If I could leave two reviews I would!!! We have been twice this week and hopefully a 3rd while we are still here! Food is outstanding and exceeded expectations!! The chef definitely knows what they are doing! Jonathan is amazing we have had him for service twice at the bar outside and he had extensive knowledge of the menu. Shelley was wonderful and gave friendly service and wonderful conversation!! We will be back and I highly highly recommend. The dining room is nice and the back bar is a gorgeous view of the boats and dock. Sesame crusted tuna, fried grouper bites, scallops and asp, seafood boil Alaska crab, mussels, shrimp, local sausage, potatoes and corn of course. The stunner for us was the baked oysters absolutely amazing!!!

Zeke’s Restaurant had an upbeat atmosphere and great sunset views off the marina. Michael was our wonderful, exquisite waiter. He was very knowledgeable of the menu and gave us expert recommendations on additions we could add to our meals to enhance our experience. Michael also ensured our birthday candles were lit on our dessert and offered to take photos for us. :) Overall the cocktails, dinner and dessert were all phenomenal! We hope to visit again in the future!

Avery was the absolute best server ever! Gave us phenomenal service and had an amazing upbeat attitude the entire time. The vibes were perfect, great experience!!! Def try their espresso martini 😍

This was our family and my first time at Zeke’s and we had a wonderful experience! Chelsea was our server and she was amazing. Attentive, friendly, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. My daughter kept trying to steal my husband’s lemon out of his water (kids 😅) and Chelsea went and got a whole cup full of lemons without us even having to ask. She made sure we were taken care of the whole time which was so appreciated. The atmosphere is perfect (we ate outside) and the food is delicious. Highly recommend!

From the start to the end of the meal it was amazing! Seriously the best meal we had in the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area. We started with 3 appetizers (calamari, veggie tempura & one other one that I am unable to remember). There were no leftovers that’s for sure. 4 out of 8 of us had the halibut chef’s special. One person had a filet, another a red snapper and another a pork chop. My 3 years old had butter noodles. Then we all had either the crème brûlée or the brownie w/ sea salt caramel ice cream. Both were amazing desserts. Our waitress, I want to say named Gabby was amazing from start to finish. She was really patient with us. Filled our drinks when needed and asked if we wanted to take any drinks to go. The ambience is spectacular!

The blackened Cobia was out of this world! Service by Jennifer top notch! Thank you for an amazing dinner and experience.

The service from Keith was exceptional. Grover bites, crab cakes, wedge salad and Crème Brûlée . Elevated flavors and awesome service. Highly recommend Zeke’s.

Visited in early June. Made reservations for 16. Julia and Skylor took care of our two outside tables with great care! Everyone had something different from raw oysters to salmon to salads to seafood tower. Every morsel was fabulous! Sitting outside at 6 pm wasn't bad due to the slide down screens to block the sun. Fans would be a good touch as it gets into Summer. Very happy with our experience! Walk the docks after dinner to see the fishermen coming in, pretty boats and of course blue herons perching nearby.

We went to Zeke’s Restaurant last night. Drew was our server and she was great, very friendly, she went over the specials with us and we decided on their scallops. It was delicious, and the view was amazing! We will definitely go back!

Second time here for a date night and we had a great time, food was wonderful as before. Carter was our waiter and did an outstanding job, asked about any allergies or restrictions after introducing himself. We asked him to take our picture at the table and it turned out really good. Thanks Carter!

There is a REASON (multiple actually) this spot is sitting at a 4.9 rating. The location is beautiful & offers serene views of the charter boats making their way to & fro. Both indoor & outdoor atmosphere is perfect for date night, family gatherings and anything in between. Service was wonderful. Zoë was friendly, knowledgeable & never let our drinks get low. The grouper bites were incredible & the surf & turf burger was among one of the BEST burgers I’ve ever had. Will be back as soon as I can!

We love this restaurant. Only been here twice but they hit it out the park each time. Friendly, open & service is excellent. Everything on the menu is pretty good. Lobster roll was perfect. We will be back again.

