First time at this location, and to dine inside. I usually go for drinks and appetizers with friends. The hostess, was friendly and sat me quickly at a table. My server was great with making suggestions and she was very attentive. I enjoyed my food! The tortilla soup, and Sticky Ribs were so delicious, full of flavor and the umami French Fries complimented the whole meal. I definitely will return to Lazy Dog! This location was exceptional due how clean it was and definitely not disorganized.

Tried Lazy dog for the first time and I love most of the food 👍😊. The cajun fries, chips, shrimp and veggies and mashed potato are great😋😋 I tried the Bison burger, and its alright. The patty was dry and the sweet stuff (forgot whats the name of it🤪) is kind of too much. It would have been awesome if the patty was juicy💡. Overall, the place was inviting, the staff are friendly and the food are delicious 🤤. Thank you so much 🙏😊.

The Lazy Dog is a perfect setting to experience moments that take you out of the dog house and into - well, into the Lazy dog house. Their menu is diverse and delicious. Their drinks are whatever you want, with a variable range of craft drafts for every palate. We ordered a pulled pork sandwich and a bacon burger. Both were superb, with the meat just right. Both buns were cold though, and our order was messed up. They fixed the wrong order, and all was well.

I love the food here! Always so good, first time at this location and it was a great expierance. Jacob was our server very nice and friendly and when there was a little mix up in the kitchen and we were stuck waiting the manager Jeremy came right out and told us and covered our entrees! We didn't expect that it was so nice he was so friendly and just a great manager. We got the puppy some beef, my husband got the black and blue burger with fries and I got the black and blue pizza and some really nice hot cocoa ❤😊

I recently visited Lazy Dog in Rancho Cucamonga and I had a great experience. The restaurant had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, with a nice outdoor patio area. The service was prompt and friendly, and the food was delicious. I ordered the Tortilla soup and it was perfect and had a great flavor. The portion sizes were generous and the prices were reasonable. Overall, I had a fantastic meal at Lazy Dog and I would definitely recommend it to others.

This is one of our favorite places to come on the weekends! They have excellent food, great service, and an excellent beer selection. They also have a mimosa 'flight' where you get a bottle of champagne along with 3 juices, unique juice flavors like peach- orange, huckleberry, and strawberry-something juices... i really like their Huckleberry beer... so flavorful and smooth! Super delicious! Their foods have excellent flavor and offer different takes on food.... they have a couple of appetizers like candied-bacon strips...yummmmm and crispy deviled eggs (which are deep fried). I really enjoy their breakfast burger, but we've also had their omlets and chilequillas... all excellent choices for brunch! Omg the hashbrown patties are cooked well-done and are so crispy and tasty.

Ignacio WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND AMAZING. Our assigned server was training an other employee so they were busy and forgot about us. But Ignacio took it upon himself to serve us and get us drinks. Wow.

Fantastic evening with great food and bartenders. Had the Watermelon Margarita and a Blue Hawaiian. The watermelon marg is definitely refreshing. Blue Hawaiian is definitely a much more tropical flavor. While good it has a mystery juice in it that just has a slightly odd flavor. Definitely recommend the new trout dish. Trout was well cooked and perfectly flaky. Roasted corn and bell pepper green beans were an unexpectedly flavorful side dish. Crispy potato chunks were good as well. Sign up for the free email list to get the Butter Cake with vanilla ice cream & strawberry compote for free! That butter cake is wonderful! Warm, soft and well contrasted by the ice cream. A fantastic dessert!

Lazy Dog is a great place to meet friends or have a business lunch. The food is delicious and portions are large. Shrimp Tacos hit the spot, Buffalo Meatloaf is tender and mouth watering. It can be extremely loud but it is so fun! Unlike any other restaurant.

