Our recent dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings truly exceeded expectations, largely thanks to the phenomenal service we received. It was honestly the best service I've encountered in a long time, making our meal incredibly enjoyable. From the moment we were seated, the vibrant atmosphere of BWW was exactly what we were looking for, but it was our server, Anthony, who made the evening truly special. He was incredibly attentive and efficient, ensuring our wings came out hot and fresh, and that our table was always well-managed. What truly set him apart, however, were the drinks he created. Anthony crafted some of the best cocktails I've had – perfectly balanced, refreshing, and clearly made with skill. It’s not every day you get that level of mixology at a casual dining spot! His friendly demeanor and proactive service made us feel truly cared for throughout our entire dinner. We left feeling completely satisfied and already planning our next visit. Anthony truly delivered a 'perfect service' experience

Honestly, I come here for free wing Tuesdays almost every Tuesday along with their happy hour. The staff at the bar is amazing. They remember your name, they remember your order, they are friendly and attentive. Honestly it's a pretty great place to be for happy hour and the prices are pretty good too. These nachos in the picture are only $6 and the beer is a blue moon large for only 5.
Incredible food and decent experience. It was pretty loud there considering it wasn’t busy at all. Would come again, especially if a game was on because the screens are huge
Service was great nothing to complain there but sadly this visit I got an order of cheese curds which are sinfully so delicious there but they have two sizes: regular and basket size so being with a large group I ordered the basket size and got this served to me (picture- had only snacked on 3 curds by this point before I just had to get photo proof). I order these all the time and I understand they serve them in trays now instead of "baskets" but this was even less than I recieved on the regular size curds I ordered on my previous visit. I couldn't really get much of an honest answer on this but kindly the server was very apologetic and the manager did remove it from my bill and provide us with more curds as an apology so all is well that ends well although now their rewards points app still took my points off for the curds order so unfortunately may have to waste time fighting that. I still highly recommend cheese curds though just make sure you get enough cause they are delicious and wonderful to share with people. BWW if your reading this just make sure your portions make us keep coming back and I'm sure we will all be plenty happy :)
Bacon Hatch smash burger was phenomenal! Medium-rare, and juicy, the condiments did not fade out the taste of the burger. It was amazing. The fries were fresh, a little too salty for my taste. They were not over salted, I just don't put salt on my fries. It was just before the lunch rush. Our food was out within minutes of ordering. After that, service faded out. We waited 28 minutes for our server to come near us to ask for our check. That is the only complaint I have.
This place has really gone downhill. The online ordering is fine except it has not improved. The quality of service. Servers were nice enough. The food was extremely disappointing. It took a very long time to come out and when it did it was very overdone and lukewarm. Also there were five baby carrots just thrown on top of the wings which was extremely unappetizing. I think it's getting to the point that it's just not worth coming here.

11-11-24 This whole experience was a great disappointment... 😞 I will not be returning... I ordered 10 wings fries and a beer. The boneless wings were dry and tasted sour like the meat as spoiled, I could only eat one, and was on the toilet within 20 minutes after eating it, (that should explain the sour taste) the fries were just barley OK, the only thing that was good was the beer And that came from a bottle... but the slice of lime that came with my beer must have 3 to 4 days old, I mean it was totally dried out and I wasn't offered a frosty mug, I had to go find the waitress to ask for a mug. I don't think the waitress new what the responsibilities of her job were. 🤔 The service was very slow and not at all attentive to the customers needs which is important for positive customer experience. There was only one employee to cover the bar and entire restaurant serving area, And only one employee working in the kitchen, like I said the service was very slow, there were 12 people waiting to be seated with tons of open seats but no employees available to seat or wait on these customers. 🙄 This dinning experience was Anything But satisfying or positive, I will not be coming back... I paid in cash and received 14 one dollar bills for change, when I asked for larger bills the waitress said the restaurant cash registers only had one dollar bills (NOT VERY CONVINCINGLY) it seems to me the waitress was not trying to provide good customer service, nor was interested in creating a positive customer experience. 😑 Like I said earlier I won't be coming back and I will share my negative experiences with my friends and family to ensure they do not, have a similar experience. Besides I cook far superior wings than Buffalo Wild Wings ever could or does. If you want superior wings I mean really good wings, you know what I mean real bone-in Buffalo wings, then go to The Capri Bar and Grill on Katella avenue. Their wings are the best I've tasted outside of Buffalo New York. The wings are fat and jucy and cooked nice and crispy 😋 and the fries are to die for, oh yeah the Beer is ice cold and delicious. I love BWW! However. At this location, everything was off when we walked in. A sign at the front said hi tops in the bar are self-service or wait for a host. There was no one there even after we sat ourselves at the bar. We got 1 of the 2 open hi tops. The table was covered in food. We waited too long to get help from 1 of the 3 employees who seemed to be running everything. An amazing waitress showed up and got us drinks and cleaned the table. The food service was slow. It was MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL. My $34 wings were small and lacking substantial meat. Long waits to get refills. Watched our beers, get warm, and sit at the bar not being picked up. A long wait to figure out how to pay. We tipped the amazing waitress 22% and left for Brusters' Ice Cream.

