Dolly's Donuts & Cookies Too is a popular spot known for its generous portions, friendly service, and diner atmosphere. Customers rave about the breakfast deals, especially the hotcakes. Some negative reviews mention inconsistent food quality and communication issues.
Tip: Read through the specials while in line, as there are many different options. Be aware that late-night indoor dining may not be available.
Price was right! Food was fast! Service great. My drawback is ambiance. Coffee could be stronger.
Another Hot Pick! 🔥 Me and my wife took her uncle to the diner near his home and I have never been more impressed with the service and food Quality by fat everything I've had from this menu from their D.U.I Fries to the wet burrito, and their chicken sandwich has left me speechless on how good the food and especially the quality they provide is unreal I Highly Recommend this place to everyone !!! their menu is very diverse unfortunately I didn't get a picture of the menu but they have many other great reviews with a picture of the menu be sure to stop by anytime they are open 24 hours! Which in this area is insane not enough time to say how good this place is MUST SEE!
Staff is always friendly and helpful, Food has not let me down. I recommend this place to all my clients and friends 🔥
I give this restaurant 👍. They have great breakfast meals. For lunch they have great sandwiches as well as dinners. Affordable prices. Staff is always sweet and professional. I have nothing bad to say about them.
A great place to eat and worth the amount you pay and pretty quick on making your food. The service there was great. Would recommend to go here to eat for lunch.
The food here is very fulfilling and good. Ordering one item like the burrito for example or a combo such as the standard burger and fries, or the chicken strips basket with fries is usually all I need. It is recommended for people who are big eaters or have big families to feed as the portion sizes are pretty good in my opinion. Usually there are leftovers because of how much is provided. It's not really recommended for people with small stomachs who also don't want to take leftovers home because the food portions are worth it for sharing with family or for one's self depending on how much someone can eat all at once. 🍲 Food: I usually order either a bean and cheese burrito, a cheeseburger and fries or the chicken strips with fries basket. They also have zucchini fries that are pretty good too! I try to keep my orders simple because the food comes in large portions even in a single meal. 🥤 Drinks: I tend to get a soda, juice or sweet tea from the soda fountain when it comes with an order combo. 🏡 Atmosphere: It's pretty good. It hss that kind of old vibe like a classic diner, yet also has airplane designs on the wallpaper. There's even a military styled airplane model hanging from the ceiling for decoration. 🛎️ Service: It's great. You can choose to either dine in or take your food to go. They also have a drive-thru on the side of the building in case if you don't want to get out of your vehicle. It's open 24/7. 💰 Price: I think the price of what you get is fair because again in my experience, the food comes in large portion sizes that is most-likely going to either fill you up or allow you to have leftovers to take home if you can't manage to finish it all at once.
A LOCAL FAMILY favorite DINER opened 24/7 that has an EXTENSIVE MENU, HOMEMADE SHAKES, DRIVE THRU, and many OTT SPECIALS! The VALUE is hard to beat! The order team is super friendly and the ladies that are serving and cleaning tables are fast (they may come across as no nonsense but keep in mind they are turning tables to make seats available if you’re dining in). I can’t wait to go back to try the DUI 😝 Please note: 1). It’s a busy location because it’s a local favorite and is right across from PROVIDENCE main campus which means the parking lot may be a bit messy from trash. 2). Small parking lot so parking may be limited at peak hours.
This was a pleasant surprise. The mile high omelet was amazing, and the cini-cake pancake was the ideal Sweet finish. Highly recommend.
Victory Diner is located off Main St and W Culver Ave in Orange within walking distance of CHOC - Orange and St. Joseph’s Hospital. Looks like a WWII themed diner with a really cool model airplane hanging from the ceiling, model ship, and old warplane pictures on the upper sun room windows. They serve up a combo of American and mexican food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The diner’s clean and the staff is friendly with smiles. You can order from a kiosk, at the counter, or drive-thru. They have a couple banks of soda fountains with Coke products and Pibb Xtra as well as a couple sets each of regular and decaf coffee. The breakfast burrito was good size and tasted good too. Didn’t take very long for it to be made and was delivered right to my table. Looking at others food being delivered, the portion sizes seem to be on the medium to larger side, they don’t skimp here. Lastly, my final observations, they still have covid glass still up between tables which I’m assuming are for germs and stuff, but they allowed a street vendor to go from table to table trying to sell stuff, putting her bag and merch on customers tables 🤔. Also, the staff seemed to know her since they were talking to her and allowed it. Just an observation during my visit, that’s all. All in all, foods good, oh and it’s very reasonable too!!
The Best Zucchini Fries!! This is a great Restaurant that serves all the California favorites. Huge portions, fries, burgers, Mexican food and a variety of breakfast dishes. The place to come to satisfy the whole family.
The hotcakes off the grill is an insane value for what you get. The 2 hotcakes were as big as my head, plus 3 eggs, and 4 bacon/sausage. Personally I liked the sausage better than the bacon, it had a crispy shell on the outside and nice flavor. The hotcakes were incredible (how could they not be with how huge they were?). The scrambled eggs were pretty good, nothing special. The patty melt looked good but the patty itself was thin and the bread was like a cracker. The fries were amazing though. Somehow super crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. All in all I’d definitely recommend the breakfast and I’m looking forward to coming back and trying something new. The dining area was incredibly clean and they have a nice variety of booths and table sizes to fit groups anywhere from 2-6+.
10's all around. This feels like Dennys and a Taco Stand had a joint venture. Very tasty, nice staff. Really enjoyed.
Victory Diner – Orange, CA Stepping into Victory Diner feels like a warm hug from the past, but with a fresh, modern twist. I stopped by for a late brunch on a Saturday, and I’m still thinking about it days later. The retro vibe is on point—chrome finishes, checkered floors, and classic tunes humming in the background. But the real win here is the food. I went with the Victory Burger, and it lived up to its name: juicy, perfectly seasoned, with melty cheddar and crispy onions stacked high. The brioche bun held everything together without getting soggy—a small but crucial detail. Their hand-cut fries were crispy, golden, and addictive. My friend ordered the Chicken & Waffles, and after one bite, I had serious food envy. The fried chicken was ultra crispy but juicy inside, paired with a waffle that was buttery and just sweet enough. Service was friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell the staff takes pride in what they do. It’s the kind of place where the coffee’s always hot, and the vibe makes you want to stay a little longer. Victory Diner has that rare mix of comfort, nostalgia, and quality that keeps you coming back.
Absolutely delicious! I got 3 eggs, hash browns, 4 pieces of bacon and 4 pieces of toast for $9.99! What an incredible deal for Orange! Really cool atmosphere with a lot of seating and pictures of all types of airplanes. If you are looking for breakfast, check this spot out! Love it!
Diner atmosphere with helpful workers. Even though they were very busy they were helpful in ordering. Parking is tight essentially with the drive-through. Many differant types of specials so read through them while in line. Some of us had breakfast others had lunc. Either way the meals were good. The place was clean. Good place to grab a meal.
The food was ok. The people were very friendly and the portions were large, so I’m giving five stars.
Good stuff, down near Disneyland. Really good chili fries and onion rings. Open 24 hours yet no late night indoor dining.