Wanted to try a new place & that decision lead us here. Didn’t know what to expect, loved the atmosphere & how the place is decorated. Our server was very nice & helpful since it was our first time. We got wings, their PB&J burger & the chicken sandwich. Everything was very good & satisfying, the PB&J burger was our favorite. We’ll be back to try their pot pie, it sells out so go earlier in the day, we went at night. I don’t drink beer but I seen they have a beer club which seems cool if you like to partake

I absolutely love this franchise. Anytime I find one I haven't been to, I stop in and eat. I've never been let down because the food is always amazing, and the drinks are on point. I've tasted a lot of things on their menu and have enjoyed them all. Whatever you choose is always a good choice. The staff at this one was very friendly and the waiter even chatted us up for a bit. The best part outside of the food is all the dogs that allowed to come eat. As a dog owner of 3, it's nice to see a place set up for your furry friends to join you. I just wish I had one located closer to home.

The barria noodles were really tasty and filling. I would come back again just for the noodles. The mango chili margarita was good, but the jalapeño & cucumber margarita margarita had the perfect hint of spice.

Amazing food and super personable service! Probably one of my favorite restaurants because of the diversity of the menu. Everyone in your party will find something they love no matter their dietary preferences. I didn't get a chance to try any of their brews this time but I will definitely make it a point to try one next time!

The 5 stars isn't for the hosts. 🤔😳Went here for my Mom's birthday lunch. Family was already seated and we walked in to look for them. There were 6 people standing at the host desk and not 1 of them greeted us. We were standing and looking around for a few minutes. Once I realized I couldn't see them I walked over to the host stand and asked if they remember where they sat a party of 6. The young lady says oh yes let me show you..... I'm glad she was friendly but it only takes a moment to greet customers, management needs to work on that. Now onto the 5 stars.... Matt was our server and he was exceptional, he was patient, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He made some great recommendations for our table and he was ALWAYS smiling. The lunch menu is served until 4pm and brunch is served until 2pm. We ordered hush puppies as an appetizer then various orders around the table, shrimp tacos with rice and beans, 1/2 sandwich with sweet potato tots and Cesar salad, club sandwich with fries, blue cheese pizza with a Cesar salad, kids meal with Mac and cheese and fries. The sweet potato tots are made from scratch and they were delicious 😋 All of the food was really good and it came out fresh and hot. Everyone was very satisfied with their food. Matt brought out the birthday dessert and we sang happy birthday🎂🎉. They have a very large patio with lots of seating and people can bring their pets. This location is great with plenty of parking and can easily be seen from the street.

One of my favorite restaurants! Not only do they let you bring your dog (when eating on the patio), but when they learned it was my birthday they basically treated me like royalty! They were super sweet to the rest of the group too, especially to my toddler. And the food was amazing! Large portions of delicious things are a dangerous combination!

She took our order right away, understood our time limit, checked on us multiple times and gave us the option before we finished to pay. Our first time going with here with our puppies and we were so nervous but the staff were so sweet and made the experience amazing. The food portions were huge and worth the prices and delicious. My girls and I like to come here for a yummy lunch usually while we’re out shopping or running errands. They also have a fantastic happy hour. Service is always great. My daughter does wish the broccoli was seasoned, but they brought all she needed to doctor it up.

With it being Valentine’s Day we knew we’d have a longer than normal wait and typically food gets pushed back a bit longer. - overall, you can’t go wrong with eating at lazy dog this is one of our favorite go to restaurants. If you have allergy to dogs, I’d recommend dining inside.

Love this place so much!! And such a huge fan of their Huckleberry IPA, their staff is always so attentive, cordial and friendly. I highly recommend this place, keep in mind it's located in a busy business area, so you might have some wait time. But totally worth it, especially in their happy hour. Came in while in town, host sat us timely and was friendly. The waitress was kind as well. Had a couple drinks that were good and ordered a variety of entrees. One dish had to get sent back because the rice was cold and the others were good too. Sides could either be over salty or heavy with cream like the mashed potatoes. For me too much cream makes it too heavy, I prefer just mashed potatoes with maybe some salt and butter. Not runny and shiny with cream.