The service was very slow, there was one employee to cover the entire bar and dinning area and only one employee working the kitchen That is not enough employees to provide good customer service or a positive customer experience. The wings tasted sour, like the meat was spoiled, the fries not very good, the only item I ordered that was good was the beer and that came from a bottle, but no frosty mug I had to track down the waitress to ask for a frosty mug, oh yeah the slice of lime that came with the beer was completely dried out it must have been 3 or 4 days old. I paid in cash and received 14 single dollar bills, when I asked the waitress for larger bills she stated that the restaurant cash registers only have single dollar bills, (Not a very convincingly). Like I said the waitress was not trying to provide good customer service Or a positive customer experience. If you want really good buffalo wings, I suggest that you try The Capri Bar and Grill on Katella in Orange. Our food took a lonnng time to come and when it did all 4 flavors of wings were just piled on a tray together. My mom doesn’t do well with spicy food and one of the flavors was quite spicy but there was no way to know which wings were the spicy ones. Also there were no paper towels or air dryers in the men’s OR women’s bathrooms. When I mentioned this to an employee she said, without looking at me, she’d tell a manager. It felt like I was bothering her. It then took more than 20 minutes for someone to refill the paper towels. Lastly, our side order of celery and carrot sticks was pretty pathetic looking. At least the food was cheap with their promotion and most of the employees were friendly and helpful.
My friends enjoyed their boneless wings (I've always liked them too), however, this visit I ordered the All-American Cheeseburger, which I found to be slightly below average in taste and texture, and far below average in size (especially when priced near $15). The cheeseburger was slightly larger than the smallest McDonald's cheeseburger but with two patties. To be fair, it and the french fries which came with it were pretty much as pictured on the menu and their website. However, neither of these pictures have anything to provide scale, so I've added this photo next to my iPhone 14 Pro.
I used to love this place however it's seriously gone downhill. The service is abysmal (including the management). Took forever to get our drinks and it wasn't busy. The food came out in 10 minute blocks so our party couldn't eat together. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Get your act together.
I got scammed. 2 stars for having food and okay service at first. It took like 10-15 mins for them to acknowledge I was even waiting to be seated. After this the service was fair. The often struggle with service when I've gone so I was pleasantly surprised and ready to leave a big tip (hoping to all go to the waitress). They brought the bill and it was supposed to be buy one get 1 free (on the app and when I called earlier to confirm it explicitly said "free" ) so I was surprised to see it only applied buy 1 get 1 50% off. Now I wanted to fix this so I pointed out the error. The Waitress claimed the manager did the math and she went over it multiple times and it adds up correctly. The bill was supposed to be $45 and I had $65 in cash for the Waitress, but between her and her manager it added up. I got 2 orders of wings and 2 waters. So with 1 order of wings being $44 I can't fathom that the 2 orders of water were $10 each. They said maybe taxes (which was explicitly on the bill at $4.50) and maybe there is a secret taxes. Otherwise someone scammed me.
I went to this bww a couple weeks ago and had a bad experience with the lead bar tender named "Emily" . When we first got there we sat at her area and we waited for about 30 minutes and she still didn't attend us until another server came and took our order " shout out to Luna" who came to take our order. We ordered beer first then food, after the first round of beers we ordered 2 more which I saw her pour half way into the glass and just left it there and continued to do other things. That beer sat there for about 20 minutes getting hot (I'm guessing the keg ran out) so she went to replace it and then filled that same half beer (which was now warm), BUT she poured the wrong beer that I did not ask for, which then Luna came to hand me the beer and i let her know I would not be taking it since it was sitting there for a good minute. (I think she put the wrong keg at the wrong beer location because it was not the same color). You can see she was frustrated like if it was our fault for returning the beer WHICH WE STILL PAID FOR).
Placed an online order thinking it was for the Outlets at Orange location but it got placed at the Village instead. When I finally got my food it was cold because this location doesn’t have a small oven to keep the food warm. Plus the wings were very dry and over baked. Bad experience overall. *Update: I spoke to a manager and they apologized for the inconvenience. A small refund was given and they explained I can request the food be remade if it’s cold. I may give it another try in the future.
I ordered only a large fries to go, and even though the place wasn’t busy like it usually is, it took exactly 40 minutes to get my order. I kept checking in with the staff, and each time they just said they would let me know, but the communication was poor and the wait was still very long for such a basic item. The fries themselves were tasty, but the service and delay were really disappointing.
Not the best experience. It took 45 min to get our main food. It looks like they are mixing Vodka into Margarita, my partner she threw up at home right after returning, food tasted like reheated from the previous order.
Took a while to get attended to, they seemed busy since everyone decided to be out today - nonetheless the food was pretty good but what are these wing portions??? They really gave me the ozempic chicken 💀 maybe this location isn’t the best, the flavors are good though. Maybe if they increase their staff and get a better distributor with bigger chicken haha
I really enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings and the Village Way location is the closest to my house, so I keep going back, but honestly, the takeout service here needs serious improvement. Every single time I arrive at my scheduled pickup time, an employee tells me that my food is still being cooked or just being worked on. It defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead. The difference between this location and the Buffalo Wild Wings at the Outlets of Orange is night and day. At the Outlets, my order is always ready on time and there’s always an employee available in the takeout area. At Village Way, no one is at the takeout station, and you end up standing awkwardly near the hostess stand waiting for someone to notice you. I’ll probably keep ordering from Village Way because of convenience, but I really hope management gets their act together. Customers shouldn’t have to wait this long for food they ordered well in advance. If you want a smoother and quicker takeout experience, I recommend going to the Outlets of Orange location instead.
