We went to buy a bucket of chicken and were never told that the chicken would barely be fried. Four other orders came out after ours, and when we approached them, they told us to give them 20 minutes. Anyway... they processed our order at 8:43 pm and delivered it at 9:50 pm. And the chicken was raw. I don't usually leave bad reviews, but honestly, the staff wasn't friendly at all. I work in Food & Beverage, and they weren't understanding in the slightest.

The online portal they set up at the branch won't let me generate an invoice. What's more, the Orizaba branch isn't even listed. It's a huge problem not being able to get an invoice for my purchases.

It's unbelievable that they opened less than two weeks ago and the card payment terminals on the self-service machines aren't working. The menu offers a salad as a side, but when you've already selected everything to pay, they tell you they don't have salad... they say it's the supplier's fault. This is also a failure on the part of the branch for not planning properly.

I've never seen such inefficient service. It's supposed to be fast food, and I waited over 30 minutes to order and even longer for my food to arrive.

Very late.... I've been waiting for almost half an hour for 3 hamburgers....... If you can, buy something else to eat if you don't have that much time and really want a quick meal..... Because not here.

Today we went it was 9:20 and the person who was there told us that there was no more service, that they were just taking out orders when there weren't any people there and he didn't serve us. I told him but since we arrived later and he served us and he told me that it was strange why we close at 9 and he asked me if they have a schedule from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm and on the website it appears open, very bad service regarding that issue