Wonderful restaurant, great service, good food. We stopped in for a late lunch. We received superior service provided by Zachary. He was genuine, attentive, and hospitable. We had the kung pao chicken and rice, grilled lemon chicken with cauliflower mash and greenbeans, and banana pudding. After placing our order Zach brought us a first time guest, "ftg" as he called it, special which was the chips with parmesan (not sure of the name). It was delicious. We received our food fairly quickly. It was hot and seasoned well. I only wished there were more vegetables in the kung pao chicken. The grill chicken was moist and green beans were not as cooked as we would have liked but that is just our preference. The cauliflower mash was exceptional and not too sweet as cauliflower can naturally be. I love mashed potatoes and while you can still tell the difference between cauliflower mash and mashed potatoes, it was a very good substitute. Probably the best cauliflower mash I've had. The banana pudding was delicious. You get the real banana taste and get this, there are real bananas inside. Definitely recommend.

First time stopping in to Lazy Dog and I'm really glad I did. The atmosphere is warm and we were greeted right away with friendly receptionists. Our server, Savanna, was amazing. And the food, unbelievably delicious. This is a scratch kitch, so everything is made in house. Definitely get the candied bacon, best 5 bucks I've ever spent. The manager, Cheylene, even thanked us for coming in. I'll have to come back for the beer and good vibes at Lazy Dog. If you are considering a good spot for lunch or dinner, check this place out.

We can't say enough about our experience! The service from Chloe was top notch! Took the time to explain everything to us being our first time to the restaurant. Very attentive! Very friendly. They brought us out a 1st time customer appreciation appetizer! The food was out of this world amazing. The drinks were sooo good!! The manager brought our table their house made chips and Chipotle ranch since it was our first time visiting. Our table was well taken care of. When going to lazy dog to be honest, it’s been a pretty long time since I’ve gone here because it’s pretty far away, but I do wanna say I was pleasantly surprised arriving here on a 9 PM day on a weekday. It was busy, but it wasn’t too busy. I’ve seen restaurants to be this busy and not have enough staff on board to handle on a weekday, but was seated promptly. I did wanna say the only bad experience I had was I was seated in a chair that was pretty well known to have a table that would move a lot so I think that they should just remove that table altogether and also after leaving I did see that another group was sitting there as well. It was moving a lot. It wasn’t a bit a small shift. It was almost a 20° shift from when putting my weight on it. Besides this came for the T-Mobile Tuesday promotion they were very respectful, although they didn’t know exactly how it worked. They were able to answer any questions that I had to the best of their ability. Ashley my server was very attentive and was able to help me and my partner in multiple ways with any questions on the menu. She also explained to me that the tips are distributed by department when I asked, which is what I like for restaurants to do so very happy about that knowing that when I tip that we distributed to the people I wanted to be. For food items the media noodles was pretty surprising very good doesn’t taste like normal media but if you do enjoy beer, you will enjoy it and the Bimbimpop bowl was great as well. We also had a starter of the chicken tiki masala balls very good as well. I do want to say that if you went to the respective restaurant for each of these items, I do think that the taste would be slightly better, but I wanna clarify that I would come here again and order the same thing Not only does it give me the ability to order multiple items that are absolutely amazing, but although it doesn’t taste as good, these items taste extremely good, especially knowing that they have to work with such a large menu excited to come here again

Came back to Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar after a long time. This American restaurant chain is one of the few spots in Rancho Cucamonga that welcomes dogs on the patio. Lazy Dog offers handcrafted American food and drinks made with seasonally inspired ingredients, all served in a relaxed, cozy atmosphere. They facilitate both indoor and outdoor seating. Last Monday, we stopped by for dinner on our way home. When we checked in, the indoor dining area was nearly empty. We ordered Mediterranean Chicken Bowl, Chicken Pot Pie, and S’more Brownie Sundae. The overall service was prompt and satisfactory. Our food arrived shortly after we ordered. The Mediterranean Chicken Bowl was absolutely delicious. It was made perfectly with Grilled Lemon Chicken Breast, Yellow Rice, Tomato-Cucumber-Feta Salad, Kalamata Olives, and Tzatziki Sauce. The Chicken Pot Pie was also delicious, made with house-made gravy, roasted chicken, and slow-cooked vegetables, all wrapped in a flaky, golden crust. For dessert, the S’more Brownie Sundae was the perfect ending to our enjoyable dinner. While the prices were on the higher side, they felt justified given the quality of the food and service. Overall, we had a great dining experience at Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar and hope to return soon.