Got there and were seated at the bar forcefully basically. Then we got seated and had to ask for a menu. Waited 20 minutes and never got our order taken or even asked if we wanted something to drink, so we just left poor bar girl. Has to take orders and make drinks for the whole place. They need more people at the bar Area. Never going there again.
I had a bad experience two months ago and then I went again just recently to pick up a to go order when I got to the to go window. I stood there for 20 minutes before anyone ever acknowledge me. I went over to the other desk and waited another 10 minutes before someone finally came over to me and asked me if I needed to be seated. I said no I’m waiting for her to go order and I’ve been here for 30 minutes already. I’ve been waited for another 20 minutes so I was there in total 50mins waiting for my food
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE!!! I've given this place so many chances already because it's close by. And the last 5 times I've taken a break because of the bad experience and yet come back to the same. First, good luck getting acknowledged by anyone. They can pass by and not even look at you. Solution was sitting at the bar, but same thing. No one acknowledging you, can be 15min and not even a "just a sec".. and they aren't even busy!!! That's what I don't understand, if it were I totally get it. Second, the food!!!! Not only takes forever to come out cold, Stale, dry, whether it's the wings or fries. Im unfortunately a boneless person, so you can imagine the crumbs I get that count as wings. My guy is traditional, and many times wings cold and stale. Today was the last try we give them. I didn't even complain, never do. All I said was such a bummer out of 15 wings only like 7 were good. Why complain, no way a person working at BWW with minimum wage would give a damn lol so I didn't want to waste my time. I just won't be back. I'll take the drive to the Irvine location. This was the worst BWW that I've ever been to. Waited for 15 min to get acknowledged at the bar for a beer. The football was on and we asked for the sound and the manager were asked repeatedly for that but they refused. Once game was over asked for the dodgers game and the managers told the servers they wouldn't be changing any channels for anyone. Wow. I'm gonna chalk it to a bad night but I couldn't believe what I experienced. The bathrooms were decent but the towel dispenser was broken and some locals said to me they are always broken......
Don’t order food to go from here they take too long even if they’re slow. Never seen this before in other restaurants this is ridiculous . Horrible horrible service
Ordered door dash from here and it was one of the worst meals I can recall. I am only giving this a 1 star because I can't go any lower. Firstly they messed up my order giving me all boneless instead of traditional and also did not provide all flavors I ordered. Fries and wings were all stale and cold. It makes no sense to even provide flavor options when all you can taste is salt. Food was horrible I do not recommend.
This was the worse service ever me and my family came in at 9:00 and no one was up to take us to our table, and the chairs were up already like if they were closing they made us wait a while knowing we were all there. They close at 12:00 they started to make faces at us even the manager this is when we started to get bothered, when we sat down it took them a while to take our order. One of the servers even tells us he’s tired and said we were the problem and kicked us out. it was my cousins birthday we were calm and all sober
We went for the unlimited wings. It was okay the wait we did we expected it. Poor hosts were stressed out and helped us, she ended up seating us at the completely open bar after an hour. (Also seemed the hosts were fustrated with the way the servers were serving as i seen them have to check on tables multiple times) The first thing the bartender girl told us (may 15 @9:20) was “ok imma get to you guys whenever i can, i just got 3 other tables” didn’t even hand us a menu or barcode to scan (that we were told was already there),and then walks away with such a stank face. although it doesnt sound bad reading, she said it incredibly rude, you could tell the irritation in her face. I don’t get why we were seated if they clearly had no capacity, time to serve us, for that we could’ve waited outside still! She is not good at multitasking or communicating in a customer service way. Her attitude was horrible and Was super rude, we ended up leaving because of the way we felt we didnt care we waited one hour, we will not give service to someone who doesnt want it and is rude. I also seen another review about the bartender, I’m sure it was the same girl and if not, you guys forsure need more staff, or find a way to control or limit the seating as the unlimited wings called MANYS attention. You can tell there was NO preparation
Waited in the take out area a good 10 minutes…. Decided to go to hostess area but again not a person in site. By the time I found an employee they had to send a person to help… finally after about 15 minutes, they pulled my order from their warmer. Need to hire more people, and perhaps a lesson in customer service would benefit this restaurant!
horrible !! I waited more than 40 minutes for my order and when I asked to see manager I got attitude and even then I had to wait 20 more minutes to even see the manager. do not come here if you don’t wanna wait more than an hour for ur food.
Worst location i've ever came across, apart from them having only 1 server that literally only had 3 tables to wait they took over 30 mins to seat us and then the server was slow, didn't bother to even offer a refill, food came out and it was a 4/10. To end the night our total was $35 and change, when the server comes back with my receipt i see she charged over $75 dollars like how are you not paying attention to your job?? I get its a hold and its going to get readjusted after I SAW your mistake so beware guys coming to this location.