The menu and food were both really impressive, but what really made our night was the service. Susie our waitress went above and beyond to make sure our party of five had the best* experience possible. From explaining menu items to giving great drink recommendations, she really knew her stuff. Thinking of going to Zeke’s? Ask for Susie and you can be sure to enjoy your meal! Also: the filet is fire. 🔥

This was our first time at Zeke’s and we will definitely be back! Our waitress, Ronna was AMAZING! She was very knowledgeable about the menu and specials. She also had the best personality! The food was top tier!! 10/10!

Absolutely amazing experience. Our food was cook perfectly. I had a dish, a Chilean sea bass drizzled with pineapple sauce on coconut rice, amazing. Our server Dylan was fantastic. He was very nice, and knowledgeable with the menu. I would recommend asking for him to serve your table when you dine here.

Zeke’s was my first stop after arriving for a 4-day vacation, conveniently located across from my Airbnb condo. We dined out for every meal, and this place stood out. Our group of four was promptly seated outside by the docks. Despite the warm weather, the view made it worthwhile. We visited on a busy Monday night around 6 PM, but the service remained excellent. The food and drinks were outstanding, and the prices were fair.

Our first time dining at Zeke’s was such a great first impression!! We will most certainly be returning! We had Drew and Justice as our servers, and they were fantastic! They were incredibly attentive, knowledgeable about the entire menu, so helpful, had great table side manner- and I’d come back anytime just for them! I had a lobster roll- which was actual perfection. My husband had crab cakes which were phenomenal. And we split calamari- which was some of the best we’ve had! Over all- the atmosphere is incredible, especially if you’re sitting outside like we did. 10/10 will be returning again!

Literally one of the best restaurants we've been to down in orange beach. Service is always so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and they never rush you. Tonight our server was the lovely Ronna. She is SO authentically kind and gave us some great suggestions of other things to do in the area WHILE providing incredible service . We will be back. We were so fortunate to get to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary here. It was so memorable in the best way. We got to sit next to the marina and enjoy a view of the ocean. Plenty of shade and we enjoyed the ocean breeze. We tried the grouper bites and they were delicious. We were already planning to try them but when our waitress, Ronna recommended it, it was an easy choice. She also recommended the whole yellow snapper. He loved it! And I tried the tuna. So good! Honestly I couldn't say enough nice things about our experience here. And I wish Ronna could come home with us. She was so sweet! Really personal and funny and she went above and beyond to help keep our toddler happy. Just a really lovely time here at Zeke's. Wish we lived closer so we can come more often.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Zeke’s is a must if you’re in Orange Beach/ Gulf Shores! We made a reservation ahead of time, so it was great to be seated right away with no wait. The restaurant itself is gorgeous—the decor and the view were unmatched! The menu had a ton of great options, so everyone in our group found something they loved. Our waitress, Katherine, was AMAZING! Super friendly, quick, patient, and gave us great recommendations. She really made the whole experience even better! I went with the Shrimp Scampi, and it was absolutely delicious. Light but packed with flavor and cooked just right. And do not skip the Brussels sprouts! They were tossed in a honey mustard type glaze — I could eat them like candy. You could even order them as an appetizer to share.

This is our 4th time to Zeke’s, it’s so good that we usually come twice during our week’s stay. Our server Keith was great, super helpful with his explanations, friendly and attentive. A very kind member of staff gave the kids in our party quarters for the fish food machine and made their night! The location itself is great for kids, we usually walk around and look at the boats if there is a wait or feed the fish using the food from the machines. The lobster roll is to die for! We will be back!