There was a bit of a wait to get a table, our server was extremely attentive and brought our drinks right away. I had the Cucumber mint martini which was delicious. We started with the cheese curds, they were really good. I had the Thai noodles with shrimp and tofu. It was good but a bit bland. My husband had the French Dip, which he said was delicious. Our service was outstanding. We will definitely be back to try the brunch

Went for the evening to dinner with friends. I ordered the fried chicken tenders and they were some of the best I've ever had. So crispy and tasty. They were accompanied by mashed potatoes that tasted good but were unfortunately not hot. I was looking forward to the spinach side dish but it was so salty it was inedible. Everyone else enjoyed their meals. I would go back just for the chicken.

Lazy Dogs is the home of the Ontario Reign hockey team after game retreat. Lazy Dogs is an up scale of a BJ's. Great food, good service but when real busy they tend to forget about you for a little bit. But overall service, they're great and real friendly. Drinks are great and prices are reasonable. Also, when the weather permits, you can bring your dog and enjoy the evening out on the terrace. Updates: just went to Lazy Dog's of course after an Ontario Reign hockey game and its back to business as usual. Very few customers wearing masks. Staff no longer wearing masks themselves. The food is good, once you get over the urine smell on the patio where there are dogs allowed, as you enter the restaurant, you can still feel the dogs, not that I hate dogs, I just don't want to smell it during my meal... Anyway, the service is good, not great, the atmosphere is a bit too loud to have a good conversation. My wife ordered the shrimp Alfredo pasta and she didn't even like it... It was too bland, I had the shrimp Yakisoba and it was really good, just a little too sweet for my taste, the drinks cost 5.50 plus 1.50 if you ask for a refill, the cup was over half filled up with ice... I would probably not be coming back....

The Ontario location has the same great service and atmosphere as the Montclair location. However, some of the entrees were a little lacking, particularly the carnitas dish. The presentation was great, but the meat itself was dry, and the sauce it was doused in wasn't exceptionally flavorful.

Food was very good. We sat outside (guests can bring their dogs with them and eat outside). We were first sat at a table right next to a speaker. It was loud and hard to hear so we asked to move. The 2nd table was very wobbly. Every time we put any weight on the table it rocked back and forth. We didn't see our waitress very often so our drinks sat empty for long spans. Food was very good.

Thos was my first time at this store so they o ly get 4 stars, but after a few more visits(absolutely coming) they will most likely get 5 stars. The service is fast & friendly, the store is clean, cool(on hot days) and the food is great! Our server was Noah and one of the Mars is Austin. Their patio is nice (no fire pit only the newer stores have those). Dog friendly patio w/menu for the pups. ;)

Nice place to gather with outdoor seating on a patio. Big rustic feel with great drinks made with fresh ingredients! Our server had to be replaced for some reason. Tuna was not cooked properly but was address and corrected. Some items were sold oit.as it got late on a Friday night. Overall great place I will return and family That live in the area have probably already Visited again.

Pretty typical vibe but the menu has enough creativity for everyone. Onion rings didn't taste cheap, the Brussels were a bit too greasy, Lettuce wrap had a great flavor and plenty of food. Homemade ginger beer was a little light on the ginger.

Decor - very stylish, fit will with the overall atmosphere Service - excellent, server was very attentive and friendly Food - wasn't as impressed with the food I ordered. Fried Deviled eggs almost tasted like regular without all the extra calories from the frying. The PBJ hamburger barely had pb on it so did not taste PBJ. The waitress was even surprised. Finally the smores brownie was good but not great. Couldn't figure out what was missing. Overall would not try any of the three items if I were to visit again. Quite disappointed considering the rave reviews.