I went there on 1/20/24. We were told to order through the app with our phones. I ordered for my party and did not have any issues until the end. I was told i would pay through the app, there was no need to see the server (even if i wanted to, she was not very attentive). I paid and we got up and left. We then get called as she runs screaming we have an open tab. I looked at her and was confused since we had paid, well we go back just for them to accuse us of not paying, i told them i even took a screen shot of payment confirmation. Then they proceed to tell me that their system was down so I should pay again. This made no sense since she could’ve told me that I would have to pay with her instead of the app. There was customers and everyone just watching us as half the team go up to us and start saying we didn’t pay. It took the manager to reload the tablet to then tell me oh you did pay. “ your good” no apology or anything, we left embarrassed and confused as to why dint they tell me ahead of time instead of making this awkward moment for us.
I have always loved Buffalo Wild Wings—it’s my happy place. Their wings, especially the mango habanero and teriyaki, are my favorite. However, this particular location has been disappointing. It seems severely understaffed, which is common these days, but the customer service here is especially terrible, and the staff appears overworked. I appreciate their BOGO Thursdays, but during one visit, I ordered a 15-piece boneless wings expecting to receive 30 total, but we only got 25. Last Thursday was the worst experience. We never received our waters despite asking twice, and we were charged twice for our meal. When I visited the location on Sunday to request a refund, the manager assured me it would be processed on Monday. However, by Thursday, I discovered they had not processed it, and only did so after I called again. The manager then told me I could visit the location to pick up a receipt for the refund, which takes 3-7 business days to process. When I arrived, it took 20 minutes to get the receipt. I had to flag down two employees and remind them twice about my request, receiving only vague responses. It wasn’t until I mentioned that I had been waiting for 20 minutes that they finally acted. The customer service at this location is terrible. Do better!
This place has gone downhill. I ordered takeout, showed up 30 minutes later to pick up up and it took 15 minutes for anyone to even come acknowledge me. Then, it took another half an hour for my food to be ready. We were told the kitchen is short staffed and they were prioritizing people who were dining in for the game… screw that. Terrible service. They also gave me tiny boneless wings when I specifically ordered traditional. This place used to be great. Not sure what happened. Will not be back.

I’m a frequent flier at Buffalo Wild Wings but this has to be one of the worst service establishment I’ve ever been to. We got there around 4:20 and the place was super slow- our server only had one other table in her section. Our server took our order (apparently no kids menus cause they are out) and I thought everything would be fine for my kids and I. As several parents do I put in my kids order first while my niece and I were figuring out our orders. I ordered milk for my kids and water for adults all that came out first was water. 15-20 min later Then food came out. Our server never brought kids milk, silverware or another plate for my baby to eat off of. I went back to serving area and the entire team was more obsessed with the juke box then helping each other out or me. By the time we got what I requested my food was cold and then I was informed that they didn’t have milk so I ordered kids waters. Right towards the end of our meal they found milk at the bar and dropped it off. It was wild…..and none of the team members were willing to help each other either…they looked miserable. Idk but if you have kids I wouldn’t go to this one.
I do not recommend it, bad service, I have come a few times, always hoping that they will improve, but today was enough, we waited for an hour and they never served us, it is incredible the number of diners who left for the same reason, not only that but also the waiters and people who welcome you are not friendly at all, in short, it is the last chance I gave them. My family and I had a bad time, nobody has to go through that.
Decided to give this location another shot and today was a great reminder why i dont come to this bww.. no desire to come back at all. All employees just seem pissed off and annoyed to be at work. Service sucks. Cooks are horrible. All this falls on what appears to be bad management. My smash burger was charred soo badly on the outside yet undercooked on the inside, they also didnt add the bacon as requested and had to ask for that charge to be taken off. Had to flag down the bartender to order more drinks as she pretty much ignored our table. Dont mind waiting longer but keep my drinks a flowing. Had to ask multiple times for boxes and go up to the counter to finally get our check, as again she never came to check on us of give us our bill. Also multiple tables siting with old food and took 30 plus minutes to clear it and only reason it was cleaned off was because people sat down at the dirty table finally, as it was the only clean table.
Ordered for pick and waited long after they said it would be ready to get my food. Almost 30 minutes. they weren't busy, the manager went to "check" on it and never came back. The food wasn't good and my wings and fries were cold. This isn't my first bad experience at this location. No more buffalo wild wings for me. Waste of money and, more importantly, time.
Ordered take out and showed up when it was supposed to be ready. Order wasn’t ready and waited 10 more minutes. We finally get our order and we go home only to realize they missed a whole order of wings. Go all the way back to pick them up. As we walk out we check the order and they still forgot some wings. Go back and let them know. Wait and have them give us those wings. We get home and they still gave us the wrong wings, bone in instead of boneless. They also forgot sides of sauces we ordered. Our wings were cold by the time we got to eat them. I get mistakes happen but how do you mess up THAT MANY TIMES IN JUST ONE ORDER?? Never again.
