Nos encantó la experiencia en Palapa Ojo de Agua. Fuimos con nuestros hijos y disfrutamos mucho del ambiente; el calor se siente muy rico y hace el lugar muy acogedor. La comida estuvo deliciosa, todo nos encantó, y el servicio fue muy bueno. Además, el chico cajero de los domingos siempre es muy atento, amable y ofrece un excelente trato. Sin duda, regresaremos. El único verdadero inconveniente es que tardamos mucho en encontrar lugar recomiendo mucho buscar estacionamiento por otro lado 😩😩😩
A very pleasant family experience. We went with my husband and our children, and the atmosphere was perfect; the warmth felt wonderful and made the place even more enjoyable. We loved the food, everything was delicious and well-prepared, and the service was excellent. Definitely a place we'll want to return to. The only downside is that parking is limited, so if you plan to come, arrive early.
Excellent experience at Palapa Ojo de Agua. The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff's attention is truly outstanding: friendly, attentive, and always willing to provide quality service. Without a doubt, a highly recommended place to enjoy yourself and feel well taken care of. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The food was delicious! I ordered the mojarra a la diabla and it was amazing. The breaded shrimp were also delicious, and the stuffed shrimp were a real treat. Without a doubt, this place is highly recommended and has a beautiful view.
The best view of Ojo de Agua! Wonderful! I go every Friday and it's been excellent since I moved to Mexico! Greetings!

A super mega place full of flavor, charm, its food is very variable and with great exquisiteness, the staff is attentive and helpful, in addition to having live music, it is a pretty clean place
Everything is delicious and the portions are good. I recommend the dogfish empanadas 🐟🥟 The prices seem fair. The staff is friendly, but sometimes they take too long to serve the dish, even when the place isn't crowded. It has a view of Ojo de Agua and you can park there, but it's very small and there's rarely any space (there's another parking lot across the street).
The view is beautiful, the place is very clean and welcoming. The price is in line with the quality of the food. The service is fast.
Very affordable prices. Excellent service. The coconut shrimp and garlic seafood casserole are highly recommended. I wish they could make an agreement with the city so we wouldn't have to pay for parking if we eat on-site.
The atmosphere is pleasant, but it takes a while to serve you. The food is good, but there are some flavor issues with some dishes. For example, I ordered a small shrimp cocktail and found the broth to be too thin, which I didn't like very much. Their billing service is slow and a bit difficult to get a response from.
Family-friendly atmosphere The place is very nice, with a view of the lagoon. Excellent service. Prices: $350 for a large shrimp cocktail, a breaded fish fillet, and two beers.
The dishes aren't bad, but they could be better. Prices are reasonable for the quality. The service is good; I recommend the shrimp broth, the dogfish tostadas, and the grilled steak—all delicious.
Very very tasty food ! Lovely view of the lake. Nice portions. Good quality. Staff is nice, could be a bit more attentive and faster service. Other than that a nice place to stop by for some nice sea food.
Nice place with beautifull view and food is very good
It's a restaurant whose strength lies in its flavor. The waitstaff service is disorganized, and the place needs more cleanliness, better restrooms (more sinks), better-organized areas, and monitored TVs. It's not enough to just hire a singer to provide background music.
The place is pleasant for eating with company, and the waiter's service is very good. The only thing we didn't like was the service from a thin waitress; when we ordered something, she made a face in front of everyone, which is unpleasant to see. As for the food, it's not bad at all. I ordered a ball, which was a very generous portion; the flavor wasn't amazing, but acceptable. For a place with years of prestige, the food needs more quality and flavor. Recommended 👌🏻
An excellent view, or the best view of Ojo de Agua from this place. The dishes are good, but the service from the staff leaves much to be desired. They serve dishes without tortillas and only provide bolillos (rolls), and they don't have all the necessary utensils for a good meal. The taste is decent but far from excellent. The prices are acceptable, although not very affordable, and it would be a perfect value if the staff would really dedicate themselves to serving their customers.

Of everything we ordered, the only good thing was the mojarra; the passion fruit water was very tasty, but everything else lacked quality, and for the price one expects something good.

Terrible service, we were a tourist group and apart from the fact that it took them an hour to serve us, they have no order in the orders, they serve their friends first and then the customers.