Service was great. Sucks that they got rid of my order, the chicken parm, so instead they made a similar version of menu. Instead of breaded chicken they gave me fried chicken on the regular pasta used for the chicken parm. My brother found a bone in his campfire roast, got another one and then found yet another bone. Besides the bone incident, many great things from this restaurant!

We went for dessert and the banana pudding was amazing!! The open faced pie was good. The crust was homemade and too good!! I ordered and Irish coffee and it was horrible. Not made well at all. I am extra picky about them because once you have one made right in Ireland, there's no going back. I just need to give up and don't order them.

Came here on the weekend, around the time most restaurants are closing. We were still able to avail of some Happy Hour deals. There were a couple of vegetarians in our group and they were happy that there were a few options to choose from. As for my hubby and I, we struck out on our first choices --- they were out of at least 4 menu items which was a bummer. The items we ordered instead turned out good.

The food and drinks here are very good. Elevated bar and menu. Only reason for the 4 star is we tried to reserve a table on line. It said no wait, come on in and then we got there and waited 10 minutes. Expect this place to be very busy on the weekend and Friday night. Totally expected. Environment is busy and fun in the bar. Great place to have a drink and watch football. They have a bunch of TVs so all the games are on. They have a great beer club and I joined but you end up going there a lot, which is why they do it. If this is your place then join up as the upgrades and monthly beer is worth it. They also email specials and times to go and try their new menu, which is very cool. Parking is pretty good, big lot but very busy. Be careful walking in as people come in fast from Main Street. Great outdoor seating and you can bring your dog, which is cool! Great place. Excellent beer and very good food. Been many times and will be back. Highly recommend.

This was my First time coming to Lazy Dog. They were very busy and crowded. I mentioned this was our First Time, and Caroline the Manager came over and introduced herself. She was very nice, friendly, and sent over there: Complimentary Parmesan Garlic Chips. They were amazingly very good. They are not on the Menu. Make sure you ask for them. The food was tasty, The Jamaican Lemonade with Coconut Milk to Die for. Banana Pudding was Great and sweet. Caroline made sure we were satisfied and enjoyed our experience. I made a mistake and ordered the Nat Dirty Dog, it was not good. Caroline made up for it by Giving us the Banana Pudding on the House. Great Food, Great Service Great Atmosphere. I will be coming back to try more of their tasty menu.

We were in Rancho Cucamonga on business, treated to dinner by an organization exec. who suggested The Lazy Dog. Good choice! I had the Bison burger and garlic fries. Burger was cooked to specification and delicious. The fries were so salty that I could not eat them. Waitstaff was friendly and attentive but not intrusive. I was given two extra packets of this delicious ginger lemon tea to take home. Lively atmosphere on a Tuesday evening.

Chill Out and Get Lazy at Lazy Dog I finally had a chance to visit Lazy Dog in Rancho Cucamonga. I travel to the area once or twice every year, and I've had Lazy Dog on my list of places to eat for quite some time. Once I arrived, I saw very quickly, and I let my server know that it was my first time at Lazy Dog !! Much to my surprise, I was informed that anyone who eats at Lazy Dog for the first time receives a free appetizer. The app they gave me was their homemade Potato Chips, smothered in grated and partially melted parmesan cheese. This app was a great match with a local craft beer. Since the chips were quite filling, I did not need to order a main course and tried another app off their menu, the Bacon Candy. Bacon Candy is strips of bacon, coated in brown sugar and chilli flakes and baked to give it its hardness. It was a nice treat and washed down great with a local porter. It was my first visit to Lazy Dog, and I'll be back once again to try something else.

5/11/25 We visited for Mother’s Day with a reservation, anticipating a busy day. Although we arrived 15 minutes early, we still waited over 30 minutes past our reservation time to be seated indoors. Despite the delay, the food was enjoyable as always which keeps us coming back. However, utensils were not provided before our appetizers arrived, and we had to request them from our server. We understand the challenges of a busy day, but attention to these small details would enhance the overall dining experience.