First time at Zeke’s last weekend, it was astounding! 🤩 We came with clients for your Hook & Cook; with fish they had caught earlier that day. Very impressed with the docks, restaurant decor overall, cleanliness of the bathrooms - LOVE the scare tactic of the giant fish as you round the corner to RR, several of us chuckled in the ladies about that, ha! 🤭🫣🤣 You have lovely table settings in and out, a beautiful covered seating area complete with chandelier, staff was attentive and well met. Everyone was so very polite and kind - they explained the menus and other offerings, kept everything clean. Isabella took great care of us, thank you very much ma’am, we appreciate you and hope you got time off to visit your fam! ☺️ Looking forward to next time…🎣😋

I have to say I loved the food everything was delicious and came on time. We went on 08/17 around 8pm we got seated. My husband made a reservation and put “birthday” not sure if the waitress/waiter is at least supposed to greet you or applaud you for occasion wise but we didn’t get anything. The waitress was not giving customer service at all and I can say I’m not the only one who thought that. The couple beside us thought the same thing and said it out loud and we heard. For example you can see how the small the table is and we wanted refills we didn’t say anything our waitress saw it on her own and came back with the pitcher and started pouring it in our drinks with ice so what happened ? The ice fell on the table and almost landed in the mashed potatoes along with some Coke not once did she say “sorry” or “excuse me” she left the pitcher there knowing space is so limited. Even the employee who was running our food had a smile on his face and was so nice and respectful that’s customer service. The hosts and the food runners were super nice and welcoming but our waitress was not.

Katelynn was so helpful and great about giving us details about the food. She recommended food to my friend and she was so happy about her choice. The food was amazing and the ambiance and service was top notch.

Chelsea was so nice. She had suggestions on what was good. We loved everything. We will be back. Hope Chelsea is here to be our server.

Zeke’s is always well worth the short drive over to Orange Beach when we visit Gulf Shores! A must! Our server, Jennifer, made the experience even better. Personable and never missed a beat. Seamless service! We love the crispy veggie appetizer & the bread pudding is to die for. Just go! We have never been disappointed.

We had a fantastic dinner! The Chilean Sea Bass, Scallops and Blackened Cobia were outstanding. Best meal and we had during our stay in Orange Beach. And, our server Drew, was fabulous. Such a delight and so knowledgeable of every dish. We look forward to returning!

Isabella and Ansleigh went above and beyond for my large party of friends and coworkers. Excellent food, friendly personable service....couldn't ask for anything better. Great place to enjoy fresh-caught fish! The specials were also phenomenal! Moroccan-style red snapper and brussel sprouts were decadent.

Was a lovely dinner. Food was excellent. Ronna was a pleasure. We ate outside and was a perfect evening for that. The porch was heated and very comfortable. We will be back!

Food and atmosphere are amazing. Both the food presentation and taste were very good. The authentic and neat decor of the restaurant makes for a great setting to your meal. Additionally, we were very happy that the food and drinks were all served in non-plastic dishware.

My Thanksgiving plans fell apart, and I resigned myself to eating sliced deli, turkey on dry sourdough at home and being thankful for that but out of the blue Google maps showed me a restaurant called Zeke’s and when I called, they said that, though their reservations were full they would take me as a walk in. I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful my Thanksgiving was because of the wonderful staff cooks and owners of Zeke’s restaurant in Orange Beach Alabama the turkey plate that I had was literally perfection the flight of mimosas and the view of the yachts in the marina didn’t hurt. The manager created us and even improved our view and adjusted the music. This is 5 Star service. Our waiter Tony, who was kind enough to forgo his Thanksgiving dinner with family to help serve. Mine was patient and pleasant and accommodating. We will be back again and again.

Our server Drew, is very attentive, polite, and friendly. She shared the menu beautifully. I see why it's a the top of reviews. The staff is friendly and informative. Coming from out of town, this was a delightful experience with a great view of the water. The food was amazing!! And so were the drinks, the peach margarita was smooth and delicious.

It was our last night of vacation and we decided to eat at Zeke’s and they did not disappoint! The atmosphere was so alive & the food was phenomenal! The best we had staying at orange beach. We ate grouper bites, pan-seared salmon & the lobster roll… SO GOOD! Our waiter, Jonathan, was friendly and went above & beyond to make sure our meal and time there was excellent. Thank you Jonathan & thank you Zekes! We will be back!