Jocelyne should not be working the bar. She is really inexperienced. She cannot multitask. She’s really, really slow. Not mentally, but just in terms of speedy service. Her priorities are irrelevant. The way she handled the bar and customers. It seemed like she was overwhelmed. Either way it’s part of the job. This is a cooperate location. It baffles me the kind of person working at this bar. I’ve gone to the Buffalo wild wings at the outlets. Even though it’s a franchise location. I get treated way better as a customer. They offer way better service. In terms of customer service and speedy service. The food quality at the village location is good. But my problem is with the bar tender. Jocelyne. She has an attitude. She’s not suitable for this position. She can’t work the bar. I don’t think I’ll be coming to this establishment ever again. Especially when she basically told me , “I hope you get the day you deserve”. That’s just insulting and just sarcasm coming out of her. Which I do not appreciate. Maybe she should be more aware of her work priorities. And get her personality checked. She clearly needs a lot of improvement. She’s not qualified. Perhaps better off working in the kitchen or busting tables. Honestly she’s unqualified and emotionally unstable for her position as a bar tender. Never again.
Such awful service here. There was no one at the front desk to check you in so instead of waiting we decided to go to the bar which is USUALLY open seating. The worker came out from where ever he was and shouted across the restaurant at us to get up because there is a wait time. I understand if there is a wait but no one was at the desk to tell us that and his approach was rude and unprofessional. I didn’t catch his name but he was mid 30’s with a mustache.
Horrible location. First time that I came here the forgot more than half of my order. Had to wait over 30 minutes. 2nd time that we came there is a huge line because no one is in the front and when you try to find someone they give you mean and rude looks. Came in today to do a pick up order there was roughly 5 people waiting. Most people have already been waiting for 20-30 minutes already. One of the workers has a really bad attitude, any questions that you ask she gives you a rude look. I even experienced her rolling her eyes at a customer.... Horrible location! I would recommend going to the BWW over at the outlets of orange
Used to love this place. Used to be way better than the one at the block / outlets of Orange, but now is just about the same. SLOW service. About 2 people working. They make you place your own order through your phone. We did just that. 20 minutes later waitress comes back and tells us that order never went through.
Horrible customer service. I placed an order this weekend to be picked up at 5pm. Arrived 4:50ish didn’t get the food till 5:30. Everyone waiting was upset. I had to complain to be acknowledged. When arriving home I was missing an order of ny food. My food was cold. How is this safe food safety??? Doesn’t add up How can they get it wrong it’s was slow. I should have read the reviews. Never will I come here. I called them they seemed busy I got frustrated and hung up. It’s not close to my home. I will contact my credit card company for a refund. They don’t seem to care… customer service is a must. They lack all. Can I take back my star because it should be negative. Out of places I made to choice to give you my money only to be given horrible service. Never again. 7/19- zero refund. I got a call to refund as promised by Carla 5/9 and nothing… or even a call to follow up. This is what makes me more upset the horrible customer service. I wish I would have read reviews before coming here.
0 stars if I could!!! We have noticed this place going down hill for a long time, but gave it the benefit of the doubt since my 9 year old wanted to go for her bday today! We were a party of 13! (7 kids 6 adults) we were told 20-25 minute wait! They asked if outside was fine it was dead outside so we said yes! (I know it's just an estimate) we waited and waited and waited! 45 minutes passed we asked the guy hostess "how much longer what is going on" he replied with "we are waiting on the server to get here" (like for work? At 730pm okkkk)...fine! Waited another 20 minutes we asked again "bro so what's the hold up, what about your waiter or what are we waiting for"...his reply "we are waiting for my manager to approve it" we said "approve what??" And he walked away to "find her" comes back 10 min later finally says okay we can sit you! (By this time our kids are starving we all are) he sits us outside i ask for a high chair brings it out! All of a sudden manager comes out (very unprofessional and rude) says "okay so as of now we are refusing service because you were cussing out our hostess" 😮😮😮😮...."we were like whatttttt no never at any point did we cuss him out"... she says "well I don't know I'm behind my crew and that is what they are saying"...she goes on to state that they r under age and we should not be rude and cuss them out!....again we said "we have 7 starving kids one 9 year old looking forward to her bday dinner here we would not cuss in front of them"...we told her what the hostess said about the waiter and about her approving it but she ignored it said he never went looking for her....but anyway after all that loss time we had to walk away starving! I honestly just think they r so unprofessional, so understaffed, not trained well they did not want to deal with a big party! This place has to get demolished as well! Very pissed off!!
They always take forever. Worst service. Made me wait 50 min for my order and the still forgot 2 of potato wedges
Got my whole online order wrong. I order 40 boneless wings, I got 25 bone in wings. I ordered some different flavors on the receipt than what they gave me. They gave me tater tots with bacon and cheese instead of regular fries. And wouldn’t honor the missing side of celery and carrots. Then I call the manager, she tells me if I checked my order before taking it?? I should be able to trust that my order is correct as the receipt says on the bag and online. The cashier did check the order, explaining the items in the bag to me.
The place has good wings and a variety of sauces, but the service is inconsistent. Even though the restaurant was empty, I was told I couldn't eat inside, which was disappointing. However, the food is worth it if you're looking for flavorful wings 😔😔😔
This place is actually pretty bad. Super long wait times. People who know the workers get to cut the line of people waiting and everything comes out slow. No hate to the workers though.