Went in on a Saturday at 7:40pm. Luckily had an available reservation online for 7:45pm. Waited about 15 min to be seated. Dining area is super packed and you’re pretty much dining with the table next to you. Our server tried his best with how busy it was. The Mediterranean bowl was amazing. The grilled lemon chicken was one breast cut in half lengthwise so chicken was dry. Caesar salad was good but was drenched with dressing for some reason 😂 we paid cash $100 and was handing back cash. Thankfully we counted it while walking out because we were given change for $100 and they didn’t deduct our bill for some reason so we went back in to let them know and paid our bill.

This was our first trip. We will try it again and update if they were just off their game this night. Service was mediocre, at best, which surprised us. The outdoor patio is lovely, with big trees, inconsistent lighting, and lots of pooches. The indoor decor seemed attractive, as well. My husband had the sticky ribs and enjoyed them. I ordered the bison burger cooked medium-well and paid the extra $2.50 to upgrade my side to onion rings (I received seven.) my burger was grossly undercooked, but it was so long before the server checked on us again that I chose to decline a new one. It felt very chain-y. I had higher hopes, but perhaps a second chance will improve this review.

The only reason why I love lazy dog is because they are sooo dog friendly, the vibe is cool and the outdoor patio is absolutely decked out. Unfortunately, my fur babies are no longer around but the place still offers really good food. Arrived on a rainy Friday evening around 530pm, the place was packed but thankfully the wait was less than 15mins. Sat near the bar in a comfortable booth, our server Adrian was fast and attentive. I avoid meat on Fridays and enjoy a pescatarian or veggie dish Ordered Western Burger – BBQ Veggie Burger, made with black beans, ancient grains+beets, vegetables, topped with roasted garlic, house made BBQ sauce, jack cheese, fried onions, pickle, tomato. 5/5 Fish and chips – Beer battered Fish and Chips, Pale ale battered, served with tartar sauce, creamy apple cider coleslaw and fries 5/5 The check took a cool min(15 mins to be exact), the server was down; we had to ask 3 different people but I think they should have ensured the wireless pay controller had worked prior to giving it to us (maybe waited till it was finalized?) and if it didn’t work than we should have gotten a paper receipt. Lovely ambience - good food with multiple fish selection (for pescatarian diet). Waiter is not too happy that we only order two main dishes. We were on a trip, had a tire issue and didn’t have any mood to eat a lot. And we did not want any leftover (no way to heat up the food). We still tipped 20% despite feeling the uneasiness.

Worst French Dip ever. Everyone else loved their food. Its more of a pot roast melt, NOT a French Dip. Its also the absolute worst Jus I've ever had. Strong and horrible. We usually love this place and have lots of good memories here! It was just the Dip issue for me. The server was very nice!

Sandwich was a little unseasoned. The flavors only came from the sauces on the side of the sandwich. The candy bacon was more spicy than it should have been. the cook had a heavy hand with the red peppers! The fish was amazing! And fries had a nice crunch to them, drinks also heavy-handed, but for some people, that's a good thing. Lol