We absolutely enjoyed our dinner here! We were visiting for the week and this place was at the top of our list for spots to try. The food was delicious. The drinks were perfect. Our server, Isabella, was absolutely amazing and so incredibly friendly. She told us about the specials and was so fun! I had a flounder special with some type of creole sauce and it was absolute perfection!

Justice the manager was attentive and helpful both nights and I can’t say enough about our server Ronna! She was everything you would want in a server. She was friendly with the children and helpful and attentive. Very sweet girl! Made our experience!

Incredible service and even better seafood. I ordered a pound of crab legs, and they were boiled perfectly — so good I immediately asked for another pound. The mashed potatoes and dirty rice were also excellent, and the cocktails were on point. The atmosphere is lively, and the outdoor patio seating is great. Zeke’s clearly knows what they’re doing. Highly recommend if you’re craving good food and a great dining experience with large group. Ask for Chelsea she's a positive and attentive server!

Staff was excellent. Abby and Chelsea waited on our large party. They were attentive and made sure we had all we needed. I highly recommend Zekes for casual dining or upscale dining. I loved the food. The tables are not super close which was sooo nice to enjoy your own party.

I really loved how we got seated right away. There was no wait. The server Tessa was very friendly, attentive, polite,efficient. Also she was always checking on us. She helped us order appetizers and our entrees. Our food was delicious. I ordered a shrimp scampi, it was 10/10 and my husband ordered a tomahawk steak 10/10. We really loved the dessert, crème brûlée was so sweet and creamy. 10/10

Went here for a special occasion, and it was fantastic! All seven of us loved our food. We ordered appetizers, entrées, and dessert. We were greeted with friendly faces, and they even remembered our baby’s name when we left. Our server, Julia, was amazing—she was attentive and made the night even better. Highly recommend! I had the crab cakes and Brussels sprouts—so good!

I measure a restaurants service quality two ways. One, if my drink gets empty (I drink slowly) and two, if there’s a problem are they fast to fix it. Service here met and exceeded my expectations. Our waiter did a great job making suggestions. Getting us drinks. And fixing the one issue we had. Burger was a tad overcooked. They fixed it and the next one was perfect. Loved the grouper bites and both tuna appetizers. I had the special, the halibut. It was excellent. Hubby had the surf and turf burger, he said it was good overall. The manager, Justice stopped by, super nice guy. They pride themselves on service and it shows. Very appreciative of making a great dinner for our family.

Isabella was amazing and took such good care of us! Not only did she suggest great food choices to us she was so aware of celiac and gluten allergies! The pork chop was amazing! Taste like steak! And the fish wow!!! Crab legs were outstanding as well! She also took our picture!! We will be back again!

Our server Isabella was so nice. I loved how she asked upfront about any food allergies. She always had a lovely smile on her face and good eye contact. Food was delicious. Loved being able to sit outside under a beautifully decorated canopy enjoying the perfect weather and watching the marina activity.

I stopped in at Zeke’s Marina for a quick bite with family to watch the Ohio State versus Michigan Rory game, and ended up having one of the best meals I’ve had in OB. The seared Aji tuna was spot on fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Paired it with a couple of ice cold Modelo’s, and honestly, that’s a tough combo to beat. Great food, relaxed vibe, and solid service. Five stars all day. TESSA ROCKED… fun bartender.