I try to eat here at least once a month. When I'm in the neighborhood. The Food is phenomenal! Burgers 🍔 are to die for. And the onion rings and frys are fresh and delicious. The employees are pleasant and helpful. Clean atmosphere, and plenty of room. Plus I get to watch a game of sports!
We found this place while visiting UCI. Absolutely fabulous food, the Chicken Noodle Soup was as good as my homemade! The service was over and above the best very attentive . We live in the Riverside area And definitely will make a point of coming back down to eat here again
I love coming to Victory Diner! It’s great that it’s open 24 hours a day and it’s the only place around that serves healthy food late at night in the area. I also have to shout out their staff for their friendliness. I asked them for a complicated order with a lot of changes and they were more than happy to make it. Love this place can’t recommend it enough.

A great place to eat and worth the amount you pay and pretty quick on making your food. The service there was great. Would recommend to go here to eat for lunch.
Quite honestly this place is a little too pricey for the menu. Great breakfast and amazing chilli cheese fries. They had THE BEST breakfast for $2.99!!! Is now $5.79 :( I must say that the best asset for this restaurant is Maria! The cashier that works graveyard is simply AMAZING! She deserves to make twice as what she's making. I'm a local in this area and everyone that knows her agrees: she truly makes your day!
The haah brown was delicious. The eggs were cooked perfectly! (Over medium) The steak! Not so much. I ordered medium and recieved well done. The chicken nuggets were very good! Recommend those definitely. We ordered wheat toast with 1 of the plates and recieved all white. Sauces are already on the table. Over all good experience.
The food is great and affordable. Family oriented environment. Only issue is they don't provide toilet seat covers.
I got the 3 meat breakfast burrito. See my pic. Well worth the money. Came with a salsa. The breakfast burrito ok. However, my personal choice, I don't care for scrambled or eggs made on a grill. They tend to be flat slightly burned and will taste burned. I prefer a pan made fluffy scrambled egg in my burrito. Which is hard to find. Amazing customer service!
Came here for the first time for breakfast before heading out of town. We ordered their steak & eggs & veggie omelette. Food came out quick despite the busy ambiance. This place is decked out in airplane aesthetics. Pretty cool place for airplane fans! Food portions were generous. Would rate their food 4/5 for the taste and mostly for portion size.
The menu is a good size this time I got the chorizo burrito. The price was fair at $8.99 and the portion was great. Only thing a would knock is the hash browns inside, you have a choice of that or beans, they weren't all fully cooked. It could be because of the amount they give you and how quick they have it ready. I saved it for when I got to the office, a couple guys envious and will probably check this place out soon.