Don't recommend this location if you're ordering to-go in the evenings/night. Like all other reviews waited over an hour for food
on January 7 at 10 PM my husband and I got seated at this Location. We waited about five minutes for his cousins to arrive and then we waited. Another 10 minutes to be waited on our server’s name was Daisy and the second she came up to our table. She had a horrible attitude did not smile did not make eye contact was not friendly at all. We put in our whole order because we did not wait much longer for her the whole time we were there she did not want to check on us. We had to go up to her to ask for napkins and refills and she was really hard to find. We went on Tuesday because of the Bogo free wings. We each were going to do that when we get the bill we obviously split it so that way, our cousins can get the promotion and we could get our promotion when Daisy brought our checks. She had us each put our phone numbers on the receipt so she can take it back and activate our offer. However ours went through but my husband‘s cousins did not and when they asked her about it, she said that the offer was only limited one per table. If that was the case why wouldn’t she have said anything before we ordered because we both said we were each doing the buy one get one free. And also aren’t we considered two tables since we got two separate bills so why wouldn’t that offer have worked she brought her manager over and it seemed that the manager did not care about our issues and cited with her server and did not help us at all and she kind of gave an attitude as well. Very upset with how last night went and I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location, mind you there was barely anybody there that night. we left at 11:45 PM, that’s how long it took Daisy to serve us.
Goodness I ordered at 9pm for pick up at 9.30 arrived at 9.30, waited until 10.45 for 2 orders of 6 wings and onion rings. It wasn’t busy, looked to have maybe 5-6 couples spread out on tables and 2 people at the bar. Was told when I arrived for pick up should be out real quick. I watched a families come eat and leave while I was patiently seated waiting!! Got my food super cold at 10.55pm cold and spilling out to the to go bag and food was cold wings were hard and not even 6 wings in each box. What service. Not even I’m sorry. The two servers tried to speak to their manager because I requested a refund and they looked horrified standing by the back corner. I guess my order was too small for them to be bothered because nobody came. So I got cold hard wings to take back to my family and left at 11pm.. Sure pays to be a nice person.. *Please visit the page you are referring to, because there’s no such thing. More misdirection than ownership.
Took them an hour for a go to order. Ridiculous. They gave me warm old ranch that smelled moldy. My tortilla chips were way over cooked and greasy for some reason and my fried pickles were under cooked. It was disgusting for $55. INSANE. Will never be back. This location needs closed down.
Host have the worst attitude and you have a pick up time and your food will be ready about 30-60min after that time. That is if and when they acknowledge the fact you exist and are there to pick up food at all. Then the order looks like it's been fried to death in the microwave. No sauce on the wings or the crusts that they counts as wings. Worst location and staff!
Do you want cold food, forgotten sides, slow service, food not done by the time the app states? This is the spot for you. We've had awful service at this location the last four times we've been here, this has nothing to do with the brand and everything to do with the people employeed here. When it was raining brains outside they must've had an umbrella.
Terrible service always can’t go here anymore The servers walk around without a care in the world.. management doesn’t care.. the bartenders are decent .they play music so loud you can barely have a conversation . will drive farther to Irvine because at least I get service ..
So I wait an hour exactly almost. Wait 20 minutes to get order placed Which is 8:40 Food got to me a bit after 10 minutes? Dr Pepper was trash. Burger was like frozen and soggy, too much water inside it. No one came to ask How food was. Could not even replace Dr Pepper nor ask for more food when we didn’t see our server but once to pay bill n ordering.
I have dined in twice and ordered togo several times and i keep running into one consistent issue. Time. If i don't get my food on time when I order to go, why give me a time in the first place. Every time I've have ordered here it takes 20 MORE minutes to get my order. And there's always something wrong in the back or the system is taking a while to process. I don't want to be a Karen but this happens ALL the time. The staff are polite friendly accommodating but there is something obviously wrong with the way the restaurant is operating when this happens all the time. I don't get this experience with other BWWs, at worst it's 5 mins wait which is completely reasonable but this location particularly has issues. Corporate Needs to investigate management and operations to see what's gone wrong cause I love BWW and appreciate it being there but how is it going to survive with more and more unhappy customers. First time posting a real negative review.
Horrible service waited an hour and a halve not even an appetizer and then when we complained the server started snubbing us and gave everyone else refills and service and avoided us so we left and it was our kids birthday never coming here again.
This place is a joke. Service has never been good. I never really cared as long as my beer wasn't empty. But, food orders are not a priority here. We sat and ordered within 10 minutes. Restaurant not busy. Drinks came. 15 minutes later 2nd drinks came. 35 minutes later my friends food arrived. Still, no issue. I wasn't in a hurry. 10 minutes later I ordered a 3rd drink and asked about my food. I was told they're waiting on my fries. Now, an hour has gone by. My friend is done eating, I haven't touched my 3rd drink, and still no food. I ask for the check and everything is on the tab. I at least expected the not touched 3rd beer to be comped. Unbelievable. I still left a 25% tip. The waiter/bartender was not the issue. It is shocking how bad customer service has gotten in the last 5 years.
Terrible experience. Food took 1 hour and they did wrong, when food came again it was ice cold. They even tried to charge more food...
Terrible lot long wait. Extra 20 minutes from stated pickup time. No one was at the “to go” counter and had to flag someone down after a few minutes of waiting with nobody checking in on that counter. No communication after checking in on how much longer it’d be. Probably another 15 after I spoke to someone. Terrible wait time without communication.