You can't go wrong with zekes. Beautiful view and the food is spot on. Loved our paloma and spicy marg for drinks! The tempura vegetables and oysters are solid apps. The Chilean sea bass was buttery and cooked to perfection. Rice was so so on it but overly all the fish was incredible. Lobster roll was a great one, but we wished the fries were better. Fettuccine was awesome, felt lighter than some others around town, you could eat more of it! Creme brulee was good. We love zeke's.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Star Google Review for Zeke’s Restaurant in Orange Beach Alabama If you are in the Gulf Shores or Orange Beach area and craving amazing seafood with a view, Zeke’s is an absolute must visit. We had such a great experience from start to finish. We sat outside right by the water and the atmosphere was perfect. Relaxing, family friendly, and full of that coastal breeze that just makes everything taste better. The service was great and our server had some excellent recommendations. To start, we ordered the calamari and wow it was out of this world. Perfectly crispy, tender inside, and served with a fun slightly spicy marinara sauce that really kicked it up a notch. If you are ordering it for kids, I recommend asking for the sauce on the side since it does have a little heat. For the kids, we got the fried shrimp and the fried fish and they absolutely loved both. My seven year old daughter even went for the Brussels sprouts as her side and she could not stop talking about how good they were. Really really really good. My wife had the scallops which were perfectly cooked. Sweet, tender, and beautifully seared. I went with the blackened Cobia and it was one of the best fish dishes I have had in a long time. Our server suggested pairing it with the whipped red mashed potatoes and I am so glad I listened. They were smooth, flavorful, and a perfect match for the fish. Even though I was not drinking that night, I enjoyed an ice cold nonalcoholic Heineken which paired surprisingly well with the seafood. All in all, Zeke’s nailed it from food to atmosphere to service. Whether you are visiting with family or looking for a nice date night spot by the water, you will love it here. We will definitely be back next time we are in town.

We had our son’s rehearsal dinner here for 22 people. WOW! This was the perfect atmosphere, food and service for what we were wanting. The tent patio was perfect and pretty. Randall and Haze were incredible. They anticipated and took care of everyone’s needs. The food was absolutely delicious and they were very kind to accommodate us and even set up the tables as we requested. Highly recommend!!

We had an amazing experience tonight at Zeke’s. Our waiter, Keith was amazing! Not only did he take the time to give very detailed descriptions of many menu items. He took the time to make sure we knew what we were getting. I’d drive back from Little Rock just to sit at his table again. Food was amazing. Service was spectacular!

We had an overall wonderful experience! Avery was our server and did outstanding! Very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu! Our food came out quickly and was delicious!! Several managers visited the table to make sure everything came out good, and they staff really paid attention to everyone!! This was our first time and we will definitely be back!

The food here was absolutely delicious, the staff is super friendly, very attentive and top notch. We will definitely be going here again. We ordered the ribeye with roasted asparagus as a side. My husband got a side salad and the creamed mashed potatoes for his side. Everything was perfect. We got the calamari as an appetizer....It was delicious. All of the seafood that was on display was fresh and on ice. The restaurant was clean and a great setting.

Zeke’s is our top favorite restaurant in OrangeBeach. Every December we dine here multiple times. The staff & food are always fantastic! This go around we tried theSeafood Tower! The seafood tower fed 4 adults & an 11 year old! Worth every penny. We love seafood. 🦞 Drinks- We tried the Lemon Drop & Espresso martinis. Calamari for our appetizer, Seafood Tower & Crème Brûlée for dessert. See you guys December 2026. ❤️Seriously-the best food in all of OrangeBeach. We also dined outside- the weather was absolutely AMAZING in December. The heaters were a perfect touch. We loved seeing all the boats out on the Marina.

We had a wonderful experience at Zeke’s in Orange Beach, Alabama, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we sat down, our server Chelsea was absolutely fantastic—very prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable, answering every question we had and making sure we were pleased with everything throughout our meal. The service truly stood out. We also had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Justice, and I can’t say enough good things about him; it’s clear he’s running a top-notch restaurant and takes pride in both his staff and the guest experience. The food was outstanding and beautifully prepared. My wife had the red snapper, which tasted incredible, and I ordered the fried fish, perfectly coated in cornmeal and cooked just right—not greasy at all. Great food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere made for an all-around excellent dining experience. We had a great time and would absolutely recommend Zeke’s.

I’ve been here twice. Both times the food is exceptional like a TV culinary shelf prepared it. And a shout out to three amazing servers and bartender, Macy, Chase and Tessa. They are wonderful and helpful people. And they really know their jobs, they take care of people very well. Very impressed with this restaurant, the food and the people.

Everything was fabulous - from the freshest oysters to crab legs and melt in your mouth sea bass! Dessert was banana foster bread pudding and creme brûlée! Our waiter Mike C was tremendous and took care of everything. Highly recommend Zeke's!!

