There are two KFC locations in Plaza Valle Orizaba: one upstairs (for takeout only) and one downstairs (ideal for dining in and includes a children's play area). I've eaten at both, and I've noticed the service is faster downstairs. It's much more spacious and has more checkout counters. With two dining areas, there's plenty of room, and the children's play area is also a plus. The service is quicker, and the taste is the same as always. In my opinion, this location is the better choice.
A great culinary experience, with spectacular views of the suburbs and, above all, a wide variety of menu items. Their appetizers are delicious.
Every time we come to Orizaba we stop by to eat here. You just have to wait a bit since it's a bit crowded, but everything is great.

My recommendation is to buy on Wednesdays when they give you free pieces of chicken, and don't buy the sides separately, like the mashed potatoes, salad, or biscuits. The chicken is always hot and crispy, as is the mashed potato. The salad is always the same flavor and cold, as it should be. I ordered two 12-piece Christmas Buckets to go; they charged me for 16 pieces and gave me 8 free, along with two portions of mashed potatoes, two salads, and six biscuits.
I love KFC chicken. There's always a line to buy it, so you have to be patient, as well as waiting for your order to be delivered. But it's worth the wait.

It takes them 10 minutes to serve a customer. I don't know if it's because they're training new staff, but if so, they should do it during off-peak hours, not during rush hour. It's frustrating.
I've ordered through DiDi several times and gotten my order incorrectly. The service at the counter is also terrible. I've ordered a secret recipe several times, paying more for it, and they give me a crispy recipe, which I could have bought any other chicken with. Today I went to the counter again, and they don't even have the secret recipe available. Repeatedly, terrible service.
We went to buy a bucket of chicken and were never told that the chicken would barely be fried. Four other orders came out after ours, and when we approached them, they told us to give them 20 minutes. Anyway... they processed our order at 8:43 pm and delivered it at 9:50 pm. And the chicken was raw. I don't usually leave bad reviews, but honestly, the staff wasn't friendly at all. I work in Food & Beverage, and they weren't understanding in the slightest.
Terrible service, bad attitude from the staff, they take too long to deliver your order.
The online portal they set up at the branch won't let me generate an invoice. What's more, the Orizaba branch isn't even listed. It's a huge problem not being able to get an invoice for my purchases.
It's unbelievable that they opened less than two weeks ago and the card payment terminals on the self-service machines aren't working. The menu offers a salad as a side, but when you've already selected everything to pay, they tell you they don't have salad... they say it's the supplier's fault. This is also a failure on the part of the branch for not planning properly.
I've never seen such inefficient service. It's supposed to be fast food, and I waited over 30 minutes to order and even longer for my food to arrive.
Very late.... I've been waiting for almost half an hour for 3 hamburgers....... If you can, buy something else to eat if you don't have that much time and really want a quick meal..... Because not here.
Very good service, the only problem was that they delivered the wrong food and our food was not to our liking and did not meet our expectations.

It wasn't open... what a disappointment. Apparently, it was under renovation... you come here as a tourist looking for a place to eat... oh well 🙄🙄🙄
Today we went it was 9:20 and the person who was there told us that there was no more service, that they were just taking out orders when there weren't any people there and he didn't serve us. I told him but since we arrived later and he served us and he told me that it was strange why we close at 9 and he asked me if they have a schedule from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm and on the website it appears open, very bad service regarding that issue