I stopped coming to BWW because each time I come the service is worse than the time before. I decided to give it another try because we love the Asian zing sauce, big mistake. It took forever to get out drinks and food, she didn't bring ranch or sauce ots as we requested. My daughter recieved a spicy sauce with her kids meal and she tried it and was crying because of the spice. I asked for a different sauce and by the time it came and our ranch came we were already done eating, we didn't get refills once, my daughter finally asked for a refill and it came at the end when we were done eating. I asked her to use my free Kids meal reward, which she didn't and it took her almost 10 minutes to come back with my card. Never again will I return. Decent food but horrible service, BWW needs to get it together.

Do not stop here to have a great time The service is horrible and the manager Jesus is the problem as well !! No staff ! Cold food , no one comes around to ask if you want another round of beer they don’t check on customers, customer service is trash not professional at all ! I was there for happy hour and just had 1 beer and after one hour I was trying to get the bartenders attention to at least get my check but not even that ! I asked the bartender if he can put some basketball game because my tv was just commercials I was at the bar , he completely ignored me , a young lady asked him if he needed help and he said no when clearly he needed help , he was super behind, he never came back to me to check if I wanted another beer , Besides that when paying for my beer they charged me for someone else’s food I asked to speak to a manager he ignored me completely and said I’m busy with an attitude when I honestly had to go because I had an appointment the service was horrible, I was so furious that I had to wait another extra 40 min for jesus the manager to help me about the mistake on my credit card , he was too busy changing channels on the tvs ! The tv was more important than taking care of the customer service every one at the bar and tables was not having a great time ! Everyone was super mad horrible experience never coming back again they don’t know what they’re doing!!!!! On top of that the place smells horrible
I called ahead of time to see if there was a wait. I was told they didn’t have a wait but after 6 pm they were going to start charging a fee. We decided to go because we would be eating by 6 since we were down the street and we were not going to watch a fight. We Showed up @5:20 and was told I had to pay a $10 fee per person in my party because of the Fight that was going to be on at “ 7 PM” an hour and 40 mints from the time we arrived. Why would I pay a fee for a fight I don’t even want to watch!?! I told them we would be gone by then and the manager told her host that realistically we wouldn’t be done. If you can’t afford to stream a fight without asking for a fee 2 hours before the event, maybe you shouldn’t show it!!! We just wanted to have a quick lunch but we went to Olive Garden instead, amazing service there.
I have had really great service here but today June 6 at 1130am I had one of the most terrible service. Customer Service was terrible. I was waiting to get helped but the person that was going to help us rather help some that just came in. I let that go until I ordered a beer and our helper came back with a beer that had a 4 inch foam on it and claimed it was 2 inches. Wow like really. Im sorry but that was rude 😔 I wish I took a picture. So crazy. I was a regular. Not any more. Manager apologized. Really didn't help. So I left. It's a hit and miss at this location.
A long waiting time to get service, I don't know how they keep offering service if they don't able to do it very poor costumers service they don't even talk to you they just tell you to wait never go to a buffalo wings place again don't recommend at all
They take forever to seat you. Take forever to take your order. Take forever to get your food and you will get cold disgusting wings. Not worth a penny
Service here is slow and bartenders are always behind on orders. They forget to bring out the basics of napkins, utensils and refills. Restrooms are messy and the bar tops is sticky and not wiped down after use. The attitude of the main bartender is sassy and not friendly. I've been going there for 7 years and it is getting worse every year in every aspect. I would suggest going to a different location. Again, it's the extremely slow service and cleanliness that are well below average. This place has not gotten any better. Absolutely garbage service. 30 min for 6 wings. Management needs to be reset and rebuild this orange location. Restrooms are dirty and floor sticky. All bartenders are slow and have no idea of what quality service means. I've been a regular for 8 plus years. Giving it a chance. But nothing. Get a GM that's serious to make real change.
I waited more than 20 minutes beyond the estimated pickup time for my takeout order. Be prepared to wait for atleast 1 1/2 to get your food.
Bad service took 1hr for the food to be ready only for it to be half cooked , sauce portion on the wings are bad aswell, food was cold, all in all never coming here again might just go the extra 20 min to another location close to me!
The order was supposed to be ready an hour ago, but it’s not and they don’t say how much longer!!!! Good job manager!!!
The service is trash. It took a long time to get our food. Then they brought out our food one plate at a time 15 minutes apart and messed up the same order three times. They took torever to refill our drinks. Just don't go there.
Worst customer service ever been here for 30+ minutes in the lobby waiting to get seated while they sat 3 different walk in groups already. Not to mention the place is dirty there’s trash everywhere extremely disappointed
Was waiting in the take out counter for 10+ min waiting for someone to take my order. No one came or was in sight. This was around 12pm so you would think they would be conscious of lunch time client but no. I ended up leaving
I came in to pick up a DoorDash order and immediately noticed another driver waiting who had no idea where anyone was. I didn’t either. Normally, to-go orders are picked up at the desk on the left, but there was no one there, no one behind the bar, and only a few patrons scattered around. Half the lights were off, giving the place a closed, neglected feel. After waiting, I walked toward the back of the kitchen and knocked just to find an employee. I gave her the order name and she said she would look for it, but instead went behind the bar and started chatting with customers rather than retrieving an order that was already paid for. It felt like dine-in guests who were drinking and tipping were getting priority, while takeout orders were an afterthought. The restrooms were the final nail. Multiple stalls out of order, filthy sinks, bad smells, no mirror, and heavy tagging. Overall, the restaurant felt dirty and poorly managed. This clearly isn’t an employee-level issue, it’s a management and oversight failure from the top down. Given this location’s consistently low ratings compared to others nearby, it makes sense. There’s really no excuse for this level of neglect, and it feels more like a placeholder waiting for a better-run restaurant to replace it.
