Excellent chickens. The bad thing is that if it's full and you ask to go upstairs, they give you the cold shoulder and if not, they say "bye friend." It's a shame because it's a good place and we weren't going for snacks but to eat chicken, which we did, even though it was at the bar and in a bad way.

It's a magnificent place where the authentic flavors of Orizaba are on full display. There's usually plenty of parking right next to the restaurant, so the surrounding area is almost always clear, making it easy to park your car. The menu never disappoints; the dishes they offer are appealing, delicious, and very reasonably priced. The service is excellent and perfectly complements the dishes on this wonderful establishment's extensive menu. It's a great place for lunch with the family, especially on a Sunday afternoon.

Very good chickens, not too high above the standard price. If you're going to buy them here, buy any chicken that isn't marinated. They're good, yes, but for the price, it doesn't make sense to order chicken that you can buy elsewhere. The habanero ones are the best, very tasty. However, the rice that comes with the chicken isn't even enough for one person, so you'll have to buy more separately.

The chicken really doesn't taste good... it's edible, but not good enough to eat. The food arrived cold because they moved and now ship everything from Valle Alegre. The sauce that came with the chicken was sour, and the three-cheese chicken also had a strange smell. It's clear that the ingredients they use are far from fresh and high-quality. In this case, I called to complain about the food, and they told me I had to return the whole thing for them to replace it (which is illogical and exactly the same as having to eat it two hours later because of their mistake). The customer service from the woman on the phone was terrible and showed zero empathy, and they never even apologized for giving me such a bad experience. It's not a place with good food, but the service is mediocre.

The first time I went with my wife, it was fine, very tasty, cooked to perfection, a basket of tortillas filled with almost 1 kg. They gave us an appetizer (rice) while we waited. A good atmosphere with an excellent soloist, good service, fair prices, the wait time was appropriate for the number of diners (45 minutes for more than 10 tables occupied) practically a full house, but... The second time, everything was terrible. Wait time was 35 minutes with only 4 tables occupied, of which 3 were already being served. After those 35 minutes of waiting, they gave us cold, dry chicken, a basket of tortillas with only 10 tortillas, and in the basket there was a small cockroach. They never offered us an appetizer. We ordered lemonade that only tasted like sugar, and very little of it, by the way. I definitely won't be back.
