and laying my fries out in the Big Mac box you can see the clear difference between the new fries and the old fries they just left at the bottom. Avoid this place not worth the money you spend here

Ask the lady what toys they had she showed me. When I got a happy meal they give me a different one and I asked them to switch since I asked before. She started to tell the workers not to show the toys they are giving out she said they get what they get. NOT GOING BACK RUDE MAMAGEMENT.

I came to this McDonald’s on four different occasions before leaving this review because I didn’t want to post something unfair. The listed hours say it opens at 4:30 AM, but that’s not accurate. I showed up both on weekdays and weekends, and the store was closed at that time even 30 minutes after. I saw multiple cars pull in and leave because of it. To the business owner: there’s no need for an AI-generated response. It’s simple just update the hours so customers know what to expect. No hard feelings though; when this McDonald’s wasn’t open, I got Amazing service at the Starbucks, Jack in the Box, and Del Taco nearby.

Broken kiosk. Closed fountain machines for the customers. Dirty restrooms. I just left and had lunch across the street. Didn’t rate the food since I I left before ordering. Many other nice places around. Wouldn’t eat here.

Ordered 2 coffees and nuggets. Coffe was cold and when I told her the coffee was cold she got an attitude and we'll I can make you some but you have to wait. WHY wait till customer says something you can't feel that the coffee is cold???? McD's coffee is always hot!!!! Uhg!!!! FYI order was drive thru at 5:30 pm wearing a blue shirt.

Is this a new thing McDonald's no longer mixes their McFlurry's? I generally avoid McDonald's due to the quality of the food and service but decided to treat the family to McFlurrys and was disappointed. They should just rename to Vanilla ice cream with oreo topping . Anyone else have this same issue? I feel like this is almost common bo matter which one you go to.