This was our first time here and we were blown away. The service was amazing, we showed up to our reservation 15 minutes early and were seated right away. The host, our server, and all staff we interacted with throughout the night were awesome. Our server Mike was super attentive and friendly. The atmosphere really blew us out of the water. We went at night and all the lights and fires were so pretty. The food was absolutely amazing. The tables didn't have salt, pepper, or steak sauce, I got a few bites in before my plan to request all that went out the window, it didn't need it. I can't remember the last time (if ever) I went out to eat without touching the salt or pepper shaker. That by itself was so impressive to me. The filet mignon was the perfect texture and doneness, the whipped red potatoes were creamy and rich without being too heavy, and the cherry tomatoes and frisée salad was a refreshing palate cleanser. My son had the fried shrimp kids meal and me and my husband were really impressed with both the shrimp and the fries. We ordered a skillet brownie for desert, which was more than enough for our family of 3 to share and absolutely delicious. We can't wait to come back!

Zeke’s is so good on its own but RONNA made it perfect! She should be a hospitality manager!! Attentive to our group of 20 people, she was just amazing. The food was so good too. They cooked the fish that our husbands caught that day on a boat of their marina. I will definitely be back.

Wow! We were blown away with the service, care of my allergy needs (Celiacs), atmosphere, views, and delicious food at Zeke's. Julia was by far one of the best servers we have ever encountered. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was incredible and the service was genuinely warm and welcoming. Avery and Justice made our anniversary celebration one of the most memorable experiences we’ve had. Their attention and kindness made us feel like family, not just another table. We highly recommend this place for any occasion.

Last year we had Avery as our server, and she was absolutely incredible. Her kindness and attention to detail set the bar so high that the marina, the breeze, the food, and her service became a memory we wanted to turn into a tradition. This year, Lindsey took such beautiful care of us. She, the staff, and the manager made us feel instantly at home, like we were longtime regulars instead of travelers passing through. The atmosphere on the marina is unbeatable, the food is consistently fantastic, and the service is the kind that stays with you long after you leave. We’re already looking forward to next year. Zeke’s has officially become our place — worth every mile to return For Thanksgiving.

Amazing experience Chelsea was great but so was the rest of the team. One critique the price of the meal and the money they make and to put the CC charge back on me I think was a tacky move. Many team members came to out table and were very conversational and interested in our experience. And the food was amazing. I was expecting to try the scallops. Chelsea was friendly and terrific! I know it sounds crazy but my brother ordered the pork and it was the best pork chop I've ever had. I had the tuna carpaccio, and others at the table had the seared tuna, the Gulf Shrimp platter, and the grouper dinner. Only complaint was at the grouper was not very big. Other than that we would definitely come back! Definitely need a reservation

My kiddos were in town for Spring Break and this was the family night dinner! Chelsea was our server and she was fantastic. Gorgeous views, delicious food and the most incredible service. We could not have asked for a better dinner!

We had Isabella when we went to Zeke’s recently and she was absolutely lovely! Very friendly, made great food recommendations, and was very accommodating with our little baby. Justice the manager also stopped by and was very friendly. Great place to come for good food, even with kiddos.

Tessa was absolutely the best! She had excellent suggestions for a mocktail and made the best old fashions too. Her information on places to go and things to see around the area were very helpful too! Tessa made us feel welcomed and appreciated too.

We had such a great experience at Zeke’s! From the moment we sat down, everything was spot on. The table started with the white bean hummus and it was absolutely delicious — creamy, flavorful, and the perfect way to kick off the meal. I ordered the swordfish special with garlic mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts, and it was amazing. The fish was cooked perfectly and paired so well with the sides. Every bite was incredible. The service was just as impressive as the food. Shout out to Drew for being on top of everything — attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better.

