The atmosphere is pleasant, but it takes a while to serve you. The food is good, but there are some flavor issues with some dishes. For example, I ordered a small shrimp cocktail and found the broth to be too thin, which I didn't like very much. Their billing service is slow and a bit difficult to get a response from.

Family-friendly atmosphere The place is very nice, with a view of the lagoon. Excellent service. Prices: $350 for a large shrimp cocktail, a breaded fish fillet, and two beers.

The dishes aren't bad, but they could be better. Prices are reasonable for the quality. The service is good; I recommend the shrimp broth, the dogfish tostadas, and the grilled steak—all delicious.

Very very tasty food ! Lovely view of the lake. Nice portions. Good quality. Staff is nice, could be a bit more attentive and faster service. Other than that a nice place to stop by for some nice sea food.

It's a restaurant whose strength lies in its flavor. The waitstaff service is disorganized, and the place needs more cleanliness, better restrooms (more sinks), better-organized areas, and monitored TVs. It's not enough to just hire a singer to provide background music.

The place is pleasant for eating with company, and the waiter's service is very good. The only thing we didn't like was the service from a thin waitress; when we ordered something, she made a face in front of everyone, which is unpleasant to see. As for the food, it's not bad at all. I ordered a ball, which was a very generous portion; the flavor wasn't amazing, but acceptable. For a place with years of prestige, the food needs more quality and flavor. Recommended 👌🏻

An excellent view, or the best view of Ojo de Agua from this place. The dishes are good, but the service from the staff leaves much to be desired. They serve dishes without tortillas and only provide bolillos (rolls), and they don't have all the necessary utensils for a good meal. The taste is decent but far from excellent. The prices are acceptable, although not very affordable, and it would be a perfect value if the staff would really dedicate themselves to serving their customers.

Of everything we ordered, the only good thing was the mojarra; the passion fruit water was very tasty, but everything else lacked quality, and for the price one expects something good.

Terrible service, we were a tourist group and apart from the fact that it took them an hour to serve us, they have no order in the orders, they serve their friends first and then the customers.