Took about 10 minutes to sit us down (2 people). Waited for another 15 minutes, for someone to take our order and no one came, we had to leave. There were only a handful of full of people. 2 at the bar, a group of 3 and a group of 2 that were paying the tab. I would understand if it was busy but it wasn’t, the employees were just wondering around. Poor management, need to do better.
Ordered and was told it would take 15 minutes, 30 minutes later was told 5 more minutes, 40 minutes later was told order was not started yet and the manager had to cook it. Asked for a refund and was told manager had to do it but manager was busy cooking. We ended up just walking out hoping they will refund our order. Where are the employees that the manager had to do everything. It falls all on the manager for not managing correctly. Will never return again
Horrible service. Arrived around 10:30pm, waited to be seated and had employees saw us standing there and no one acknowledged us. We got sat and also sat there for maybe 15 minutes without anyone coming to greet us. Really just wanted to go grab something to eat and have a few drinks since it was a rough week . Won't be coming to this location.
i waited about 45 mins when i was told it was a 20 min wait. i only came for the ultimate sampler which they were out of 2 out of the 4 items i specifically wanted. they were out of asian zing which is crazy because it’s one of their most popular flavors. untimely very upsetting we ended up leaving and not staying
The first impression of the BWW is that is small but when I came in a group of people were waiting for someone to seat them and no one was at the front to greet. I waited about 5 minutes and decided to get a seat at the bar. When I approached the bar the bar was dirty and pretty slow. I waited for my son to arrive and bartender did acknowledge me. We ordered my drinks and ordered two sampler platters. It took longer than we expected and when we received our food it was cold. I don’t recommend ever coming here
I placed my order online. I arrived at the time they said and had to wait 25 minutes. My order wasn't right. They gave me what they wanted. I won't eat there again. And terrible service. Hire people with experience.
Terrible service at this location. We ordered our food to-go via the app and were informed that the food was to be ready for pick up by 9:20 pm; this was a Wednesday night. We got to the pick-up desk and no one was present; there was one representative that showed up but then immediately left and said they were “coming back” (they never did). We waited OVER AN HOUR to get our food. Nobody ever came back to give us a status update or a reason as to why there was a delay. We weren’t the only people waiting for their orders either. The dining area wasn’t even packed with people (approx 5 tables of 2-4 people). We even noticed that the tables weren’t even being cleaned up, there were some with dishes still on them. Plus, a section for the dining room smelled. I don’t know whose fault this is but I blame management. Do a better job especially for the prices you are charging for the food. (I’d recommend a different location other than this one.)
From the hostess to the server to management, our experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings was horrible. The only positive part of the night was the amazing bartender if it wasn’t for him, our evening would have been completely ruined. This isn’t the first time we’ve had bad service here, but unfortunately, the convenience of it being close to home has kept us coming back. After this visit, however, we’ll be driving farther to another location that values customer service. The service here has been consistently poor: being forgotten about, dealing with a rude server, and management that clearly doesn’t care. On top of that, the restaurant itself is absolutely disgusting especially the restrooms. They look like neglected public park restrooms, with layers of urine and feces, and filthy walls that clearly haven’t been cleaned in a long time. It’s one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been to. Management needs to understand that their workers and facilities reflect their leadership. Right now, it’s obvious they don’t care about customers at all, even on a slow night. This location has to do better.
customer service went down the drain. order was scheduled for pickup at 3:40, after nearly 40 mins on a nearly empty restaurant, i finally received my food. no one to greet, was wandering on the takeout section for about 10 min until i was finally acknowledged. this is seriously unbelievable.
Took around 10mins for someone to come to the front and ask if we needed a table. There were not many tables total, no where near full house, so not busy at all. We ordered 20 total wings and it took around an 40mins-1hr to even come out. The server did tell us the kitchen was backed up, but I couldn’t understand how since there was barely anyone there. When the food did finally come out, it wasn’t even hot. It was cold and fried so much that it felt like I was eating chicken wing jerky lol. I have a conspiracy that this BWW is using an airfryer to cook everything, because how is the kitchen backed up that it took almost an hour for 20 mins 😂 overall this specific BWW is horrible.
Every time we come here it’s always the same BS with these lazy employees. You wait forever cause they take 30 minutes after the party got up from table to clean it. Was told by the bartender bar seating is not self seating, every other BWW I’ve gone to never had this problem. Corporate needs to do better with this location.
This place needs new hires asap. I waited a good while at pick up for my order. While other customers waited at pick up and the front desk at the main entrance. Meanwhile there was no employee at pick or the main desk. Two girls covering the entire floor. One customer who came after me, simply walked up and took her own order off the rack behind the pick up counter. Once I was approached and asked about my order, the poor girl was so overwhelmed, she forgot my fries with my order. AND they have roaches. If there was one, there’s more to be sure.