Update: I just called the restaurant to let them know about my review, and Fabiola picked up. She is the manager at the restaurant right now and she was so sweet and understanding. She said she would find out who was working yesterday and speak with them about some improvements they can make. She invited me back in order to show me a better experience. I have to say, I was very impressed by her. I will increase my overall scores and perhaps give them another chance someday. Thank you so much, Fabiola. ------------- I took my mother to Lazy Dog yesterday for a late lunch on her birthday yesterday around 2pm. We had recently gone to the one in Brea and had such an amazing time. This restaurant was about 99% empty. I went in before my mother to ask the host to please arrange a small Happy Birthday wish with the waiter so that I can surprise her. This tall young man had a dead expression on his face and said, "We can't do that." I was shocked, I said, "Is this a restaurant?" He said, "Yes, but I can't make the waiter do it." Then my family came in and he sat us at the bar at a booth with dipped, worn out seats that made the table at our neck level. Mind you, my mother is in her 70s and the booth was lifted up. We asked him why were sat there when the restaurant was empty and there were at least 20+ comfortable regular level booths available. With a dead face, he said, "Sorry." And moved us to a different booth. He said, "You'll have a different waiter." And he walked away. It took 40 minutes for our waiter to come. He said he was on break and just got back. There were at least 8 other waiters standing around. Why did we get the one on his break? He was a nice man with tattoos on his head and ears. We ordered our drinks and food. 30 minutes later, he never brought our drinks. Another 20 minutes later, one of our appetizers came and it was a Cesar salad that looked like a large square plate full of parmesan, it tasted disgusting. Another 20 minutes later, two of us were served, still no drinks. One of us had to wait another 15 minutes for her dish. We asked for our drinks, and he barely apologized. When it was all over, he double-charged me for my meal. He was nowhere to be found after he dropped off the payment machine, so I had to walk around looking for someone to fix it for me. Then I went to the restroom and it smelled like a sewer. I know bathrooms should smell bad, but wow. Just a few tips to the managers.... I was a waitress for a very long time and here is where you messed up: 1) The host needs to smile. 2) The host needs to at least try to make someone feel a tiny bit special on their birthday, that's why we're there. If they really don't believe in singing (which even Denny's and Applebee's and other cheaper restaurants don't mind doing), at least let the person down nicely, not rudely. 3) When someone is clearly old, don't seat them at a raised booth. 4) Maintain your booths, so they aren't dipped causing people to eat at a table at neck level. 5) Serve drinks right away. 6) Make sure the salad has visible greens when served. 7) Serve meals in a reasonable amount of time when the place is clearly empty. If you can't, apologize. 8) Serve the main dishes at the same time. 9) Maintain your bathrooms. 10) Charge people correctly. 11) Always have staff around if people need help or clarification on the bill. In general, I'm a chill person, but I can't get over what a poor time we had on my mom's birthday. I really debated whether to write this, because I don't like being negative, but the manager should know how bad this was. I didn't take pictures of anything, because I didn't think this would still bother me the next day. I'll post the charge to my credit card to prove this is all legit. As a final note, I want the manager to know that I will never go to a Lazy Dog ever again. I hope that bothers you. You have work to do.

Visited here three times during my last stay in Cali. I had the Thai Noodles, cheese curds, cucumber thyme spritzer, cheeseburger, and even ordered a chicken salad as a delivery order one night. Everything was pretty tasty and the menu is pretty extensive. So many options and so hard to choose from. Great drink options too! There's also a beautiful outdoor dining area that's shaded. Service was decent overall. The service I experienced on Friday night was much better than the service I received on Saturday. I'm guessing this is due to the experience of the team member helping us. Friday afternoon was perfect service and then on Saturday, I literally had to hunt the wait staff down to take my payment among other things. Food!--At first, I questioned ordering a Thai dish from an American style restaurant--but I was pleased at how great it tasted! I'd definitely order again. The cheese curds are definitely a must order if you're into fried cheese dishes. It comes with two types of dipping sauces and I continued to order them as an app each time I visited or ordered delivery (just wish it wasnt $8 per order). For the burger, I wouldn't recommend the bacon--wasn't a fan of the bacon but the burger was pretty good. Also the fries arent the best:/

They put too much feta cheese and the apple cider vinegar dressing in the Brussel sprouts for my taste. I was told my seared ahi salad would only have a little dressing on it, I wanted dressing on the side, and it was swimming in dressing. The ahi was really good tho. Mom had half chicken salad sandwich w fries and chicken tortilla soup that I thought was REALLY GOOD.