Pero cumplieron mis expectativas y Tuvimos una experiencia muy positiva mi familia muy feliz todo les encantó. Gracias Kennedy por tu buen servicio los visitaremos el próximo año.❤️

We actually ate at the outdoor bar area. Got a seat right away when the main restaurant had an hour long wait. They did have a limited menu outside, but food was great! The scenery was amazing! Our only problem was a younger bartender/waitress that helped us was not very attentive or good. She never asked me what kind of salad dressing I wanted, then took forever to bring the correct one. She said I could not leave off the bread from my burger. So after eating my burger without the bread I showed her it could be done. Felt like she was rolling her eyes at us the whole time. But the food was good and the scenery was amazing at sunset. Just make sure you get a more experienced staff.

I had the salmon with asparagus and was disappointed that they didn’t actually season the salmon. The butter sauce added a little flavor but otherwise it was bland. It was cooked well. My mom loved her fried grouper with slaw and fries.

It's got a great feel. It's a pretty huge restaurant that seems on the newer side. Upon the entrance, you're greeted by some very fresh looking seafood on ice. On this day we chose the deck outside. The service was quite on top of everything. Two items were chosen. The lobster roll was good, but was a tad light on the butter. Fries were excellent. The other item was the Greek salad. Unfortunately, they forgot the chicken, but other than that, a solid meal.

Had an incredible time at Zeke’s! The food and atmosphere were great, but Drew really made the experience. She was attentive, super friendly, and had the best recommendations—she honestly felt more like a friend than just our server. If you’re heading in, definitely ask for her section if you want top-tier service!

Our food was amazing and the restaurant was beautiful. We had a reservation but waited for over 20 minutes before we were approached. That’s not a huge deal but our server, Skyler, was so rude. When he came to the table I guess you could see our frustration in our faces, he said “was I not fast enough?” Just very condescending. We tried to move on from his condescending demeanor but for the rest of the night he never warmed up.

was very interested in this place. Seeing it had a 4.9 rating with over 15,000 reviews .... I thought wow this must be really special. I was sorely mistaken . My companion and I had the blackened Cobia as well as the lobster roll. I'll first start with the Cobia... it was described of course as being blackened and served atop classic dirty rice with a conecuh sausage and crawfish gravy.... Now I'm a big fan of dirty rice, and this was the worst dirty rice I've ever had. The zatarains from a box is way better than this. It was dry as can be, there was no dirtiness to it, which could be sausage or livers or something, and it had beans!!! Never in my life have I had beans in dirty rice. It had almost no flavor. Now had I had more than an eighth of a cup of gravy on my plate I could have mixed it together but it was such a small amount of gravy, which was also disappointing, as there was no chunks of sausage nor any crawfish in this gravy... evidently it's all pureed. It had an interesting flavor but there wasn't much of it. The cobia was nice and warm, however, the blackening needs to be kicked up several notches. Lobster roll was very average and really didn't have a whole lot of lobster. We also should have noted that a sauce was going to be poured over the lobster and had that on the side as the flavoring of the sauce overpowered the lobster. Very underwhelming for $38. We also had the poke as an appetizer. The tuna was tasty and fresh, but the presentation was a little off-putting as it was tossed in a bowl.. we prefer it much better when it's neat and stacked as most high quality restaurants do.

We were visiting Gulf Shores, while on vacation and decided to give Zeke's a try since we've been here multiple times and had never eaten there. We decided to eat outside since it was a nice evening. The waiter was very nice and attentive the entire time we were there. The scenery is nice with a boat dock right outside the restaurant. Now for the issues. The prices are entirely too high for the portions that you get. The cornbread with sausage and crawfish was excellent, probably my favorite dish they have. The calamari was very bland and the portion was very small. I decided to get the fried fish plate for my entrée. For $28, I received one small filet, with fries, coleslaw and zippy sauce, which I'm not real sure what that is. My wife and son got the fried shrimp plate, which was also $28 and they received 8 shrimp, fries and coleslaw. My daughter in law got the crab cakes, which cost $36 and that came with two crab cakes, which were undercooked and a tomato type side salad. I will say that I'm not one to complain about prices, as my wife and I are foodies and don't mind paying for quality food. This was not quality food, it was average at best. We're from New Orleans and definitely know what great food is. We were very disappointed overall and will not return to Zeke's.