Nice clean little diner across from st Joseph hospital. The place was clean, the food was good and they had most seats filled on a mid week 10 am visit. I'll note that the hash browns were crispy on the outside and moist inside not dry and overcooked.
The menu selection is good, ranging from your basic breakfast items to your heartiest lunch and dinner options like burgers, burritos, chili-cheese fries, and more. The service is straightforward and friendly; the cashiers are helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. The place has a WWII theme to it, naming some of its burgers after iconic U.S. Air Force planes, like the B-52. The atmosphere is a classic diner style with booth seating large enough for a big family. The Victory Diner, in my opinion, is a good option for those not wanting the bigger crowds that IHOPs and Norms have, and it has more of that "mom and pop" charm to it

This place is usually fire, but tonight, the biscuits and gravy were WAY off. Like, spoiled gravy. I still ate it but damn.
They must have been having a bad day because the beef patty was cold and sloppily put together. Basically was falling apart. If I ever go back, I will definitely make sure that Patty came right off the grill.
My regular place to get breakfast is lucky guys in Santa ana but it was very busy and my kids were waiting. So I thought I would try victory diner for breakfast but I will probably not choose this restaurant again. The eggs I received were sour they had a weird taste like old eggs. My kids also got the same taste in there breakfast that it gave me and my son an Upset stomach I got diarrhea. I really was thinking that it would be good but it was not.
This place has great carne asada. However, very poor communication on operating dates/events/evenings/hours,etc. Came tonight, drive thru was coned off, people attempting to go into the diner, walked to the door to go in and order, and it was locked. Very basic cardboard piece with words "closed" written in pen across it like the type of sign a homeless person writes that you can barely read from the freeway offramp. Confused. There was no sign anywhere indicating it was closed for a private event, and if it was, there should be proper signage, not just a small 4x10 piece of cardboard on the door.... Put a banner out at the drive thru or something 🙄

Old and stale food, can taste the quality. Wouldn't recommend it unless you like roaches and rotten eggs in your food. PASS
I was there not more than 10 minutes ago and ordered the steak and egg sandwich. No steak only egg!! Not very happy. Didn’t look at receipt until I arrived home and the person who took order put it in wrong!!! Got bacon and egg instead. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
If I could give zero stars I would but this morning I was very disappointed by seeing mold in my Trio Burrito! I have been coming here to get my breakfast burrito for quite a while now and have always enjoyed it very much but finding this just crossed the line for me and I won’t be coming back.

Like the previous person I don't want to give not even one star. I came in this evening for a nice meal. I have seen this place many times when I come to this area, so I wanted to try it. I was so disappointed by the manager in the evening /night. I ordered the chicken strips, which should be fairly safe. Well I took a bite of one of the strips and it was raw. I thought ok I can let that one go it's fine. Then a second one. I pulled them apart and raw. I took them to them and they did an entire new order, fries too. I couldn't believe it when the second order was worse. Rubbery chicken and some still raw. Gross and unsafe. I told the manager and he just basically said there is nothing they can do about it. He offered me chicken nuggets. Really. I told hime that is unsafe and could make people very ill. He said it was a timer thing among other dumb stuff. I told him he needs that looked at. We exchanged more words no cussing but my expression of disappointment which he did not care. He was too busy looking around and wanting to help the next person instead of the matter at hand. He really didn't seem to care at all even when I said I would leave a review bc he seemed not to care for the fact that he was putting out raw food undercooked. I asked for the owner and he said I can call him at 6 a.m. He could have offered anything to mend the situation but really didn't care for customer health. I hope the owner sees this and corrects his timer on his grill and looks at what is happening. He also needs to work with his employees in customer service. If it is my luck to get raw chicken two times than that is all I need to NEVER come here again. This was not a "victory."
Very disappointed. I come here all the time and get the French toast plate no eggs, extra bacon instead with a regular Mr. Pib. They took 10 minutes of trying to sort it out just to try and get me to pay $18 for a meal that’s only 1492. Not only did they overpay me but they also messed up my order I only got two pieces of French toast and they gave me a raspberry iced tea. They need to do better on customer service and on handling food. Coming from someone who has worked in food industry for a few years now. This wasn’t very pleasing experience with them
Never really liked this place but I gave it a try again I did drive thru the cashier let the cook or manager know who is a guy and he rolled his eyes and made a rude comment I can clearly see him through the drive thru window and I’m Mexican so yes I understand Spanish it is just a side of grilled jalapeños if he didn’t want to make them for me he could of just said that worst customer service. # Dolly's Donuts & Cookies Too: El Dulce Corazón de Ladera Ranch