Honestly when we first sat down, our waitress was nice and made sure we were fine with everything. Then we got a new waiter and we were waiting for too long for everything, including a to go box that we didn’t get because we ended up leaving. Plus the waiters around my booth made us feel uncomfortable by staring at us while we were eating. This was a bad experience. Thank you to the first waitress and the manager who checked on us. Unlike others…

Sat at the bar and could barely get bartenders attention. Too busy peeping the bar. Finally get another drink after trying to get her attention after 15 minutes and leaves the empty glass in front of me and puts new drink behind it. The Cajun fries are horrible, who put sugar in Cajun spices? They should warn you that they are a bit sweet on the menu.

Nice place. Food was great. Drinks were 5/10. Tried the cheese curds, bibimbap, chicken katsu, fettuccine alfredo with chicken, bbq bacon burger. Pina colada agua Fresca (wasn't good), coffee martini (very bitter), strawberry lemonade (recommend). The reason for 2 stars is because of the nats all around. Not sure why they were all over our table. But sitting at a restaurant, I don't want to be eating with bugs flying in my face.

Everything we ordered not only looked like a third-degree burn, but tasted like it. Not sure if it is normal for their kitchen. See the pictures. The menu is also difficult to read. They underline a few dishes in red which is distracting, and does not seem to serve any purpose. It has been awhile since last visited their location. The latest experience was a disappointment!

So our server was great. Gotta give him props. But wow, the food and turnaround time was rough. First, didn't get one of our orders right. No big deal but it took a long time to get the right order (literally, a plain cheeseburger) - probably another 15 mins. Second, their cheese is all processed. I'm not a fan of American cheese, so I request cheddar or similar. Instead, I'm told it's their "craft" cheddar which happened to taste and look identical to the American cheese on the plain cheeseburger. Overall, expensive for what it was. I'd rather go to the Wienerschnitzel across the street

Slow service is fine, but cold food. Then waiting for our entire meal to come out to tell us there a wait on one item?! Zer0 follow up after dropping off the cold food. Ketchup would have been nice with my cold fries, gues that's too much to ask for.

Upon arrival at approximately 3:30 PM, my party and I were seated and remained unattended for approximately 20 minutes without initial contact from a server. I then took it upon myself to make contact with a separate server, who was very helpful and took our drink and food orders. After placing our orders, approximately 45 minutes elapsed with no assigned server checking on us. During this time, I observed a female server assigned to our section making repeated eye contact with me but failing to approach our table, greet us, or provide service. She was serving other tables in the same area while actively ignoring ours. It was later stated that she was “in training,” however based on observation, no training appeared to be taking place. She was independently serving other guests and did not demonstrate any attempt to engage or assist us. At the 45-minute mark, I again had to contact another server just to receive a water refill and ensure our food order was properly submitted. Due to the ongoing lack of service and disregard, I requested to speak with a manager to express my concerns. This complaint is not about compensation or discounts — it is strictly about the level of treatment and professionalism demonstrated. Outcome: Because of the way this situation was handled, I left a zero tip, something I have never done before. That alone should reflect how dissatisfied and frustrated I was with this experience. Recommendation: I strongly recommend retraining and closer supervision for staff members assigned to guest-facing roles, especially those designated as “in training,” as this incident reflects poorly on the standards expected from Lazy Dog.

Great place for your puppy. You're either 1 or 5 in my book. I ordered Pot Roast, 5 Cheese Grilled Cheese, Tomato Soup, Pizza Sticks. Pot Roast was not soft enough and chewy. 5 Cheese Grilled cheese... ooof... Too much cheese crammed into this. Soup... was thick like paste, good flavor but mouth feel was terrible. Pizza sticks, was bread sticks with cheese melted on it with marinara dipping sauce... Kids like it but come on now. YOU'RE QUALITY HAS GONE DOWN HILL OVER THE LAST YEAR! Spent around $140 with tip for $25 worth of food and I have not even talked about the service. It was not busy. Drinks, just drinks took 20 minutes to order and 15 minutes to get them. Another 30 minutes to order food. 40 minutes to get it and the kids food was served last. Salads took forever. My sons salad came after his main meal!
